My stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris was nothing short of exceptional, combining luxury, comfort, and a prime location in the heart of the city. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the view from the room—waking up to a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower was truly magical. The bathroom was also luxurious, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries that added to the overall experience. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from classic French pastries to international dishes. The ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot to start the day. Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

hotel room is clean but with zero design. location is good as it's 15mins away from Eiffel tower. breakfast is the highlight of our stay with large variety to choose from and a lot of fresh fruits. HOWEVER, they don't allow check in anytime earlier than 3pm. The hotel doesn't come with car park as described, though it's connected to a public one. The staff are very unprofessional and they kept our luggage for so long that we need to go to lobby and pick it up ourselves. same to tooth brush that's unavailable unless you ask. staff are very defensive too, as when we asked about carpark and charges, they r all immediately defending that this is not their area.

I traveled solo with EF Go Ahead Tours so had my own room, a fabulous one on the ninth floor with a view of the Sacre Coure. Fridge was replenished with soda and juice, a water station outside breakfast area kept water bottle filled. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was helpful, got a cab for me to go to the Louvre when my Uber drivers kept cancelling! Great location, walked to Moulin Rouge one night snd used Metro regularly, a pass was provided by your group. Our guide had a desk and whiteboard with info in lobby which made it easy to keep up with daily activities and bus departures to dinner and Fountainbleu. Room was extremely comfortable, usual amenities, TV, AC, blow dryer. A small table and chair near window made a great reading spot. As mentioned in countless reviews, there remains an issue with tub/shower leaking, glass doors are not mounted and water escapes. Small issue when you are visiting the City of Lights. It was my teacher retirement present to me and enjoyed every second. Would return in a heartbeat to this hotel! Bonjour!!

Excellent location for Eiffel Tower. Nearest Metro is 5 min walk away (opened for a week whilst we were there). Is currently undergoing upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room is standard Paris size, clean. The staff were very friendly and multilingual. Our experience was great, no issues with shower/hot water. Many good restaurants around. 住的六樓朝噴泉city view，景觀很好，遠眺蓬皮杜中心，就是晚上臨街餐廳比較吵，關上窗就不會吵了。酒店位置很好，就在RER Chatelet火車站上面，可以方便搭乘各路RER火車，並且可以換乘很多條線的地鐵，交通出行方便，旁邊就是購物中心，內有Monoprix超市，火車站裡面有Carefour city超市，買食材都很方便，酒店大門左邊就有一家便利店，推薦在這裏買水，1.5L裝Evian水1.9歐，比上面提到的兩家超市都便宜。酒店24小時前台，大堂有免費意式濃縮咖啡喝。我們住的是雙床標準間，房間寬敞，2個24寸箱可以打開平放，小廚房冰箱，微波爐，洗碗機，抽油煙機，鍋碗刀叉杯都有配備，可以自己買食材煮飯吃。我們連住了六晚，挺滿意的。從酒店步行去盧浮宮15-20分鐘，步行去塞納河邊LV集團新開的百貨公司10分鐘。

Friendly staff and convenient. Great location with lots to choose from and near the shopping centers and popular restaurants. Newly renovated apartments with air-conditioning and mini kitchens for quiet evenings.

Super nice hotel with good Paris environment and very convenience, a great hotel to stay with family and kids here, all the services are good specially reception. I will take the first choice if I come back Paris! The fantastic time to stay at Novotel Paris, there are so many restaurants nearby and the location is safe. If you need by train, just 1 mins to the station.

Area was very good just in front of the la seine river , Walkable distance to the louvre and saint micheal . Staff was great, amenities was great , cooker pans all stuff was clean and well prepared . Room spacious Everything was great Lobby provided free water coffee hot chocolate . Laundry room was clean And easy to use ..

Amazing amazing amazing time spent last week at this hotel. The staff were so wonderful!! I had made the mistake of booking through a 3rd party, and when I realized the reservation was not as expected (due to 3rd party error), Kimpton (this hotel especially) bent over backwards to make sure we had a fantastic stay. Upgraded to the most beautiful suite with several balconies overlooking the city... just magnificent. I was so excited to stay here and it did not disappoint. Tasteful and modern furnishings makes this hotel-- wonderful deep soaking tub, exceptionally comfortable bed and linens...but nothing like the staff-- THE STAFF!!! Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful and nice to converse with... Kwame (who we never met, but made the magic happen :), Pilar, Hermance, Matthiew, all lovely... Be sure to check out the Sequoia rooftop bar for wonderful views and drinks.
