The cleanliness was absolutely flawless. The room was immaculate, fresh, and clearly maintained with the highest level of care. It immediately created a sense of calm and comfort that made it easy to relax after traveling. The location is outstanding, especially for anyone traveling through Incheon Airport. Everything is incredibly convenient and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. But what truly impressed me was the surrounding area, there are so many shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, a relaxing coffee, or just want to explore, everything you could possibly need is right there. It adds so much value to the stay. The service was exceptional. Though was a AI self check in, there was real human being that guided me right away as soon as I walked in so that staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, always kind, attentive, and professional. You can genuinely feel that they care about your experience, and that level of hospitality makes a huge difference making it feel like home far away from home. And the bed, honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. It was incredibly smooth, soft, and perfectly supportive. I had one of the best, most restful nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were simply outstanding. They truly thought of everything, and then went even further. It wasn’t just the basics; it felt like they anticipated every possible need. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made the entire stay feel elevated and luxurious. This wasn’t just a great stay, it was unforgettable. If I could rate it 1000/10, I absolutely would. I would come back here again and again and again without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, solo travelers, couples, anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and high-quality experience while at a cheap price. CChris BouwerGreat hotel, very well maintained and clean large rooms. The hotel has excellent amenities, the spa and gym is a fantastic way to reset before or after a flight. The breakfast is a must, one of the largest variety. I will be booking here again, this time the night before my departure.

OOliver :)I feel as though the service could’ve been friendlier. Asked a question at the front desk and was essentially told that it was not his problem and that I’d have to ask the specific lounge. This is ok and I was happy to ask but there are more friendly ways to say things.

HHerriesThis is a very new area (Unseo - 2 stations from Terminal 1), many restaurants & cafes are there (many open at 12pm) next door restaurant has very good ginseng soup & kimchi stew. You can only reach there by airport line which is not able use the climate card. Hotel has the kitchen at level 2, water dispenser provided at your floor. Room a bit small if you had big luggage. Not recommended if you like to travel to Seoul daily.

PPengguna TetamuLovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below. The apartment itself Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay. Location — pros The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view. Location — things to know Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great. Noise There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment. So Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

MmailycClean hotel and quiet. Can't say much more though because we arrived super late and have to leave early in the morning for the airport. Did the check in , and got a sarcastic comment from the receptionist because we arrived at 1am . After getting in the room , we wanted to ask the receptionist to book a taxi for us , and where was the remote for the AC , but he was not at the reception, and didnt pick up the phone either.... Didn't have the shuttle bus both ways. So had to take public transport , which is not very convenient. Had to walk 20/25min after the bus stop with all the luggage. However in the morning it was easy to book an Uber.
