Good nice clean stuff good

Couldn't stay there because I couldn't find the main gate. I guess the place was located in a street which has some love hotels.If you are not local, you better find another place

Останавливались на 1 ночь перед поездкой на автобусе до порта. Номера небольшие, но чисто. Имеется милый дворик со столиками. Единственное было трудно найти отель, не хватает более заметной вывески.

Good Ang nice

If you're looking for a great deal, look no further. Though the location is not the best, and confusing for the taxis to find, you could find a big bus station in 5 minutes of walk. There you could take a bus to the Laguna and DIY waterfall tours in a budget.

The location is very nearby the bus terminals in buendia and accessible to wherever you want to go + the room is nice, clean and comfortable to stay at.

The room was very clean. I loved the shower. The staff were warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The staff were some of the most honest people I have ever come across. Breakfast served in the room was also very nice. The area around the hotel wasn’t the safest, but it is safe inside the property grounds. There is a small store beside the hotel to buy drinks and snacks, and there are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance. I would stay here again just based on the cleanliness and the staff.

Stayed 1 night. I liked it. Had access to the garden area from the room, which was really nice. Only received 1 large towel each. Hand towels and wash clothes would have been nice. They had free coffee for us when we arrived and the following morning. My wife ordered breakfast and she said it was just so-so. But it was only 200 pesos. The room also had a large TV with free NetFlix and there was free internet. The queen size bed was really nice. And the staff was very courteous and helpful. I will return if I need that area of Manila and I do recommend this hotel.

It’s quiet, staffs are accommodating, friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the location of the hotel though.

The location is convenient if you need to be anywhere in Pasay. For a property in the center of the city, it's quaint and homey because of the garden and open area. Facilities are new. Downside, you can hear from the room beside yours. Overall, very nice accommodation, especially for those looking for a more quiet place as opposed to hotels.
