The views from this hotel was stunning. Both inside in my room and all around the hotel campus you look directly into the heart of Bangkok and can see a good part of the city. Location wise travelers at this site are close to multiple local hotspots. In my case I enjoyed walking over to the waterfront where I took a river cruise into China town and spent most of my day there. It was pleasant to come back to a quiet room with a charming view after all the exploration and adventure. Inside my room everything was clean and with a touch of modern decoration and color. My bathroom included a spacious tub and my bed was very comfortable under the well regulated room air conditioning. I enjoyed being close to several shopping districts including Central World and Siam Paragon where I ended up walking to the next morning. I very much enjoyed the staff at this site with complements going to the bar crew. Both nights there I spent time enjoying a beer and discussing how local life was for these friendly and energetic folks. On my last morning I took part in the breakfast buffet and I was surprised to see how many options for food were available. Overall this was a great stay that I recommend and would gladly revisit upon my return.

We loved it here so much. The view from the pool is nice as well as from the gym. I wish we would have stayed longer. The breakfast buffet is tasty and they give you 2 waters per day. Loved the big smart tv, the water pressure and cleanliness of the room. We went to lifestyle mall close by, took a grab to chinatown, visited iconsiam and 2 temples while staying here. It's lovely and relaxing after a long day out and the pool bar makes good drinks too. Thank you for the kindness, we hope to come back soon

The location is ok but nearby not much things to do. Nearest mall is around 15 min by foot and seem localised with super markets, home pro etc. Good for business people but not good for leisure traveler. Huai Kwang mrt exit 2 is a 3-5 min walk. However if raining, good game. Regarding the room, if possible, do a flush first to check if your toilet has choke. My toilet choke on my last night and the hotel staff proposed to change room but I didn’t as too much things to pack and unpack for just a mere 8-10 hours before check out. Next morning wake up, the next door also choke. As I can help the engineering guy pumping his toilet and there are the blob blob blob sound in my toilet bowl. Seem like both room toilet share the same main pipe and the main got choke. Kudos to hotel staff to give a new room.

Hotel front desk is very helpful and professional handle customer. The room is ready for us to check in early. The hotel is providing boat taxi to Shenton and take another boat to IconSiam with THB40-00 per person. The Room is facing sea view and really beautiful. The hotel also proving Tutu to Asiatique Riverside. Everything is just amazing. I strongly recommended.

Good hotel in a convenient Bangkok location and in excellent condition. Everything was clean and worked properly. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive. Breakfast and housekeeping could be arranged for an extra charge, although we didn’t use these services since there are plenty of places nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only downside was that you can hear the neighboring room’s doorbell, even when the “Do Not Disturb” mode is on. Also, fresh water and toilet paper were not replenished automatically. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we were satisfied and can confidently recommend this hotel.

Hotel ini terletak di Jalan Sukhumvit, bersebelahan dengan pusat membeli-belah EM Sarapan pagi adalah baik, tetapi pencahayaan di dalam bilik adalah malap. Teman saya secara tidak sengaja terjatuh semasa pergi ke bilik air ketika mendaftar masuk pada malam pertama Apabila kami menemui hotel pada waktu pagi, mereka hanya mengesyorkan hospital tanpa sebarang komen sama sekali patah tulang Apabila kami mendaftar keluar, kami memberitahu meja depan bahawa penyelia berkata ya. tak terkata!

I had an excellent stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. There was a gym on site which was small but had good space and was not busy. The rooftop pool was amazing and a great place to relax. I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, very good gym, and really nice breakfast! Downside, lots of construction works, so one side of the building is very noisy, it’s also right by the pool so you wouldn’t really want to use the pool and be able to relax. Location is okay, easy to Grab/Bolt everywhere, or 15 min walk to the MRT (the also offer a free shuttle there). We stayed there twice, would stay again.

The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent location, reasonable pricing, and rooftop pool with fantastic city views. The staff were generally polite and helpful when needed, although the service was fairly standard rather than exceptional. Check-in and daily interactions were smooth, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the service experience. That said, the hotel would benefit from some renovations and maintenance updates. Certain areas of the property appear dated, and some room facilities could be improved to meet modern expectations. While everything was functional, refreshing the interiors would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, Furama Silom remains a solid choice for travelers seeking a well-located hotel with good facilities at a fair price.
