IIgor KhoroshevWe have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак, супер расположение для тех, кто путешествует на машине и надо выезжать на шоссе в Сюмелу или Узунгель, прибрежное шоссе прямо за углом. Отель новый , все чистое и удобное. Работник помог на карте найти и проложить дорогу к вкусному рыбному ресторану.

PPengguna TetamuVery nice and conveniently located to the centre of markets and shopping. I was very disappointed in the breakfast - unimaginative and very limiting. Instant coffee - no Turkish or decent coffee. In the restaurant a family was having a loud Skype session with their young child. No other patrons were considered and the waiter did nothing to quiten this intrusive communication.
Staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms have a few bad knocks from travellers coming and going.

PPengguna TetamuThe Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy.
Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

PPengguna TetamuFriendly helpful staff. Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and air conditioner. Nice hot shower. Good breakfast. The major thing that needs to be noted is the fact that the hotel is surrounded by mechanics and can be noisy when working on vehicles. It is far out of town but walking distance to bus station and shopping mall. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything.

PPengguna TetamuThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

AAyooshOverall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.
