Hotel 2 Bintang di Paris

The location of the hotel is central and located to within walking distance to the 5,6,7 metro lines and such is convenient to get around Paris and the suburbs. The breakfast included is very decent, with staples such as croissant, coffee & toast. My major complaint would be the washroom, whereby the shower drain was clogged for the first 3 nights we were there. Complaints were made on the first day & subsequent days to the various different receptionists, but no action was taken with a lack of systems in place for complaints and actions. Finally on our last 2 nights, they fixed the clogged shower after having had to wait in the reception for about an hour to get it sorted. Overall a decent hotel, but needs major improvement on customer service.

I booked a shared dormitory and the room and bed itself were pretty nice and I would like to give a high score. The bed has a charging socket as well as two USB direct sockets although the charging speed of USB sockets is not so fast. Overall, the room condition was pretty nice and absolutely recommendable. But, if you take toilet-related things and conveniences into account when you choose accommodations, I definitely recommend you get the other hotels. No urinals, you have to use the toilet to do a p. That makes toilet hygiene even worse. From the male's perspective, there were only two toilets(one of them was out of service so technically there was only one for the whole dormitories) and two shower booths. Shower booths were so crowded in the morning and even there's a queue. Once you get in the shower room, it is separated into two parts by the transparent door. A shower booth and a changing room(or whatever you call it). Probably, you have seen this type of shower room so many times. The hygiene of the changing part was terrible. Even worse was there wasn't a shelf exist. So you have to put your things on the floor or hang them on the small hanger(I would say it is just a nail). The water temperature was extremely difficult to adjust. You will spend lots of time adjusting it carefully. It could only be either SUPER hot or cold. The most annoying part was even once you put them in the right spot, the temperature will begin to change. Additionally, the bathroom sink is literally misconstructed. When you give up taking a shower and head to the sink, you will meet a horriblely miss-shaped one. It is shaped horizontally long but the depth is terribly short. It makes you not only spill a huge amount of water on the floor but also makes it hard to clean out your thing like your face. I highly recommend you bring your own towel. I was extremely surprised once they said I had to pay around 6,5 EUR only for a towel. I understand they make money by lending things but the price for the towel rent is literally a rip-off.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a girls trip and the man who worked at the front desk was very disrespectful and extremely hostile. There was a part of the stay where we felt very unsafe and worried about our stay there. On one night we had gone out, we returned around 9:30 pm to find the front lobby doors were closed shut with no way for us to enter. Admittedly, this was our first time in France and we did not know if this was customary or not. We panicked and began knocking on the doors repeatedly and calling out, for fear of being locked out all night. This mentioned man came and yelled at us, “I heard you the first time!” he continued to berate us was very hostile. This same man interrupted our breakfast in the patio the next morning when one of us was on the phone, and told us to hang up because “he was trying to work.” I have NEVER been to a hotel in a European or Asian country where they tell you this while you’re in a public space of the hotel. One would think that I was yelling, but no, I was speaking in a normal tone. It was such a rude and disrespectful intrusion . Less than 5 minutes later, the wifi was turned off and the call disconnected. We payed our money to use this wifi and it was purposely disconnected in spite. This man singled us out and approached us in a threatening manner that no hotel attendant should ever do to a guest. If I could, I’d get a refund for this place. I would never recommend for anyone to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night during a layover and became friends with my roommates. The hostel is fun and lively. There’s no soap or shampoo in the shower rooms, other than that it was a great experience

Completely recommend this hotel!!! When I visit here there were having a construction but it doesn't really matter , because I can see the beautiful eiffel!!🥹 And I'm a solo traveler so I cannot go out at late night but I can feel the cool summer night wind and I can see shinning eiffel until 2am so it was really the precious experience... I'm still missing the view from the window🫶🏻🇫🇷

The location is great. Short walks to the popular shopping area, and Bercy station for trains and Flix buses if you like. There is a medium size grocery store nearby. Clean place and my floor has a common area if you want to talk to someone. Bathrooms and shower rooms are with good spaces. The lockers are not that stable though. I followed the instructions for renting a locker but it opened with one that was full…

I don't expect luxury from a hostel, but I do expect cleanliness. On the surface the hostel appears clean. Most importantly, the bed sheets and mattress are clean. However, look beyond that and you'll see it's filthy and obviously never given a deep clean. Down the side of the lower bunk there is what must be months and months of rotten food, old socks, dirt and dust that has been allowed to collect. No wonder the room smells so musty and stuffy. My bunk had blood streaks from a squashed bug (and live mosquitoes flying about), as well as sticky finger prints all over the bed panels and window. Furthermore, the noise level is crazy. I understand on a Friday people want to party so the bar was blasting out music and the 1st floor rooms are not sound proof - I actually didn't mind that. What annoyed me was the fact that they were blasting music through the speakers in the 1st floor toilet/shower rooms. WHY?! This made the room and hallways even noisier. Its only saving grace is the location (and free wi-fi). It can feel a bit dodgy walking through there alone as a single woman at night, but so can any big city... The hostel is close to some great bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions (Père Lachaise Cemetery, for example). I'd recommend hiring a bike to get around - there's quite a few Vélib' bike stations a short walk away.

We had one day/night in Paris and we chose the Hotel Clement. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage and change in the small restroom. Every activity we chose was close by, the stop for the Big Bus near the Louvre, a walking tour in St. Germain and the dinner boat on the Seine. We had the two bedroom suite that was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the breakfast with Cafe au lait ! All the staff were very pleasant at this quiet location

Although this is a budget hotel I found very little to complain about during our three night stay in May 2024. Although not right in the heart of the city, there are two Metro stations a five minute walk in either direction. Gare du Nord is only two stops away on the 5 line so this is a decent option if arriving via Eurostar. The staff we encountered were all very polite and friendly. Breakfast, served in a room on the first floor was more than adequate, with a decent selection available. Although the room does get busy at peak times. (8-9) The room itself was basic, no kettle provided. And the temperature fans were basically ineffective so may not be the best place to stay during the height of summer. However, in early May, we had no problems getting a decent nights sleep. The shower does open directly into the bedroom and the toilet is a separate cubicle. The towels provided were thin, but were changed every day. The local area was quite lively, but a nearby canal and park made the area quite pleasant for walks in the morning. All in all, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and found the hotel very good if travelling on a budget.

Great value hotel, room was basic but clean and beds were comfortable, room suited me and my son ideally. Booking was easy, check in was smooth and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Surrounding area was a bit rough around flea Market but we didn't have any hassle
