bilik junior besar ada sofa dan 2 tv. lokasi sgt dkt dgn tempat2 pelancongan. sarapan kene beratur sbb rmi org mb pihak hotel boleh buat plan b jika guest rmi bagi kurang kan masa beratur. sarapan pun x banyak pilihan sangat tp ok la . kebersihan ok2 saja sbb tingkap pun mcm x di bersihkn. pool ok agak luas wlupun rmi org still x nmpk penuh pool nya. yg ni ank2 suka sgt . overall ok2 saja x de yg wow sgt pun . next time nak cuba tmpt lain plak

Sarapan paginya hebat, menawarkan permulaan yang menyeronokkan untuk hari anda. Terletak di tempat yang strategik, namun peribadi dan damai, ia adalah tempat percutian yang ideal. Sangat disyorkan untuk mereka yang mencari pengalaman premium. 5 bintang! Kudos to Staff Greg!

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Perkhidmatan di hotel sangat baik. Tersenyum sepanjang masa. Baunya harum sebaik sahaja anda memasuki hotel. DoubleTree by Hilton di Johor Bahru tempat saya menginap semalam sangat teruk. Ia seperti langit dan bumi. Jangan tinggal di DoubleTree by Hilton di Johor Bahru. DoubleTree by Hilton di Melaka mempunyai persekitaran yang sangat bagus. Baunya harum sepanjang hari. Ia berharga kira-kira 7 yuan untuk menaiki teksi ke Chicken Soup Street. Saya sangat berpuas hati. Keseluruhannya persekitarannya bagus. cadar katil agak kotor. Pelayan menukarnya pada tengah malam. Mereka juga meletakkan selipar ke dalam bilik. Saya rasa kakitangan pembersihan juga membersihkan bilik pada siang hari. Saya terpaksa menyelinap ke dalam rumah dengan selipar, dan ia adalah hari lahir saya pada 20hb. Saya berkata saya akan mendaftar masuk pada 22hb, dan mereka memberi saya kek hari jadi kecil dan dua biskut. Ia lazat. Ia benar-benar hebat. Anda mesti tinggal di sini. Di sana adalah kolam renang di tingkat atas. , bilik sauna, seluruh proses penuh dengan kasih sayang yang harum😍

Hotel ini adalah yang terbaik di kalangan Holiday Inns. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang hebat, betul-betul di tepi laut. Bilik ini mempunyai pemandangan laut yang tiada tandingannya. Biliknya besar, selesa dan serba lengkap. Sarapan pagi yang lazat dan lazat. Memang patut disyorkan! Cuma harganya agak mahal!

received a free upgrade to deluxe room as we have waited too long to check in. the room was both comfortable and newly furnished, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite encountering an issue with the TV, which couldn't be resolved, I still managed to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was good but could have been more variety in the options offered. Currently, only one restaurant is open. overall, we left feeling content with our stay, appreciating the efforts made by the hotel staff to accommodate guests and ensure a pleasant experience.

Tidak mengapa. Hotel ini mempunyai rasa yang lebih ber***a. Telur goreng untuk sarapan pagi sangat baik. Namun, penghawa dingin terlalu sejuk dan tidak boleh dilaraskan, dan selimutnya sangat nipis. Dan apabila saya pergi, saya tidak tahu mengapa saya perlu mengenakan cukai sebanyak 12 ringgit kepada mereka. Saya tidak pernah menemui hotel seperti ini. Tidak ramai yang boleh berbahasa Cina. Jika bahasa Inggeris anda tidak begitu baik, komunikasi tidak akan lancar.

I am not sure why this resort has had so many bad reviews. Glad I still went ahead with the trip and have no regrets doing so. The place is very relaxing. There’s a buggy service to bring us around if we are lazy to walk or electric scooters are available for guests. During weekdays and off-peak periods, they serve a la carte breakfast and, for small eaters like me and my family, the serving is considered big. The lunch cum dinner menu don’t have a wide variety but enough to fill an empty stomach. Portion is not as large as breakfast so don’t think of sharing. Staff are friendly and housekeeping plus maintenance were quick to attend to our needs. The rooms are comfortable but being in the jungle, mosquitoes and ants are inevitable so just make sure that you bring along mosquito repellents.

We had superb experience for our body, mind and soul! From free upgrade to garden villa in the green to free appetiting herbal drink; from guided orchard tour to tasting organic honey from beehives; from trying out speleotheraphy in himalayan salt crystal room to jacuzzi spa session; from enjoying sumptuous specially requested vegan breakfast to signature massage, we truly feel overwhelming over the experiences and gratitude towards all friendly and helpful staff within the resort. 2D1N is rather short for us to explore more activities and we surely will visit again!
