Very satisfied here even if I booked this outside the country for my mum, my sis and my nephew but I can really say and have seen everytime I do vc to them that they're very comfortable with their stay. And the one who entertained was so kind, not sure if it was the owner of the care taker cause I wasn't the one who's there but they said the accommodate them so well. Would probably recommend this condotel to anyone who's looking for a place to stay😊

I seldom leave less than stellar reviews, however, this place had a moderate amount of roaches. That’s a little out of their control, but the amount of roach corpses in the cupboards, sills, even in the fridge is not. The room looked nothing like the picture, they painted and there’s splatter all over the chairs tables, furniture, I will not stay here again, regardless of price and location. I left a lot out, like the leaking ac unit she just put a trash can under and the fact that it uses actual keys, I thought key cards or smart locks were required to be available on trip. Nice view, but the fan outside is so loud! Stay across the street at Savoy and avoid this place.

Location is really great, just walking distance from SM MoA. Staff is also very nice. My only two concerns are (1) there are small cockroaches and (2) very few electricity sockets where I can charge my gadgets. But other than that, place is great and affordable.

Great location for people looking to use the airport. Much cheaper than the nearby hotels but with all the professionalism and luxury you need in a room. I am usually wary of staying in apartels or condotels, but I will definitely use this apartment owner again.

It was a great experience of our stay. Nice and clean room. I like the bed very comfortable, you can cook as well. Staffs are accommodating and very safe. Very accessible to all like restaurants, malls, salons and convenience stores.. 5 star ⭐️

KKarlNice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .

AAbegail LabasanMy sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

Aan_academicOver all was a good stay! Areas where family and friends can visit and meet up, with various restaurants and cafes on its doorstep— specially just before flying out.
It’s about a 15 minute drive from T1 international terminal.
Although the pool water was quite cold, albeit being indoors, and separate sauna for males and females. Unfortunately when we attempted to visit the saunas- one afternoon, they were not so inviting (ie not the cleanest).
Nice to have a poolside bar and access to massage services there tho!

MMark JoannesLove the place. Tho the place is kinda hidden, and the view is ruined by the reclamation of the bay, yet it is still a great place to stay. The amenities are good. Although one of the main concerns are the elevator. It takes a long time before you can ride a lift. The queue will take long before you can go up or down. You’re lucky if you are just in the lower floors, in which you can use the fire exit to go down.

Anyone didn't service our luggages to deliver our room (because our 2 kids slept and we would like to help anyone)
Advantage is near ninoy airport T3 and that has shuttle bus that will deliver to the bridge and walk to T3

TTiffany KokoSaya menggunakannya buat kali pertama dan sangat menyukainya sehingga saya mendaftar masuk dua kali minggu itu. Adik perempuan dan anak-anak saya pun check in dua kali. Kakak bayar bilik sendiri sebab murah ☺️Kalau perlukan sesuatu boleh call tapi dengar staff kat luar boleh call dan uruskan on the spot. Kakitangan lain dari SG menyambut saya dengan betul dan membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Anak sulung saya, yang saya bawa masuk 12 tahun kemudian, juga berminat menggunakan sabun yang luar biasa itu. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi tahun ini. Selamat berkenalan

LLouiely Joy G. Dela CruzI was hesitant at first if this is worth the risk but guess what? 100/10😍. The place is very clean, our room which is a deluxe is in good condition, the AC functions well also, the cold and hot shower is working. Accessibility to transport is good since it is near LRT station. You can find a lot of local food nearby the accommodation. Plus the receptionist both from the morning and afternoon shift were very friendly and accomodating. All in all I can highly recommend this place to stay here in Manila.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI recently had the opportunity to stay at Shore Residences near Mall of Asia (MOA), and overall, it was a pleasant experience. While the location is convenient for travelers, the noise from the airplanes taking off can be quite loud at times. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Just be prepared for some airplane noise during your stay!

No slippers.
Breakfast is not included.
