位置挺不錯的，步行兩分鐘就能到沙灘，在海灣中間，能看到亞特蘭蒂斯和蜈支洲島，周邊有水上摩託、帆船這些項目，不想動的話躺沙灘椅看海也舒服，沙灘平，海水也清。民宿房間挺大的，都帶泡池，還有個泳池能隨便遊遊，躺漂浮毯上歇着挺自在。每天會送樹上熟的熱帶水果，新鮮口感也好。民宿在人工湖邊，旁邊沒高樓也不靠大馬路，整體很安靜，適合放鬆度假。

As a coastal retreat, it delivers impeccable service and facilities beyond reproach. The property is immaculately maintained with spotless cleanliness, reflecting no-expense-spared attention to upkeep. What sets this resort apart is its warm, thoughtful service that genuinely makes guests feel at home. The butler service elevates the experience to another level entirely. Darryl, with his remarkable professionalism and dedication, crafted what can only be described as a flawless stay for us. From pre-arrival confirmations and personalized inquiries to seamless check-in coordination and attentive follow-ups throughout our visit, he embodied the very definition of meticulous hospitality. We had an excellent experience at Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and family-friendly. One of the biggest highlights is that it’s a perfect hotel for kids. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities designed to keep children engaged from baking activities and go karting to a waterpark that our kids absolutely loved. There was always something to do. Anna and Lisa at the reception were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Their support made the whole experience even smoother. I highly recommend Hainan Sangem Moon Hotel, especially for families with children.

Beautiful hotel, but unfair check-in delays need to be addressed I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because the hotel itself is great, but a major operational flaw held it back. The Good: The hotel design is stunning—very modern and fresh. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new. Our The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety with lots to choose from, so great start to the day there. I also have to shout out the staff, who were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The Mixed: The amenities were generally okay, though I did notice a lack of bathroom loofahs (a small detail, but worth noting for anyone planning a longer stay). The Bad (and Important): The check-in process is broken. Officially, check-in is at 3pm, but we ended up waiting much longer. It seems the hotel allows guests to check out so late that housekeeping can't turn the rooms over in time. It’s really not okay to keep the next customer waiting in the lobby after a long journey of travel—it immediately puts a damper on your feeling towards the hotel before you even see the room. Suggestion to Management: I would strongly suggest that IHG enforce late check-out fees or stagger check-out times. Late departures for some guests shouldn't come at the expense of the experience for incoming guests.

Excellent service! The hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room and even provided a cake and a little star plush toy. Since we liked them, the hotel also gifted us beach slippers. At 6 PM, during the evening ceremony, the staff warmly introduced various wines and the special cocktail of the day. At 8:30 AM, the morning ceremony featured a professional performer who awakened our day with a Tai Chi session.

We had a great family stay and really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is very family-oriented and perfect for traveling with children. Our kids absolutely loved the large indoor playroom, and there was always something for them to do. The pools were another highlight. There are several large pools, including areas for young children with water slides, as well as deeper pools for adults. Everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Breakfast was also very good. The buffet had plenty of options, including cheese, olives, smoked meats, fresh fruit, and many choices that are familiar and comfortable for European guests. A special thank you to Rina at the front desk. She was always kind, welcoming, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. Her support made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely stay here again.

酒店環境不錯，酒店對面就是個湖，早上和傍晚時分最好看，很適合拍照，酒店服務也很好很熱情，我下樓問前台水果市場在哪裡，小姐姐告訴我在哪裡之後，還熱情的把電動車借給我讓我去買，房間隔音也很好，關起窗睡的很安靜，酒店裡海邊也很近，停車也方便，而且酒店價格也不貴，性價比真的很高

不是年輕人看店，服務一般。 但是本店性價比很好，去猴島，呆呆島很方便，走路就到了碼頭，或者纜車乘坐點。開車去蜈支洲島碼頭大約1小時。 店內晚上用水高峯時段，有可能暫時停水。 附近趕海，出海捕魚，拉地籠不划算。據説以前是可以租漁民的船出去撈海星，海膽，現在不給漁民去了，政府怕漁民的船有危險。但是那些正規的船去撈海星海膽，拉地籠很貴，800元左右，拉你去撈海星海膽，來回半小時就結束了，拿個網撈兩下子就能弄到海星海膽，意思一下就讓你走了。所謂的拉地籠，就是那個魚排上那種提前放了兩三天的網，基本上撈不到什麼，收貨多的可能有一兩條魚，不然全是小螃蟹，非常非常不值！

The apartment is located in a large community block that is mosly empty and rented by a local real estate agency that serves as a reception during opening hours. Check in if you are a foreigner is quite slow, but the staff are friendly and you can rent ebikes from them which is nice. The free community pool is probably one of the better community ones I have seen and they maintain it well because the water was clean. On the downside it is closed on Monday due to that same maintenance so plan accordingly. The fact that very people live there all year long shows, the building have this decreipt look and elevator hallway smelled really bad. The apartment itself had a few problems, notably the washing machine drain was blocked so it caused a flood and the beds were not the comfiest ever but still adequate. The closest beach is about 1km away and it is a mediocre beach for swimming but it is where people come to watch the launch which is probably the main reason people come here in the first place. If you actually want to swim&surf in a blue sea, there is a great smaller beach near the buddha temple(picture 4) about 5 km with ebike or taxi.
