環境：總體挺好的，硬件還挺新的，房間也比較 ok，我們訂的是豪華親子雙床，帶兩個小孩比較適合，40平米，空間很大，衞生間也很大。小朋友到了八樓，滿眼都是超級飛俠主題，已經很開心了，因為春節訂得晚了我們只有多多主題到氣氛到了也很 ok 衞生：總體挺好的，打掃比較簡單，不過我們行李太多了也不想打掃的人幹預太多，問前台要什麼都會給配足 服務：前台，客服，早餐服務都挺好的，比較順利，尤其早餐環節，人很多也很順，應該提前安排了不少人手，美中不足早餐品種少了點，選擇不多。每天都有小餅乾發放，到的當天還有歡迎水果。春節期間一樓氣氛十足，挺不錯的。 設施：四樓親子遊樂園很受歡迎，每天都想去，小玩具沒有的，海洋球滑滑梯大塊積木都有。孩子們可以玩很久。四樓還有游泳池，健身房，桌球桌，適合大人運動。配備都挺整潔的。大門口很好停車，也免費停車。 交通：自駕車到附近景點都在30分鐘以內，比如西塘古鎮，比如巧克力小鎮，比如南湖天地，都很方便。樓下附近也有大超市，瑞幸咖啡，小吃類的。扣下對面有個湘菜館，有不辣的也挺好吃的。嘉興整體價格不高，比較省錢。 整體推薦，在春節期間溢價的價格也是比較能接受，推薦親子游！（圖片均不加濾鏡，都在酒店內）

房間去泡温泉挺方便的 就在樓下直接傳了浴袍就能去 就是早餐要户外走點路或者酒店的車會送去 早餐和四季酒店公共 人挺多的 小童套房有個户外私湯池子 這點挺好的 不用和外面的人擠在一起 而且水挺熱的 很舒服。 就是酒店電梯標識不合理 四樓和三樓房間的房號數字一模一樣 剛剛拿房卡回來不知道自己房間在幾樓 得在迷宮裡找一圈才發現自己走錯樓層，在這個細節上可以改進一下，做一點點標識分類可以讓客人少走很多路去找房間。這種情況在別的酒店也沒碰到過的。

我們一家三口趁着春節假期尾巴，體驗了在良壤酒店的兩日行程，受到了姑娘和她爸的一致大讚！！不愛拍照的我，也沒忍住拍了兩張！哈哈😁 酒店像一個大型美術館，置身其中，無論到哪個地方，各處細節都能展現她的藝術氣息～ 酒店的服務也是一級棒，每個房間配了管家，保潔人員服務貼心，我們還體驗了藝術導覽之旅、茶席，和年輕的服務人員淺聊幾句，他們對酒店建立過程等情況娓娓道來，誠摯熱心～ 酒店的中餐廳口味絕對，我們體驗了早餐各式品種，還有晚餐套餐和單品，每個菜品的食材和口感都很贊，足見主理人的用心～ 酒店的配套硬件也很贊，我們去了藝術泳池，泳池深度、水温合適，服務人員還及時送上薑茶驅寒，適合親子體驗～ 總之，在良壤有了這麼棒的體驗，下次還會再來的！

來到平湖旅遊， 找酒店🏨最重要的就是位置好。 平湖華僑飯店，離平湖著名的風景區東湖，南河頭、莫氏莊園步行可達。 酒店有巨大的地下停車場，住店免費，停車方便。 辦理入住快捷，房間很大。 裝修風格時尚，維護得很好👍🏻 空調非常給力。 早餐🥣品質一般，但是麪檔的阿姨態度非常好，很有親切感。 下次去平湖，還要選擇華僑飯店🏨

SShanghai WillThe room was spacious and quaint. Very convenient to the bar street. Breakfast was included. If you like a bohemian feel, this hotel is for you. Fully equipped with refrigerator and largish tv. The town is amazing. Will definitely come back.

PPengguna TetamuVery nice hotel... well located, inside the walls of the histroic water town, but in a quiet part, away from the hustle of the crowded streets. Room was clean and easily large enough.. with good lighting and private toilet/shower, and daily room service. The buffet breakfast, included in the room price was very good. I speak no mandarin; so I had to communicate with the reception/front desk staff using translate on phones. The front desk staff were wonderful... cheerful, helpful. They went to great lenghts to explain to me how to obtain and buis ticket to Shanghai, where to catch the bus and so on... also the same staff were extremely helpful with day to day questions. The only strange or negative thing is that when shown the room, it looks wonderful as it includes a small private verandah with table and chair. However, there is a fixed wire screen preventing the inhabitant from accessing the room's verandah... kind of strange and certainly a negative

強烈推薦，價格實惠房間設施衞生都不錯，還有個小院，清新舒適，離古鎮也近，走路不到百米，真是個鬧中取靜的好名宿，下次來多住幾天，還有值得説的是老闆娘幫忙買了優惠門票可以連續使用好幾天，不用再考慮卡着時間點進出古鎮了，可以隨時隨意逛，真好

PPengguna TetamuPositives - The room assigned to me on the 2nd floor is big with a double bed that could be a little hard but that is normal for beds in China. There is a huge bath tub and toilet which looks like the Japanese toilet but the bidet function is not working and the flushing function is working. There are the usual amenities such as disposable towels in plastic and slippers. There is a balcony overlooking the river with a table and 4 chairs for guests to seat together. It is a very good location facing the famed covered tiled roof street and many eateries around. I checked that the prices sold are reasonable when compared to same items sold in Shanghai. Area for improvement. The location of the inn is quite difficult for me to find as there is no map to indicate where it is and there is no English signage to show the direction. I have to ask around and I managed to figure out the street name in English. I wish there is a drop-off location mentioned for the taxi drivers to follow. The owners cannot speak English at all and I rely on Google translate to converse with them.

PPengguna TetamuThe facility is beautifully located within the ancient water town, which will require additional 100 Yuan per person for entry fee. The entry ticket allow you to enter into some history sites. Unfortunately no one informed us that the ticket has to be used on the date of purchase only. We were not provide much of the advices about town. After a few repeated requests, the owner had kindly help us call a cab to go back to Shanghai.

PPengguna Tetamu在小紅書上搜到的店，這裏直接去古鎮玩很方便，老闆人熱情好客專業（小紅書可搜），還可以幫買優惠客棧票，有優惠價。外面隔壁就有吃飯的店，就餐也很方便，菜價也不貴。西塘旅遊，來這家包滿意的。

MMichelleContacted the hotel staff when we arrived and he came to the entrance to take us to the hotel. He also helped us carry our luggage. We need to purchase tickets to Xitang at the entrance.The hotel is quiet and seem to be quite empty on a weekday. Room comes with a balcony which overlook the river view. Good photo spot too. Room furnishing is a little dated but still good for 1 night stay. Location is an easy walk to eating places, bar and shops. It is peaceful during the night and sleep quality is good.

JJostThe hotel was all in all pretty good. My room was also very big. When I wanted to go out in the rain,the receptionist gave my an umbrella and was also very helpful. (He didn't speak English but he wrote down everything on a piece of paper in English for me, which is very nice) I would recommend this place!
