The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

Ww3nwyNice and grand hotel with amazing staffs! Thankfully for the room upgrade and it was huge! Food plaza has tasty food options at wallet friendly pricing. Wonderbox was fun for kids (age between 6 to 11). Cimer was good but the operating hours is abit short for weekdays and we had to rush to get in to use the pool. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the free mini bar too. BF is a must! Wonderful stay!

The cleanliness was absolutely flawless. The room was immaculate, fresh, and clearly maintained with the highest level of care. It immediately created a sense of calm and comfort that made it easy to relax after traveling. The location is outstanding, especially for anyone traveling through Incheon Airport. Everything is incredibly convenient and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. But what truly impressed me was the surrounding area, there are so many shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, a relaxing coffee, or just want to explore, everything you could possibly need is right there. It adds so much value to the stay. The service was exceptional. Though was a AI self check in, there was real human being that guided me right away as soon as I walked in so that staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, always kind, attentive, and professional. You can genuinely feel that they care about your experience, and that level of hospitality makes a huge difference making it feel like home far away from home. And the bed, honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. It was incredibly smooth, soft, and perfectly supportive. I had one of the best, most restful nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were simply outstanding. They truly thought of everything, and then went even further. It wasn’t just the basics; it felt like they anticipated every possible need. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made the entire stay feel elevated and luxurious. This wasn’t just a great stay, it was unforgettable. If I could rate it 1000/10, I absolutely would. I would come back here again and again and again without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, solo travelers, couples, anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and high-quality experience while at a cheap price. This place truly sets the standard. An exceptional stay in every sense. I will definitely be returning.

PPengguna Tetamuamazing room, advanced technology in rooms considered that this is a business hotel. however, the front-dest officers were quite shocked when they saw me. It felt like I wasn't supposed to be there - understood since the check-in time is 2200hrs. Not sure if they spoke English(again, understandable since we're in South Korea), so as long as you can speak Korean or even the basics of it, you're good. I spoke korean and the check-in process became significantly faster. Paid 90k won to check in at 11am(cheap for me since I just want to sleep). However, props to the housekeeping team, room was squeaky clean for the price paid. Bedding and pillows were extremely soft I had such a good sleep. Unfortunately I'm not coming to Incheon again, but I do recommend you try this hotel for a night if you're in Incheon. Excellent location actually, 5 minutes away to subway and many eateries around.

PPeterJAshtonI had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it for convenient airport access. I had been staying more centrally in Seoul, but in preparation for an early flight the following morning, spent my final night in Korea at this hotel. Access was a bit more complicated than I had anticipated - despite its proximity to the airport terminal, there is no pedestrian access, and one must take an airport bus to reach it. There is a direct hotel shuttle bus that runs between the terminal and hotel entrance, which I caught in the morning from the hotel, at about 5:00am; it is more like a coach with dedicated luggage storage in the bed of the vehicle. The journey takes only 5-10 minutes. However, this shuttle bus only runs once an hour (and sometimes less, depending on the time of day). As an alternative, a regular airport bus departs from a neighbouring bay at the airport terminal, visiting several stop on a 30-minute circuit; from the airport, this hotel is reached by a 5-minute walk from the penultimate stop (i.e. the stop before returning to the terminal). This is a conventional bus with limited luggage storage. Transport aside, the hotel experience was excellent, with kind and cordial staff with flawless English, large, comfortable, luxurious rooms, and several food options, including a bar/restaurant, room service, and a 24/7 convenience store. While I do not think the hotel would make a very convenient base from which to conduct an entire trip to Seoul - the subway journey to central Seoul takes a good hour or more - it is extremely convenient for anyone needing quick airport access, and is extremely pleasant in all other regards on top of that. I had a very pleasant stay and would strongly consider staying again in the future.

ССаша МилеловичLovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below. The apartment itself Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay. Location — pros The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view. Location — things to know Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great. Noise There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment. So Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

긴긴호텔 내부가 새것같이 깨끗하고 청결했어요. 매우 흡족. 날이 추웠는데 체온에 맞게 조절되듯 따뜻한 난방 좋았구요. 어메니티 일회용 제품이 준비되지 않는 줄은 알았지만 비누조차 없을 줄은 몰랐다가.. 당황했어요^^; 다음엔 세안에 필요한 제품까지 챙기는 걸로! 아침에 머리 감고 드라이기가 고장인지 작동되지 않아 말리느라 애먹었어요. 이른 시간이라 그런지 전화를 받지 않아.. 꾹 참고 말리고 나왔네요. 그럼에도 재방문 의사 아주 많아요! 이 금액에 이 퀄리티 믿을 수 없어요^^ 쉬느라 호텔 내부사진을 찍지 못했네요. 체크아웃할 때 아차 싶어 복도 찍은 게 다예요. 그만큼 잘 쉬었다 갑니다 :)

Is a big size room, my room got 2 king size beds easily fits 4 people, microwave and kettle is provided inside the room. Location is good too, few minutes from ICN Terminal 1, free airport shuttle is just 1 stop, but got to walk a few hundred meters from the bus stop to the apartment building. No worries about F&B options, convenient stores, so a western bar just next to it. The building has no security checkpoint or access card, this means anyone can access to every floor or your apartment door. I saw delivery man knocking apartment door for delivery. One thing good about it, the operator can be reached very soon after I complained my first allocated room with broken window lock, I WhatsApp the operator, responded immediately once I sent in a few video as proof , then changed room to a higher floor and better room.
