Hotel 4-Bintang di Wilayah Ibu Kota Brussels, Belgium

I booked it last minutes after my meeting ended very late. I was tired and decided to book nearby hotel. I surprised on the place because it was neat. I didn't try the breakfast. The location and cleanliness is superb. The only thing minus is the gym. Its not the hotel fault but the odor left from people there was not nice. Probably an airfreshner can be provided.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and was very pleased with the experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, finding public car parking was a breeze, as there's a multi-story car park directly opposite the hotel. The room we chose was impressively spacious, providing ample comfort for our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, easy parking, and generous room size, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brussels.

It is a very nice hotel in a very nice location. The rooftop bar is lovely. Unfortunately for the price we paid we were sad that we had numerous issues with our room, Bath & sink plugs both broken & tv not working.

Insanely accessible and convenient, literally 1min away from Brussels Central station. Nearest Metro/Tram is a 2-3min walk away. Grand Place, Museum of Original Figurines & St Hubert Gallerie are right behind the hotel. Carrefour express and Relay are nearby if you need to get basic necessities. St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral is a 10min walk away. The room and bathroom is spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. The TV connects to youtube so that's a plus. Loved that there's an extendable clothesline that stretches above the bathtub. Staff were polite and helpful when I had enquiries. Didn't have an ironing board in the room but it was delivered soon after I approached the front desk for it. (Side note: The security deposit took more than 2weeks after my stay to be refunded back to my card)

Je recommande l'hôtel, le personnel est à votre disposition. L'hôtel est situé à coté du métro à quelque minute de la gare et de la gare routière. Le restaurant est très luxueux et cela en vos le prix. Au niveau de la chambre, elle est très propre et il n'y a pas de bruit lorsque vous dormez. Un peu point négatif sur le Roomservice qui propose que 3 types de plats. Mais malgré cela je recommande l'hôtel pour les personnes à la recherche d'un hôtel luxueux et à un prix convenable.

Very close to the metro. Super convenience. Supermarket just only a few steps away. I will surely be back.

Location was near Brussels Central Train Station, about 15 minutes by walking. Hotel & room were very clean. Services were good. The Hotel also had a gym room & a small swimming pool. Besides, restaurant and breakfast were very good.

The location of hotel is super! You can reach all places on foot only. Room is so big which we never expected. It’s super clean. Though it’s located at the grand place, but it’s quite during sleeping. Nothing can complain while you could hv a drink at the square and just walking back. So disappointing that we just stayed one night. We would sure come back again! It’s my favourite hotel now.

Location was a bit grim outside - lots of building work going on down the entire street, and the general area around Bruxelles Midi is a bit sketchy with homeless people. But we didn't have any problems, although we were super on guard the whole time. It is extremely convenient to get to the station though. The hotel itself was amazing, and the spa area was great. After a long day out, the sauna and jacuzzi and steam room all hit the spot.

環境：客觀的説，是家很好的高檔酒店，但是我入住時酒店正對面是個施工工地，正好在施工，早上7點不到就開始施工了，多少影響休息，但事先我並不知道，也衹能將就一下繼續住。 設施：因為歐洲的環保政策，所以不提供牙刷牙膏拖鞋等用品，環保我可以理解，但是這是一家每晚接近200歐元的高檔酒店，這樣的設施多少顯得性價比不高。 服務：攜程的酒店首頁上寫着入住時收按金50歐元，我到店後被要求付250歐按金，對方解釋一晚上按金為50歐元，但首頁上完全沒有寫清楚。當然，我也尊重酒店政策，酒店説我離開後按金會原路返還。結果離開後三週也沒有收到按金退還，酒店回覆攜程按金已原路退還，銀行卻查詢到酒店的按金操作成謎，第一次查詢到按金為消費後原路返還，第二次查詢到按金已凍結。攜程客服反覆多次聯繫酒店方，我向銀行申請拒付這筆款項，才得以拿回250歐元的按金。酒店方最後都解釋為海外銀行卡到賬較晚，但法國，美國世界上許多其他城市酒店都沒有按金退還如此艱難。不論是酒店主管操作還是銀行操作失誤，都不建議中國客人入住該酒店，不然對於按金的維權的時間精力不一定是個人能夠承受的。本身這家酒店是非常不錯的酒店，但是後續服務操作使其整體質量大打折扣。

Excellent quite location, but still very close to everything in town! Great and quite extensive breakfast spread every morning and a very helpful and welcoming staff! Loved everything about this stay, and hope to return someday soon!!!

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.  The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes. However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel. Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.

We had a great stay. I enjoyed the location the clean modern look and the staff really stood out. They were friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for much more.

酒店好找，樓層較高的那棟，酒店內佈置温馨，入住的家庭房挺棒，看出去的風景不錯，衞生間夠寬敞，住的高樓層，淋浴水壓夠大温度穩定。訂房沒含早餐，早餐是自己點的，早餐有價格10-19歐的套餐，味道不錯。離廣場步行15分鐘，可以途經漫畫博物館，大教堂，不過經過的橋洞有尿味感覺不好。離布魯塞爾北站步行5分鐘，還是方便的。唯一的缺點是毛巾非常不好，擦乾頭髮的時候擦了一頭毛巾屑，應該要換了。

We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. Even in comparison of prices (travel, hotel, rental etc) it is: ”THE BEST” ------ Reservation Faite 2 adt + 1chd À l'arrivé un lit de 2 places. Booked this last minute and pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. Staff are friendly and my room was immaculate! Looked like it had just been refurbished. I will definitely consider booking this same hotel again. The location was very convenient as it’s just a short walk away from Gare du Midi/Brussels Zuid station.

Un hôtel top , mais quand on resserve sur votre site et qu'on vois écris parking dans l'hôtel gratuit , hors il n'y a pas de parking le parking privé à côté 22euro les 24h honteux

My favorite hotel in Brussels so far. Good location with many restaurants, convenient stores, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Everything was perfect during the stay! Would definitely recommend this place!
