匆忙訂的酒店，看到攜程4.5分就訂了 環境：首先酒店的位置非常方便就在老港，窗外能看到碼頭，景色ok，出門交通比較便利，離火車站很近。工作人員服務很熱情周到，五星服務 以下是給注重衞生的朋友參考： 酒店衞生差強人意，衞生是我最注重的住宿要求。設施並不匹配價格 和 四星的標準。比如，其實房間牆上的材料需要更換或翻新了，不止是老舊，牆底處有明顯的污垢，躺在床上看到很不舒服。吹風機上一拿出來，積灰嚴重。馬桶內壁視覺上泛黃，讓人不想使用。 窗户正對港口，但是窗簾基本沒什麼遮光功能。單層布料，還是非常鮮艷的顏色，醒來會被亮醒

Lovely hotel, currently under renovation but staff worked very hard to make it comfortable. There was an evacuation alarm at 6am and we all assembled in the lobby but no one from the hotel spoke to us or explained what was going on, which was a little disconcerting. Eventually we all went back to our rooms.

I had a great stay as always at this BnB — check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. I chose this location because it’s close to the embassy I needed to visit. The receptionist (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was very helpful and kind. I was unprepared for my appointment, but she went out of her way to help me by finding scissors and glue so I could attach my photo to a document. She even looked for them in the next office! I really appreciated her small but thoughtful gestures. I also stored my bag there and picked it up after my appointment. Although my embassy visit didn’t go well, my experience at the BnB was still excellent thanks to her.

During this trip, I was fortunate enough to choose this hotel as my resting place, and it certainly gave me an unforgettable stay. First of all, the check-in process is extremely convenient. I arrived at the hotel a full two hours ahead of the expected check-in time, but the front desk staff did not the slightest inconvenience or evasion, but in a very warm attitude for me to check in quickly. Secondly, the room itself is large and comfortable to live in, and offers a wide variety of kitchenware and cutlery. All in all, convenient check-in, warm service, comfortable room, a perfect experience beyond expectations!

The room was ok. After checking out, I left my luggage in the storeroom for a couple of hours. When I came back to pick it up, the receptionist was taking a break, smoking a cigarette and chatting with a guy on the other side of the street. Apparently she didn't notice I was there. When she came back and I simply asked for my luggage, she thought it was a good idea to antagonize me because she didn't like the way I looked at her. She went on to tell me (unprompted) that she was allowed to take a break; and without losing her attitude, she asked me again if I had anything to complain about. The most passive-aggressive, unprofessional receptionist I've ever seen. This happened on Thursday, March 19, at 14:00. I hope a manager reads this comment.

Wir waren zu zweit dort. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Zimmer auch. Das Bad war sehr modern und sauber. Der Mann an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Außerdem kann man Kicker spielen in der Lobby.

1. one centered whole room lighting is annoying, separate small independent light are needed 2. more drawers and wardrobe needed then staying long thing too messy due to lack of drawer and wardrobe 3. vending machines don't give product on the first try, need to pay 2 times I bought water and my money is deducted from my bank account but no product and the reception girl doesn't give **** about vending machine malfunction

J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans cette hôtel, l'accueil est sympa, l'emplacement est très bien à l'entrée de Marseille et juste à côté du port de l'estaque.

Un hôtel très accueillant et très propre. L’ensemble du personnel est vraiment au top. Les chambres sont refaites et sont très propres, le restaurant sert 3 buffets avec du choix et une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Passage par cet hôtel conseillé que ce soit pour une nuit ou plus longue durée.

I had a decent stay. The hotel was clean, and my room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. Most staff were friendly, but one staff member seemed dismissive. The internet was very weak, and even after room changes, it didn’t improve. Communication with housekeeping was difficult since they spoke little English. The location is a new area about fifteen to twenty minutes walk from public transport, with very few shops or restaurants nearby. The nearest supermarket is also around fifteen minutes walk. Overall, it’s clean and okay, but the internet, communication, and location are things to consider before booking.
