Escolhemos o hotel apenas ora passar jma noite de chegada ante de iniciarmos nossa estadia em um hotel próximo. Foi a PIOR escolha que poderiamos ter feito. Fizemos check-in no Villa Supreme na madrugada de segunda-feira (24/10), tendo sido recepcionada as 02:30h. A funcionária que nos recebeu indicou o nosso quarto (mas, não nos acompanhou até lá), o caminho para a hospedagem é longo, confuso e mal iluminadi. Chegando lá, fomos surpreendidos por um quarto sem nenhuma estrutura. O banheiro estava com o chão todo molhado, a cama estava sem mesa de cabeceira (ao contrário do indicado nas fotos do site) e com o cobertor FURADO, o ar condicionado NÃO funcionou e nem a TV. No dia seguinte, fomos novamente surpreendidos pela falha de funcionamento do Ofurô - pagamos a mais por ele. Para comunicação com a recepção, o interfone não funcionava. Solicitei por menagem que me ligassem através do WApp ou mandassem alguém ao quarto - e isso não aconteceu. Ficamos na suite 2 do bloco Coqueiros - que é super longe da recepção, meu marido estava com uma lesão no tornozelo e por isso solicitei ajuda para pegar as malas, e não obtive. Por fim, nos foi dito que poderiamos ficar ate 14h no quarto, mas as 12h a camareira passou pedindo que fosse desocupado e o funcionário iniciou a revisão do Ofuro. Estavamos iniciando a lua de mel e foi a PIOR experiência que ja tive com hoteis.

We loved it here on our first visit and felt again home on our second visit! It is a beautiful place located right in front of one of the most beautiful stretches of quite, safe, amazing beaches. The welcome of Enrico and Camilla is genuinely friendly, the all team and their daughters all contribute to ensure the Water front guests a pleasant, relaxing stay. And they succeed! They also run the house restaurant that caters breakfast lunch and dinner by the pool or served foot on the beach. Wifi is consistent and all areas are very well served, cleaning is detailed and views are stunning Good place for a weekend or for long stays , during the pandemic we found this place to be the perfect hidden gem to relax, work and take the most of the beach life
