Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was of excellent quality, particularly the cremant. Location in the heart of the old quarter cannot be beat. We were given the room on the ground floor, ideal for people with heavy luggage. Noise was not a problem in mid-March. Would love to stay here again.

Awful. Just awful. This is not a hotel but B&B! There is no restaurant here, instead they tried to move you onto the supposedly top Strasbourg restaurant next door which is owned by someone else. Nice con… After 6 hr drive, we were starving only to be to told there is no food ( only nuts and cold meats if u lucky ) and to try restaurant next door. But wait - it’s fully booked tonight so u out of luck! Very, very poor in my opinion. Also, you check in one building and walk across the road to another to find your bedroom. I also noticed some questionable characters hanging around outside the hotel which made us feel uneasy. Very underwhelming place that is being passed off as a posh venue. So glad I used my Avios points rather than real money otherwise I would have asked for refund.

I just checked out of this hotel today. I loved everything about the hotel from the moment I walked in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had to park offsite, several blocks away, but they will transfer your luggage to and from the hotel. We had two rooms at the hotel, and we stayed in a family area that had a door off the hallway to both of our rooms. This is perfect if you have need to but your kids in one room and you/spouse in the other. The queen size rooms are not huge, but I found the room to be laid out very well. It really didn’t bother me at all that they are smaller than some of the hotels we stay at in the United States. Our rooms came with breakfast and it was wonderful. The presentation is beautiful. When you walk in it is a buffet but you can also order off the menu I suggest ordering the French toast. One of the best things about this hotel is air conditioning !!!! I can’t express enough how important it is when it is 95 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioner did not keep the room at a cool, 71 to 72° but very close. I hope to return to Strasbourg in the future, and I certainly will stay at Maison Rouge again.

Je suis agréablement surpris de cet hôtel. L'accueil était parfait avec un personnel souriant et toujours à l'écoute.
La chambre était propre et bien pensée avec tout le nécessaire. J'ai pris l'option détente pour le spa, il est composé d'un petit hammam, deux cabines infrarouges et d'une petite piscine amplement nécessaire.
Pour le petit déjeuner, il y en avait pour tout les goûts.
En ce qui concerne le parking, il faut le réserver à l'avance pour s'assurer une place mais dans le cas contraire des placements libres à l'extérieur sont disponibles.
Je viendrai séjourner dans cet hôtel avec plaisir !!

I had an excellent stay in Strasbourg, the location is fantastic near the Council of Europe where I had to go for a work conference. The staff at the reception desk between 13-15 Nov was really lovely and helpful. I would recommend staying here. My room was also clean and the very high quality materials including bedding were deeply appreciated as they made my stay comfortable and relaxing.

Amazing hotel. This Chateau is in a great location away from busy cities and in a park with many open acres nearby for walking. The rooms were nice, although our room was in a side building not the main Chateau. There are some nice historic rooms in the main Chateau with a piano in the lounge. There is a restaurant and bar adjacent with a volleyball sand court, where families go to lounge, have snacks/ice cream and drink. There is free parking for guests at the hotel and if you have a car and plan to spend time in Strasbourg, it is best to drive a mile and park at the tram (city train) pickup. You can leave your car there all day and the total price to park and bring your family/friends on the train is only around four Euro's for your whole car of people. This will save you money and time versus finding and paying for expensive parking in the city. There are some good restaurants nearby in the area of Robertsau. We ate at Au Coq Blanc which was very delicious. Overall, you cannot go wrong staying here as it is a great atmosphere for relaxation.

Our unexpected stay was a nice one. Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms. Good service and excenellent breakfast. We were woken up by the sound of running water, what seemed to be the airco-unit. This was resolved quickly by the receptionist. Would recommend the hotel!

This delightful, traditional hotel has gorgeous decor. The lounges have chandeliers and old, carved armoires and chairs. We loved the wooden floors and the lovely clothes cupboard in our room. Everyone at the hotel is cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. The neighborhood by Petite France has many excellent restaurants and bistros.

We booked the Boma hotel for a short stay in Strasbourg due to its location, as it is right next to Petit France, within walking distance to everywhere in the oldtown, but also only a 8min walk to the train station. We never had to use any transports in the two days we stayed, the Cathedral and other landmarks were only a 10min walk. However, we were also pleased with what we found as the hotel was new, modern but with character. There was music in the halls and lift to set the atmosphere and the decor overall was urban modern but worked very well. The room was not very big but had everything we needed for a short stay: a very comfy bed with memory foam pillows, which granted us a fantastic sleep at night; small desk with a kettle and a variety of coffee/tea; the minibar had water and soft drinks (and were free); there was a large tv on the wall with some media contents (films and music) which were also free for us to use; a safe where we could store our passports, etc during our stay; the bathroom had a good size with a large shower and the amenities were surprisingly good (which sometimes is compromised in smaller hotels). Our room was facing a main street but the windows were double-glazed, so we barely could hear anything from the outside. In the lower ground floor there's a (large) luggage room with large lockers for the guests to use, self-service and free. Since we arrived at Strasbourg in the morning we used it, as check-in is only at 3pm; then used it again after checking out, for a few hours, to explore a bit more of the old town before we took the train to Paris. Breakfast was was fairly good. Mainly continental but there were also scrambled eggs and bacon. There is a supermarket 20 metres away from the hotel, which was quite convenient in case we needed to buy anything during our stay. There is also a french bakery / patisserie just across the road. A lot of other coffee shops, restaurants, shops, etc just nearby. The staff was friendly, provided all the information we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visit Strasbourg, as it's perfectly located and has everything that you'll need to explore the old town.

Very easy walk to most sights such as the river and famous covered bridges and towers (5mins) or cathedral (10mins). Large mall and Galleries Lafayette (10mins)Excellent front of house staff (special mention of Gabrielle) who are very welcoming and helpful. Room we had (103) was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and aircon worked well (very quiet and efficient). We had no noise from either the road or other guests. If I had to find a complaint it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. The breakfast was excellent in quality and choice and again the staff very professional. The breakfast room is very tastefully laid out and modern.

The hotel building is magnificent and the court years is great for relaxing with a drink. We had a room overlooking the courtyard. The bed was the most comfortable one I have slept in in a very long time. The AC worked fine and the room was very quiet. From the hotel it is a short walk to the town center and a 14 minute walk to the railway station. The staff in the reception and the bar area were super friendly and helpful. A few things that could be better: the shower in the bathtub was very slippery, and the room, while very large, would have benefited from one more thing to put your suitcase on. But overall a great room. And Strasbourg is an incredibly lovely town

AAndreasSuper nettes Personal überall, alles recht stylish. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Lounge mit kostenlosen Snacks (Kuchen/Kekse, Obst) und heissen (Kaffeevollautomat/Tees) und kalten Getränken (Saft, Limos/Cola aus Flaschen) ist einfach klasse! Sowas sollte jedes Hotel haben, man kann es ein wenig mit einer Flughafenlounge vergleichen. Abends gibt es dort auch kleine Gerichte.
Die Zimmer sind zu zweit zwar etwas klein und über die Konstruktion des Bads kann man sich sehr wundern. Insgesamt jedoch eine absolute Empfehlung.

LLydia EngVery spacious room . Love the hotel location. Hidden away from the busy streets. Breakfast is not too bad. The river cruise is just located infront of the hotel. The Notre-Dame cathedral is just minutes of walk away . Many museums around us. Many lovely restaurants and shopping streets just minutes away. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Not talking dirt in the bunks (thankfully) but for as new as it seems, the shared spaces are rough. Bathrooms look rough, half the soap and dryers don’t work (not a good thing for hygiene obviously), the showers were always covered in water and hot water, up for debate. Next, the place is loud. Not hostel, a few people are chatting loud and certainly not 8pm, like the room was basically in the bar and the bar was busy (see next item) till after 1. Sure, we could have closed the window to help a bit but with no other airflow in the room, it’s a choice between super loud and hot/stuffy. Loud won. Last off, during my stay, they were hosting an event which meant a ton of people hanging around. Now the event was for a great purpose and that’s awesome and everyone was friendly too but it still meant the bar was basically taken over by locals who knew each other and filled up the community spaces, instead of a traveler or even a general bar vibe. Not a thrilling thing to find out after checking in. All that said, staff was great, super friendly when I checked in and around the place. The bar / restaurant is well done with a nice range of options and decent prices though I didn’t find the breakfast worth the buffet cost. Like the other locations, rooms are nicely done, bunks have good curtains, power, lights, all the makings of a 10/10, but not.

SSylke S.Wir waren für 4 Tage in Straßburg und waren sehr begeistert.
Die Begrüßung im Hotel sehr herzlich. Alles wurde sehr freundlich erklärt ( Stadtplan/Parkmöglichkeiten/Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.)
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, sauber und charmant eingerichtet.
Ein Wasserkocher ist vorhanden, sodass man sich jederzeit Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten kann.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern und sauber. Kleine Anmerkung: hier fehlte uns eine Steckdose.
Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig.
Ganz besonders lobend möchten wir nochmals das überaus sehr freundliche, mehrsprachige Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücks-Buffet erwähnen.
Das ist heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich.
Ansonsten liegt das Hotel relativ zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man braucht kein Auto und keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Fazit: Für uns war alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit und wir empfehlen das Hotel bedenkenlos weiter

PPengguna TetamuWe never stayed in an Adagio before but if they are all like this….. We had no water in the room on the first afternoon and were not told when we checked in. The room was very small and had a smelly carpet. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken. My reading light was half loose from the wall. The bathroom was terrible, old and with stains. To park the car you need a code for the gate. When you arrive one person needs to go to reception to get this while the other needs to stay double parked outside on a very busy street. What a horrible system. Checking in took very long because the reception took a phone call the middle of it. Very rude. There is no cleaning, only after a stay if a week or more. There was only one roll of toilet paper. How does this work when you stay longer? The airconditioning only goes as low as 24 degrees and shuts off when you open a door or window. It does not go on automatically, you need to turn it on yourself. This was nowhere described in the room. The location is not too great either. 15 minutes walk to petit France and 30 minutes to the cathedral.

The location is a two minute walk to transportation, Kleber Square, restaurants, and shopping. The location is on a quiet pleasant street, which was so peaceful after a long day of exploring. The staff couldn't be more helpful and personable. The outside area is filled with seating, firepits, and a welcoming atmosphere. The concierge was ready to help in any way, Quentin the bartender, who truly loves his job, was so kind and skilled at cocktails. Our room was perfect, the Turf Platter we ordered for our lunch one day was amazing, the lobby is comfortable modern, and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Don't miss this wonderful hotel when visiting Strasbourg Thank you for our March 16th to March 19th stay!

Chambre propre et en bon état. On peut dire que pour le prix c'est tout à fait correct. Il me semble utile d'apporter 2 précisions aux futurs voyageurs. D'abord il faut savoir qu'il n'y a plus de serviettes dans les chambres. Si vous allez en demander à l'accueil, on vous en donnera sans aucun problème, mais en cas d'arrivée tardive, vous aurez surement autre chose à faire que d'aller taper à la porte de la réception. Ensuite, le parking extérieur pouvant paraitre mal fréquenté, vous pouvez garer votre véhicule sur le parking fermé de l'hôtel pour vous rassurer (4 euros la nuit). Ce n'est pas réservable en ligne, voir avec la réception.
