Camera basica ma pulita e con tutto l’essenziale. posizione eccellente vicinissima al Porto Vecchio di Marsiglia. Parcheggio al coperto esattamente a 2’ a piedi dall’hotel. Servizio impeccabile. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Colazione ricca con varietà di cibo ottima e abbondante! Super consigliato per un paio di notti a Marsiglia. Rapporto qualità prezzo top! 😁😁😁

Hotel très bien situé , a 4min a pied des terrasses du porc et de la cathédrale , pour manger il y'a de quoi faire autour a pied pour tous les goûts. Hotel en relation avec le parking de la Joliette tarif de 30e pour 24h. Employés très accueillants et toujours au service merci encore ! Chambre assez petite mais il y'a tous les équipements nécessaires donc pratique. Petit déjeuner très très bien , bon produits et variés. Pour la piscine je ne sais pas , mas utilisé !

Lovely hotel, currently under renovation but staff worked very hard to make it comfortable. There was an evacuation alarm at 6am and we all assembled in the lobby but no one from the hotel spoke to us or explained what was going on, which was a little disconcerting. Eventually we all went back to our rooms.

During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery. All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

De plus, le prix était raisonnable pour la qualité du service offert. Je recommande cet établissement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir.

The room was ok. After checking out, I left my luggage in the storeroom for a couple of hours. When I came back to pick it up, the receptionist was taking a break, smoking a cigarette and chatting with a guy on the other side of the street. Apparently she didn't notice I was there. When she came back and I simply asked for my luggage, she thought it was a good idea to antagonize me because she didn't like the way I looked at her. She went on to tell me (unprompted) that she was allowed to take a break; and without losing her attitude, she asked me again if I had anything to complain about. The most passive-aggressive, unprofessional receptionist I've ever seen. This happened on Thursday, March 19, at 14:00. I hope a manager reads this comment.

Wir waren zu zweit dort. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Zimmer auch. Das Bad war sehr modern und sauber. Der Mann an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Außerdem kann man Kicker spielen in der Lobby.

1. one centered whole room lighting is annoying, separate small independent light are needed 2. more drawers and wardrobe needed then staying long thing too messy due to lack of drawer and wardrobe 3. vending machines don't give product on the first try, need to pay 2 times I bought water and my money is deducted from my bank account but no product and the reception girl doesn't give **** about vending machine malfunction

J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans cette hôtel, l'accueil est sympa, l'emplacement est très bien à l'entrée de Marseille et juste à côté du port de l'estaque.

I had a decent stay. The hotel was clean, and my room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. Most staff were friendly, but one staff member seemed dismissive. The internet was very weak, and even after room changes, it didn’t improve. Communication with housekeeping was difficult since they spoke little English. The location is a new area about fifteen to twenty minutes walk from public transport, with very few shops or restaurants nearby. The nearest supermarket is also around fifteen minutes walk. Overall, it’s clean and okay, but the internet, communication, and location are things to consider before booking.
