Especially for those who will only going to stay for a short trip because you will not waste your time going to the point of interest of Marseille because it is at the heart of the tourist area. The view from the room is gorgeous and worth the money. Restaurants and souvenir shops are lining up the area. Based on my limited stay I learn that Marseilles can give up different vibes only in a few block so the location of the hotel made me more comfortable. The AC works properly and there is an elevator. I believe there is also a car parking service but I don’t use it. The receptionists are professionals and helpful.

DDakota PuiTo be honest, we were quite disappointed with how old the room is. The vibe is very dull and even the air-conditioner looks like it was from the 90s. But the good thing is they have their private parking (need to pay another €15 per day) so that we can park our car inside and feel safer. However, I dont think we will be back the next time. The pictures we seen online are totally different lol.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel room well equipped and a very comfortable bed. Parking the car securely was simple with the expert help of the concierge.

PPengguna TetamuSecond stay at this hotel. Convenient for when traveling to / from the cruise port or airport. The hotel itself is very nice, small but great character and good facilities. We had a double floor mezzanine family room. Great room with comfy beds, clean, good amenities and nice bathroom, fridge, coffee machine etc so everything you need. There are two big downsides to this hotel that are out of their control. The old big French doors / windows look great but are not good at all for sound. We were on the 5th floor and heard cars, sirens, mopeds and people until the early hours and this does impact sleep. The second thing is the area, not a pleasant place at night. Lots of
Homeless, rough sleepers and not a welcoming place. For us, simply going there to sleep and be comfortable and have a nice room it was good and we’d stay again, but it is expensive when you consider the area and noise at night vs some other better located hotels in Marseille

樹樹達The location is excellent just across Gare Marseille St. Charles. Hotel room is spacious, with AC, hair dryer and electric kettle. Linen is very clean. Bathroom is very neat. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast served with various types of cold cut, cereals, bakeries, fruit salad, juice, milk, soy milk, coffee. I stayed for 3 nights and breakfast menu throughout was the same. No bottled water was provided in the room but it wasn't an issue to us. Free water machine is provided at the hotel lobby.Room wasn't tided up daily but I trust they are willing to do so if guests requested. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will recommend to friends.

WWilliamgray81This place is nice for a night. Not really near anything of importance, but if needing a place to stay before heading to the airport it's ideal. Near some restaurants in a seemingly dodgy part of town. The parking is a bit odd. I got stuck in the private parking for the apartment complex next door. When going into the parking stay to the left side. There's a nice pool and dining area to relax. Rooms are of great size and comfort. Very affordable in terms of a Crowne Plaza. Very good staff, was given a free upgrade. I highly recommend.

PPengguna TetamuConveniently located close to the airport and easily accessible by tram. Even though I checked in late, the staff was very welcoming. The welcome drink in the lobby was delicious. The accommodation was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchen. I would love to stay here again when I visit Bordeaux.
