The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we checked in. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Its convenient location also made getting around the area a breeze. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free trip!

First time to stay at Marriot and I think there will be more to come. We definitely enjoyed our stay. We opted to upgrade our room and availed of the executive lounge and it did not disappoint. Truly a loverly stay.

I had a pleasant stay in Manila. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Pros: The check-in process went smoothly, and the host provided clear and detailed instructions beforehand. The location is convenient, with easy access to a nearby supermarket. The room smelled fresh upon arrival, and three sets of toiletries and towels were thoughtfully provided. Cons: Although we booked the room for three guests, it seemed to be set up for only two. There were only two dining chairs, even though the listing photos for this room type showed three. We also found only two plates, two bowls, two sets of utensils, and two pairs of slippers in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for a group of three.

The place is clean and in order. The ambiance is relaxing and comforting. Satisfied experience. The only shocking is the Check in and out time. Too late to check in and too early to check out. Also the pool is not included in the package so we were a bit disappointed. But overall, the experience is GOOD. My kids love the ambience and the neatness of the place..

Lokasi yang agak bagus. Kalau penerbangan T3, sangat senang nak ke Lapangan Terbang Manila. Pemeriksaan keselamatan di pintu masuk agak ketat, jadi patutnya sangat selamat untuk menginap di hotel ini. Ada McDonald's di sebelah, dan pusat beli-belah di seberang jalan. Di sebelah sana pula ada hotel Hilton. Hotel ini bersambung ke [nama tempat yang hilang], jadi sangat mudah nak pergi ke sana juga.

The staff were very welcoming and would always greet you whenever you passed by them. The hotel facilities were also amazing, especially the rooftop area. It was super aesthetic and beautifully designed. The room was also very nice and comfortable. I will definitely book here again!

1st time to booked this place and I can say na ba balik balikan namin sya, this will be one of our go to places na. The staffs are all friendly and approachable. Aside from the comment I left personally the other thing that I noticed was the dining area is too hot, it's not well ventilated. I hope you can do something about it so the guest can enjoy their breakfast. Thank u

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

Penginapan ini sangat baik dan bersih, tetapi arahan untuk daftar masuk agak kurang jelas. Ejen tidak dapat dihubungi melalui panggilan, hanya melalui mesej! TV pula tidak bersambung ke internet selama 3 hari.😔
