Hotel Bandar Raya Pasay dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

The location is very suited towards those who are only staying for a couple of days. It's very close to terminal 3 so travellers can easily access the various restaurants located inside the airport food court. There's a sky bridge connecting terminal 3 with the area in which Holiday Inn is located.

Customer service A- OK❣️It makes me proud to be a Filipino. ✅ I didn’t felt any indifference in the way they treat their guests, whether it be locals, foreigners, tall, really really tall, short, 😅, etc. Their staff ate kind and accommodating. ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and safe. I bet Japanese people would really like it here. ✅ Service at its finest❣️ So when you come to Manila and need a place to stay near the airport (from Terminal 3), consider staying here. Staying in a foreign land for so long made me forget how Filipinos are really kind and warm, and this place made that evident to me and how I’ve been missing these attributes. Not only does it remind foreigners, but also fellow Filipinos, how even small warm and kind gesture, where customers’ needs are treated with care, can make such a huge impact to someone and make their day special and memorable. One that’s worth the treasure. Grateful!

My sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

Saya menggunakannya buat kali pertama dan sangat menyukainya sehingga saya mendaftar masuk dua kali minggu itu. Adik perempuan dan anak-anak saya pun check in dua kali. Kakak bayar bilik sendiri sebab murah ☺️Kalau perlukan sesuatu boleh call tapi dengar staff kat luar boleh call dan uruskan on the spot. Kakitangan lain dari SG menyambut saya dengan betul dan membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Anak sulung saya, yang saya bawa masuk 12 tahun kemudian, juga berminat menggunakan sabun yang luar biasa itu. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi tahun ini. Selamat berkenalan

Love the bed and the scent of this hotel. It was very comfortable. The only thing I noticed is the CR needs updating as well as the towels. But overall a good experience. Love their foods too! Make sure to try their Quesadillas 🤩 wish they served the food a bit faster though cos we waited almost an hour that night for our food😅 good thing they had a breathtaking views 😍

Kami mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan di The Heritage Manila. Dari segi lokasi adalah sempurna. Berhampiran SM MOA dan Gereja Baclaran. Biliknya luas, melebihi apa yang kami jangkakan 🙏🏻 Malah CR dan bilik air bersih dan luas. Walau bagaimanapun kelemahannya bersedia untuk tiada bidetttt 🤣 Bawa pantang larang sendiri 🤣 Tetapi pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Kakitangan sangat akomodatif. 😄 Bufet sarapan pagi juga hebat 🫰🏻 Nota tambahan: Bagi mereka yang mempunyai kenderaan, mereka menyediakan ruang di tempat letak kereta bawah tanah. (siapa cepat dia dapat).

I had not a good encounter and experience when we arrived on 6 Nov 2024.  We checked at front desk they gave the key card which is the door system is not working properly we could not go in. Then I called for help but  respond is slow no one came up.I decided to walk down to front desk and  Hotel staff at front desk exchanged a new key card and assist me to get the room. It was fine and we left our luggage to the room and went out. Problem came up again when we used the updated key card unfortunately is not work again we stuck outside the room. I really get disappointed and angry most importantly my wife need to take medicine on time, we end up stuck outside second time. I walked again to front desk to complain about that and staff immediately apologised and change new room for us. Honestly I do felt very upset and about the arrangement all this respond came too late even staff shown their effort to comfort us. I received only a few chocolate and card for this incidents happened 😄what do you think?

The hotel is convenient for travelers that will be leaving the Philippines soon via the airport. You should arrive a day or two before your flight to do last minute shopping at the nearby SM Mall of Asia (MOA). There's also a small supermarket near the hotel going to the LRT station if you don't want to go all the way to MOA. You can iron your clothes at the 5th floor lobby. I'm not sure if it's the same on other floors.

10/10 This hotel was absolutely fabulous. I think its one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Everything was immaculate. The service was great, and the rooms were stunning. I was only there for a night as I had an early flight in the morning, but I was able to take a night swim in the lovely pool while listening to the live band perform. The facilities in the health club are also great. Since I had to leave before breakfast, they arranged a packed breakfast for me which was really delicious. I rarely stay in Manila when I travel to the Philippines, but I would come back just to stay at the Okura again.
