It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.

Stayed for 3D2N with 3A3C. Room emerald room, 4 single beds. Room is clean and spacious with all of us in + 2big luggages. Can get amenities near lift, no complimentary water bottle in room but there is a water dispenser at every room level. Our room is in level 10 (highest level 13) overlooking car park and sea. They r not flexible for late checkout for families with small children. Bus shuttle night time 9.30pm only 2 trips need to squueeeeeze in the fully loaded bus if U don't mind.noon time bus shuttle trip not frequent (compared to other hotel ie. Eurasia hotel). breakfast so-so with poke bowl+ chirasi bowl. Others so-so.

We arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel, convenient for those wanting to visit Disney. Friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is as a vegan there was not many breakfast options.

We liked this hotel. It's not far from the Disney monorail station. There is a bus from the hotel to the Bayside Station. There is a separate free hotel bus to the Maihama subway station, if you want to go to downtown Tokyo, etc (you don't need take the monorail and pay the high monorail fees). The hotel is tall and the view is unobstructed. They offered us a view of the park or of the ocean, which was very nice. I wish we would have asked them if there is a view of Mount Fuji? The room was not huge but decent sized, and not the newest style, but it was clean and decent. We would not hesitate to stay there again. The bed was comfortable and the curtains were ok.

A lively Disney beehive that runs like clockwork! Our second room was also a fantastic experience! The hotel is huge, and the flow of tourists is massive due to Disneyland, but the way everything is organized here is just mind-blowing. It is a perfectly oiled, high-performing machine. Why we loved it: * Awesome front desk: The reception staff are wonderful—super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. Despite the crowds, check-in was calm, smooth, and quick. * Flawless logistics: Everything is designed with tourists in mind. The shuttles run perfectly on time, making traveling around extremely easy and stress-free. * Spotless and cozy: The room was neat, fresh, and perfectly clean. A great place to relax and unwind. The vibe here is very lively, fun, and energetic. If you want a hotel where everything works seamlessly and the staff greets you with genuine smiles, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

I booked this hotel for a 3-day trip to Disney Resort - the stay was superb! The hotel ammenities are very well kept, should I take about the room with a bathtub, or the common parts where you can relax and grab an eat for a correct price at the end of the day. A convenience store is available also at B1. The shuttle services are also very great, with more passages at peak hours!

The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

Great location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.

While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options.
