The hotel was very good for business travel. The bonus was the steam room. They could open the pool earlier though as I prefer my early morning swim. The chefs/food was a delight. Definitely be returning back here.

This hotel is like a sand castle from a fairy tale movie. We had a very nice suite next to the sea with very beautiful views. We got complementary upgrade as our room was on the first floor and a bit close to the swimming pool. All the people who work there are so amazing, Monica, nemma, Allam, and Ahmad the booking manager was sweet and helpful. They upgraded us to the best executive suite during the rain to make sure we are safe. Food was amazing and all service personnel were very professional and quick to accommodate. Very happy we spend our short vacation here. Looking forward to seeing everyone again. I highly recommend Sheraton Sharjah and would visit again for sure.

Located in Sharjah Close to the Lagun. Upon arrival we where met by Mr Bassam and Hefny who took great care of us. Mr Hefny should be promoted to Supervisor in my opinion. He is kind, respectful and well spoken. Great person. Mr Shahin the bell boy, who is kind, well spoken and holds the hospitality to a next level. The breakfast is good. At the FB area there isr Emed who runs a round with passion and a smile. Before you ask him, it is already taken care of. Dear Mr Fady thank you on behalf of my family for the stay and thank your staff.

حبيت المكان وفكرته المختلفة تماما متناغم هادئ توزيع المرافق ذكي وسهل ممتنع يحتوي على مكتبة ومخطط قديم لبيت المدفع وسيرتهم الذاتية يعكس جانب مختلف ما سبق وجربته وهي تحويل بعض المعالم والبيوت المتهالكة إلى معلم سياحي يمكن الإقامة فيه والتماس أثر القدامى الاستقبال والموظفين في قمة الاحترافية 🤩 أنصح بتجربته .. خصوصا في فصل اعتدال الجو

hotel posé un peu de nul part . Une nuit et nous avons fait le tour car pas grand chose autour sauf à être un adepte de buggy et de parcourir les dunes de sable , ce que nous aovons fait : c'est génial . Personnel accueillant pour un bon moment Les tentes sont bien mais sans plus car malheureusement aucune vue sauf une dune qui nous fait front . Les régles sont claires, nous ne devons pas franchir notre périmètre de chambre donc impossible de monter sur la dite dune pour voir derrière , ceci est bien sur prévu pour préserver la tranquillité des clients et nous le comprenons très bien . L'hôtel était quasi vide donc vraiment tranquille . Repas local du soir:, belle découverte

we had six rooms and we really liked the over exprince. the spa was great, the rooms - big and new. tips for the futre: 1. longer hours at the pool and spa. 2. improve your breakfast. 3. ask the families and kids to be a little more quiet in the weekends. 4. some of the rooms had to much noise from outside works

Very great hotel! The staff were very hospitable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints. Very communicative & cooperative staff, especially the head of the reservation team- was very easy-going and understanding of all of mine and friends’ needs and it facilitated us accordingly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has either a long-stay or a short-stay visit. Also very comfortable for a group of girls. Pretty certain a family would be satisfied too.

Мы живем в Дубаи, приехали сюда отдохнуть, побыть в тишине. Наша палатка находилась на берегу Тихого океана! Даже в декабре дети с удовольствием прыгали на волнах. Конечно, не с утра до ночи, но для закалки было отлично. Дети с удовольствием искали раков отшельников в маленьких ракушках и бегали за крабами. Еда и сервис тоже очень порадовали. Сезонные фрукты, свежие вафли на завтрак. Стейки и ножки ягненка на ужин были бесподобные! Отдельное спасибо повару.

More like a 4 star B hotel but at least better than Ibis Sharjah Liked · 1. True non-smoking room not non-smoking only in name as at Ibis Sharjah 2. Excellent refrigerator with working freezer. 3. Excellent aircon with temperature control. 4. Spacious room and large modern bathroom. 5. Mattress is comfy. 6 Good blackout curtains. Disliked · 1. Drain in sink clogged 2. Hair drier not working 3. Annoying buzzing sound (emitted by refrigerator?) impeding continuous restful sleep 4. Clock set incorrectly indicating 40 minutes fast 5. Terrible corrugated floors uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet or with socks 6. Very few spare outlets to use or inconveniently located negating their utility 7. Quirky, unergonomic lighting i.e. insufficient lighting for reading in bed; floor lamp located in useless place 8. Bed needs an extra, thin sheet (brought my own fortunately) and is not long enough for tall people Cleaners start vacuuming around the doors of the room by 10AM so if you are not sleepless from the noise in the room, then you will get woken up by the cleaners mid-morning. I used this hotel as I had a 17 hour layover in Sharjah. It is located in the neighborhood Majaz-1. On the way from Sharjah airport on a Saturday evening it was slow going by taxi (30-40 minutes) at a cost of 55 dirhams but Sunday morning just 10-15 minutes at a cost of 36 dirhams. This was an alternative for me to staying at the overpriced Sharjah Airport hotel on Dhaid Road ”Centro” (in which there are no eating options outside this Centro Hotel). However, near Hotel 72 turning right at the main entrance staying on the main street there is a good Arabic restaurant within perhaps 250 meters from the hotel called Madfoon Al-Khaimah. That is why I rated location as very good in terms of utility of Hotel 72 as a transit hotel. Charged $79 for one night. If you add in an additional $27 for taxis from/to the Airport, the savings from staying is very small to nil but at least you can have a good meal at an affordable price near Hotel 72 at Madfoon Al-Khaimah. I would not rate this hotel highly but standards are low throughout Sharjah so, in comparison with other Sharjah options, it is not a bad choice. Certainly better than the last time I transited in Sharjah and stayed one night in Ibis Sharjah, which, even at half the price of Hotel 72, is an inferior choice by far. If memory serves, by the way, I stayed in room 607 down the corridor on the 6th floor last door on the left.

we had six rooms and we really liked the over exprince. the spa was great, the rooms - big and new. tips for the futre: 1. longer hours at the pool and spa. 2. improve your breakfast. 3. ask the families and kids to be a little more quiet in the weekends. 4. some of the rooms had to much noise from outside works

В декабре 2023 рядом с отелем был ремонт дороги. Но при этом была приличная скидка на проживание. В целом отель понравился, чисто, персонал вежливый. Завтраки хорошие. Но рядом с отелем со стороны моря на берегу какая-то фабрика. Море не сказать чтобы грязное, не считая немного бытового мусора, но соседство с работающей фабрикой смущает...
