Wow! Art Paradiso was absolutely stunning and the service was unmatched. The hotel and surrounding premises are grand, sleek, and incredibly cool to look at. The hotel itself is gorgeous- dark, artsy, sophisticated. Our room was huge and the vibe was sublime.  The staff were so nice, professional, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were both seamless. The welcome drink in their bar was a nice touch! They also left us a dessert plate in our room, but we unfortunately had to turn it down as we’re vegan. Instead, they created a special fruit plate and delivered it to us! That was so nice of them.  We only stayed for 13 hours due to our travel plans, but I highly recommend you to really savor all Paradise has to offer. I can’t wait to come back and experience their spa, restaurant lounge, shopping, theater, and ******!

Booked the hotel as we had an early flight the next morning. Free shuttle bus to airport T1 from 5am onwards in 20 mins intervals. There’s a ****** for the adults and a kids playground with lots of toys for toddlers. Not a lot of food options, had the Italian food near paradise art, the cheese risotto was great but the pork cutlet was very dry. The pho at the food court was good too.

This hotel didn’t just meet my expectations, it completely surpassed them in every way imaginable. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless, polished, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where every single detail comes together so perfectly. The cleanliness was absolutely flawless. The room was immaculate, fresh, and clearly maintained with the highest level of care. It immediately created a sense of calm and comfort that made it easy to relax after traveling. The location is outstanding, especially for anyone traveling through Incheon Airport. Everything is incredibly convenient and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. But what truly impressed me was the surrounding area, there are so many shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, a relaxing coffee, or just want to explore, everything you could possibly need is right there. It adds so much value to the stay. The service was exceptional. Though was a AI self check in, there was real human being that guided me right away as soon as I walked in so that staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, always kind, attentive, and professional. You can genuinely feel that they care about your experience, and that level of hospitality makes a huge difference making it feel like home far away from home. And the bed, honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. It was incredibly smooth, soft, and perfectly supportive. I had one of the best, most restful nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were simply outstanding. They truly thought of everything, and then went even further. It wasn’t just the basics; it felt like they anticipated every possible need. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made the entire stay feel elevated and luxurious. This wasn’t just a great stay, it was unforgettable. If I could rate it 1000/10, I absolutely would. I would come back here again and again and again without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, solo travelers, couples, anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and high-quality experience while at a cheap price. This place truly sets the standard. An exceptional stay in every sense. I will definitely be returning.

The room is spacious and clean. Bedding, towels, and bath rope are like new. The bed is huge, mattress is firm. Shower was one of the best. The shower itself is spacious. Water is very hot and with good pressure. One good design is shower, toilet and sink are separated by glass doors. People can get ready at the same time. There are lots of restaurants in the area just downstairs. If you really have to pick something, people are singing on the street pass midnight on Friday night. But it didn't bother me at all.

Attended DxS concert and stayed at Forest Tower for 4 nights. SUPERB location if you are just going for event at Inspire Arena and not planning to travel to other parts of Incheon. The shuttle bus service to and from Incheon airport came in handy. Convenience stores are available so no much issue for food. Other food options are available as well during daytime. I love the view of my room. And the park nearby is relaxing for strolling around. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

Perfect hotel for those needing to spend an overnight layover in Incheon! Shuttle service is quick and easy and the hotel provides the perfect kind of environment. I was happy to find that an on-site mart was available with all sorts of food and toiletries (including meal worthy items).. For those willing to spend more money, there is also an on-site restaurant.

Lovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below. The apartment itself Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay. Location — pros The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view. Location — things to know Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great. Noise There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment. So Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

Love the view and the room was clean. Stayed here 1 night for a early flight in ICN Airport. Overall good and relaxing experience. Had to book an Uber to go here and book another one when going to the airport since the bus stop is far.

Hotel yang bagus yang dikecewakan oleh beberapa sikap kakitangan .Bilik pertama mempunyai satu langkah antara bilik tidur dan bilik mandi terpaksa menukar bilik dari tingkat 8 ke 3. Tiada tetamu lain yang tiba kakitangan tidak sibuk tetapi bantuan terhad dengan troli bagasi ke bilik pertama tetapi zilch dengan berpindah ke bilik kedua. Kedudukan yang baik dan bas ulang-alik ke Terminal 1 hanya mengejutkan bahawa tidak ke Terminal 2. Tambang teksi yang dinasihatkan ke Terminal 2 adalah maksimum 17,000won tetapi teksi berkeras untuk membeli 20,000 kedai serbaneka Great CU di ruang legar dibuka 24 jam dengan nilai yang baik dan kakitangan yang menyenangkan..

Clean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport. Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either.... Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways. So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
