Quelle surprise en arrivant sur place ! Les photos le montrent, mais à ce prix là j'étais toujours septique d'avoir une aussi grande chambre avec une baignoire vue sur la mer, et pourtant ! Je recommande absolument cet appartement pour les couples, mais les voyageurs seuls comme moi s'y plaisent aussi.

We had a lovely stay at this simple yet stylish homestay. The swimming pool has an amazing view, and it was such a nice addition to our trip. The homemade dishes at the restaurant were delicious, and we truly loved the overall service. The staff were warm and nice. Highly recommend!

The professional service, friendly manner and a helpful mind delivery the perfect staycation experience. Especially after having a lost and found accident, the stuff took into action to courier the item to another city immediately. This hotel is the top choice of my next visit.

Highly recommend this hotel, we stayed as a family two adults two kids and the service was superb. One of the best that I’ve experienced. The rooms were immaculately clean, well serviced and new with a grand view of the peaks. The staff were all especially hospitable and kind, quick to respond when requesting amenities or asking for info from front desk to food service to photography. The hotel booking included free photography service with three edited photos to keep which was really fun to keep memory of this adventure. All positives, 10/10.

This hotel is perfect for relaxation! They are conveniently located on the YuLong river and along the 10 mile gallery. The scenery around the hotel is stunning. The hotel was very clean and the housekeeping kept the amenities fully stocked. The hotel front desk staff were attentive and were able to assist when needed. We used the hotels photo package and got some great shots that we will treasure as a keepsake from our time in YangShuo. The hotel kept us updated with breakfast, tea time, diy and late night snack. It was greatly appreciated. When choosing a relaxing vacation, JuLong hotel will be on the top of our list.

Tout était absolument parfait. L’accueil a été d’une chaleur rare, sincère et attentionnée dès notre arrivée. L’hôtel est superbe, intimiste et incroyablement calme. On a réellement l’impression d’être projeté dans la Chine d’autrefois, dans une atmosphère hors du temps. C’était magique. Les personnes qui se sont occupées de nous ont été extraordinaires, d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Une expérience inoubliable. Tout était parfait du début à la fin.

如果朋友問我推薦北海住處，我會毫不猶豫推薦這家！, 以下是我非常滿意的幾點：, 1.床：非常大且軟，第一次睡2.2m的床非常舒服, 2.房間：裝修很簡約，落地窗明亮，電影幕布和智能語音好用，衞生一塵不染，有浴缸和浴缸套，瓶裝水是百歲山+景田，冰箱可樂免費，紙巾潔柔, 3.服務：住過不少五星級酒店，個人認為可以媲美絕大多數豪華酒店服務，從入住前提前開空調、checkin拿行李、早餐端到面前、checkout伴手禮、瓶裝水自助這幾點細節看得出老闆非常用心（甚至有下雨天幫忙收衣服環節）, 4.設施：觀察到泳池的水貌似是每客一換，非常注重衞生。有洗烘一體洗衣機、晾衣陽台、電梯、智能家居與馬桶、吹風機是徠芬負離子，甚至房門也是靜音緩沖門, 5.周邊：附近很多充電樁，電車充電方便。民宿停車也方便，位置很容易找。, 唯一的小缺點是民宿親子家庭偏多，很多小朋友追逐打鬧，隔音不是很完美

環境高端大氣、乾淨整潔，設施一應俱全。最感動的是服務，特別是前台接待人員小韓和小雪，耐心細緻，我們到酒店時已經很晚了，她倆不厭其煩地領我們看房間，給我們最好的建議，笑容親切，態度極好，耐心周到，勝似親人，如家人般温暖。入住倍感舒適，如歸故里，值得二刷！還要感謝10樓的小樑，為我們提供優質的服務！感動之中，有時又無法用語言表達，總之大酒店真正體現了格局大，風範高。早餐和午餐也非常的豐盛，一家好酒店也讓我們真正體會到了容縣的風采。出了酒店之後，驚喜地發現自己的車被工人已結把車身刷得一乾二淨，這是最驚喜的禮物。以後即使在廣西周邊辦事，我也要開車來到這家酒店住宿。

The room was really nice, very confortable and clean. The hotel has a very complete service, they change towels and clean the room everyday, also give you free bottle wather daily. We could wash our clothes in a self service machine and they even gave us extra hangers to use in the room. The recepcionist was very attentive and friendly. The only thing we didn't like is that you can hear everything in the corridor from the room. But anyway we had a very pleasant stay there and totally recomend the place.
