PPengguna TetamuThis is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience.
I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect:
- staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests.
- check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff.
Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

PPengguna Tetamuクラブキングルームを利用しました。クラブラウンジを利用できよかったです。クラブラウンジでは、ゆったりとした空間で、美味しい食事や飲み物を楽しめました。サーモン、お肉料理、サンドイッチ、ベーカリー、スイーツ、サラダ、どれも秀逸でした。滞在中は、クラブラウンジのコンシェルジェにいろいろと旅行についてのアドバイスをいただき、市内観光やワイナリーツアーを堪能できました。部屋も清潔でゆったりとくつろげる十分な広さで心地よい空間でした。ホテルのスタッフはみなさんとても親切でした。また是非利用したいです。

PPabloLa ubicación es perfecta!! A 6 cuadras de Parque Arauco y a 15 minutos en Subte del Costanera! Todo espectacular! Lo único que no estuvo tan bien fue el wifi (prácticamente no anduvo nunca) y la ducha del baño muy poca presión de agua y un tanto incómoda con la puerta de la mampara! Pero nuestra estadía fue muy linda!! Solo esos detalles para tener en cuenta si van a la habitación tipo Estudio!

AAlexey NikulinOverall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.

PPengguna TetamuHotel muito bem localizado. Boas instalações. Limpeza regular, dentro do armário, muita sujeira de nunca ser higienizado. Pouco local para guardar as roupas, apesar de possuir duas camas de casal. Hotel de passagem rápida duas ou três pernoites. Sempre faltavam toalhas de banho. Hotel oferece sabote liquido e shampoo, porém o sabonete liquido é limitado para algumas noites, deixamos o pote vazio e eles não repõe, na recepção ao questionar são grosseiros e dizem que era uma cortesia e dane-se você.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaJ'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

PPengguna TetamuMaintenance required for bathroom. There were hairs in the bath tub which means not clean. Bath water doesn’t go down well. Toilet clogged. Very bad experience. Reception staff is not friendly and felt like he is there sleepy or not in a mood when checking out. Courtyard next to this one is better.
