Hotel Romantik di Paris

Super nice view and location. Walking 2 min to metro😝 can view both Arc de triumphs and Tour Effel from the room window! Suite is big, very spacious and warm. Hotel service also good, staff speaks good English~ Quite a lot of cafes and bistros nearby

The hotel was very nice and my room had a wonderful view of the Eiffel tower out the window. The bed extremely comfortable and room was clean. Good location for spending time at the tower and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. I only received bottled water on the first day although I stayed for 4 and the tv has few channels not one in English and the ones they have don't generally work. The staff were pleasant but for the money spent I guess my expectations were higher. I booked online but not on their website because the rate was higher on their actual website.

I have loved everything about my stay at Le Général Hôtel. From Eugenia, Luiz, Ekaterina, Marwan, Ibrahim and all their others colleagues. They’re all wonderful Human Beings. It’s the first time that I have met such a kind, customer service oriented, wonderful, genuine and smiley team. The hotel is very well placed in Paris, very central to do your shopping and sightseeing. The amenities were very clean, well decorated and original.I loved the place and i will come back for sure !!!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl. Die Zimmerdame hat leider unsere kleinen Gesichts-Creme Probepackungen nach der 1. Nacht weggeworfen, die wir für die 3 Tage mit hatten, da man keine großen Packungen im Flieger mitnehmen kann. Als ich den Mann an der Rezeption darauf angesprochen habe, hat dieser mir nur gesagt, ich könnte von den NUXE-Produkten etwas kaufen, die sie im Hotel anbieten. Für 2 Anwendungen war mir der Preis von über 35 Euro dann doch zu viel, da man die Größe wieder nicht im Flieger mit nach Hause nehmen kann. Dass sie uns einfach eine kleine Probe geben, war keine Möglichkeit. Die ganze Situation war nicht zufriedenstellend, da wir nichts dafür konnten. Der Platz im Bad für Kosmetiktaschen ist nicht vorhanden. Unter dem Waschbecken wäre locker Platz für ein kleines Ablagebrett. Man kann kleine Schminktäschchen nur auf der Badewanne ablegen, solange niemand duscht.

This hotel is good. The front office lady, Linh, helped me a lot. She knew that I had lots of luggages and allowed me to check in earlier. She also offered different options to me when I couldn’t pay cards. She is so kind that she always put customer first and resolve problems of customers. I will be back to stay in this hotel because of this. In my staying I felt very delighted and satisfied in the end. Thanks for your great service

The location is excellent, just 3-4 min walk to Metro St Augustine and 5-6 min walk to Gare St Lazare. Enjoy our stay with helpful and pleasant staff and close proximity to restaurants of various cuisines. My deluxe room is not big enough to have a decent wardrobe though. The bath tub may be a little bit high for elderly. Handles should be inserted near the tub for safety purpose. Breakfast is quite nice with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, bacon, ham and cheese.

在酒店住了一週，現在才靜下來寫點評。酒店坐落在巴黎最核心的地段，美麗，鬧中取靜。我們是冬日裏清晨抵達，温暖的大堂，小巧，温馨，呈現出法式風情和優雅，一定要嚐嚐他們待客的水果軟糖，極其甜美，像前台的接待人員，體貼周到，彬彬有禮。房間佈局很完美，臨街的落地窗在冬日暖陽裏異常明亮。餐廳的美食也無可挑剔，性價比很好。這是一座好酒店，好的服務，好的設施，好的品味，但卻低調。 再説一句，前台有一位年輕人，我忘記了他名字，很耐心地幫我們電話詢問熱門餐廳的預訂，並推薦了不遠處的好餐館。 如果硬要説瑕疵，就是小貴，但整個巴黎的物價都在上漲，我在想，與夏天巴黎奧運的時候相比，在此度過冬日的假期我們也許賺到了。

Sejujurnya, ia tidak begitu dekat dengan stesen bas/subway sekitar, tetapi harganya sangat rendah, yang sangat menjimatkan kos di Paris. Bilik air memang kecil, tetapi biliknya okay. Kakitangan hotel juga sangat peramah.
