My stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris was nothing short of exceptional, combining luxury, comfort, and a prime location in the heart of the city. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the view from the room—waking up to a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower was truly magical. The bathroom was also luxurious, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries that added to the overall experience. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from classic French pastries to international dishes. The ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot to start the day. I also had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at the restaurant, where the cuisine was exquisite, showcasing a mix of traditional French flavors with a modern twist. Excellent location for Eiffel Tower. Nearest Metro is 5 min walk away (opened for a week whilst we were there). Is currently undergoing upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room is standard Paris size, clean. The staff were very friendly and multilingual. Our experience was great, no issues with shower/hot water. Many good restaurants around. I traveled solo with EF Go Ahead Tours so had my own room, a fabulous one on the ninth floor with a view of the Sacre Coure. Fridge was replenished with soda and juice, a water station outside breakfast area kept water bottle filled. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was helpful, got a cab for me to go to the Louvre when my Uber drivers kept cancelling! Great location, walked to Moulin Rouge one night snd used Metro regularly, a pass was provided by your group. Our guide had a desk and whiteboard with info in lobby which made it easy to keep up with daily activities and bus departures to dinner and Fountainbleu. Room was extremely comfortable, usual amenities, TV, AC, blow dryer. A small table and chair near window made a great reading spot. As mentioned in countless reviews, there remains an issue with tub/shower leaking, glass doors are not mounted and water escapes. Small issue when you are visiting the City of Lights. It was my teacher retirement present to me and enjoyed every second. Would return in a heartbeat to this hotel! Bonjour!!

網上選了這個位置的房間，果然沒錯，地理位置優越，餐飲、超市、交通都非常便利，近距離有很多景點，適合自由行。房東熱情友好，響應及時。房間雖是老公寓，但乾淨整潔衞生，對於巴黎酒店來説空間大相對性價比優越（衞生間稍微侷促）。洗衣機沒有烘乾，對於我們習慣了的人來説美中不足。總之值得推薦，尤其是在窗前喝上一杯咖啡，享受着巴黎的陽光，就像在家感覺。

Super good value for money. The location is great and the room design is very thoughtful. Very spacious for Paris s standard. The room is newly renovated and it's very clean. It's a must stay hotel.

Overall it’s quite good Breakfast - fantastic!!! Loads of selections Facilities - great But I would say the windows can’t be opened due to high floors. Besides, the toilet in my room is very slow

Unsure how to feel about this hotel. We have stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are really good and super clean. Reception staff was fairly good at english and the whole hotel area was fairly looked after. However the garden could do with a bit more attention to it. Breakfast staff could do better at looking after guests during breakfast. And i dont mean as to serving them but mending the condiments and food so it doesnt run out completely. Also do not raise your shoulders when asked a simple question in english. Its a hotel, people should know at least what the food they serve is called in english. Breakfast tables are all set for two so if there is more then two of you, get prepared to make your own arrangements or be there early to grab a single long table that can sit more people. Breakfast table preparations could be taking place earlier in the morning than in the evening. That way guests could use tables indoors for socialising etc.

Great base for a Parisian visit. On Metro linge 4, a great line which cuts through the heart of the city. The Adagio is 10 mins away from the Metro, with a Boulangerie and Monoprix 5 mins away. Our studio was small but well formed, with a small kitchen (inc a microwave, stove top and dishwasher). Loved the balcony as it was warm so the airflow was very welcome. The bed folded up onto the wall and converted into a sofa which was a good use of space. There was a separate bath/shower and loo, which was nicely designed. All in all a great stay, comfortable, it met all our needs and we’d stay again. Being away from the main city hubbub suited us well.

My Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.
