very nice hotel, good location and comfortable to stay!!!!

It was fairly good except the male waiter at the breakfast as I asked him where is the olive oil then he kept saying ” si si on the table” and it was not on the table .. it would be better to be more sincere or at least ask his manager if he's not able to speak English , this made me feel bit irritating as he obviously looks annoyed by answering my question all the rest was ok , would select this hotel again if I go Torino

Prime location steps from train station and bus stop—exploring is effortless. Staff are very helpful, but reception isn’t 24/7 (plan check-in carefully). Full kitchen makes self-catering easy; free coffee is a thoughtful perk. The place feels little dated but overall a good stay!

Мне отель понравился. Комната уютная, просторная ванная, все необходимые принадлежности в номере. Единственный отель из всех в моей поездки, где были тапочки в номере.) Завтрак обычный - без изысков, но голодными не останетесь. Каждый день в номере бутылочка питьевой воды. Уборка каждый день. Мой маршрут включал несколько городов, и я путешествовала на поездах, поэтому расположение отеля для маня было очень удобным. Холл отеля красиво оформлен. Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Единственное чего мне не хватило - овощей на завтрак. Из овощей - одни помидоры черри. В следующий раз с удовольствием остановлюсь в этом отеле.

Hôtel est très bien placé. Bar dans l’hôtel est génial avec petit jardin caché. Petit déjeuner est délicieux.. Personal à l’écoute

I don’t want to stay this hotel again. I visited this hotel in April so it’s getting warmer, but a heater had been turned on and my room was extremely hot. So I tried to switch to cooling mode or to turn off the heating, but neither of them worked. Additionally, its outer wall was under construction so I couldn’t let in some fresh air. Another disappointment is the attitude of the stuff. Good aspects of this hotel are that you can get a card for one free drink, have a clean room, good breakfast, a chocolate bar, and some drinks in your room. I don’t recommend to stay this hotel when the season changes and for travelers who want to enjoy staying at a hotel as a part of the trip.

I enjoy staying in this hotel, the room is very big and clean and warm the staffs were friendly, anytime I visit Torino again I will stay in this hotel

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

La camera era molto pulita e ordinata. Presente un accappatoio e un paio di pantofole usa e getta, inoltre una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,50 l in omaggio. Presente un televisore a schermo piatto. Bagno pulito, la doccia nonostante sia un po’ vecchio stile con ancora la tendina impermeabile quest’ ultima era nuova e pulita. Soddisfatto anche dell’ accoglienza e delle informazioni ricevute alla reception al mio arrivo. L’ hotel si trova a una decina di minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram linea 4 (momentaneamente causa lavori la linea é interrotta e ferma solo fino a Piazza Derna invece che fermare anche alla fermata Scotellaro più vicina all’ hotel) molto comoda per raggiungere il centro. L’ hotel si trova in una strada di scarso passaggio soprattutto nelle ore serali visto che le attività limitrofe cessano l’ orario di apertura, seppur illuminata non é tra le più sicure a mio avviso da percorrere a piedi da soli (io infatti ho preferito noleggiare un monopattino in sharing per raggiungere l’ hotel alla sera).
