"The Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy. Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel."

"The location was good, but cleanliness was lacking, the staff wasn't always helpful, and the breakfast was good, but they were very strict about the timetable or the lunch box if you had an early departure. There's a bar across the street that gets very noisy in the evenings with loud music."
