BBlezieThis is by far the most beautiful hostel I've stayed at in the Philippines. It's literally comparable to hostels in Japan!! ♥️ The kitchen, the room and the common areas are very clean. It looks like a hotel except there are other people in the room with me. The lockers are big enough to store my luggage and other important things. The common area has a separate eating/dining area and a ”quiet room” for those who work remotely. The bathrooms have a lot of toiletr cubicles and shower room, it even has 2 changing rooms. I am beyond amazed! Lastly, the staff are amazing even the guards outside. Kudos to everyone!! 😍 i would definitely stay here again!

My recent stay at Citadines was nothing short of fantastic, and it has firmly become one of my top choices for Manila accommodation.
Prime, Unbeatable Location:
The hotel's location is its biggest asset. You are literally steps away from the best of Manila Bay Area malls, SM MOA, Parqal, and Ayala Malls are all within easy walking distance, offering endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The proximity to NAIA airport also makes arrivals and departures incredibly stress-free.
Outstanding Service & Thoughtful Amenities:
The staff deserves a special mention for their warm, attentive, and excellent service, they truly make you feel welcome. The room itself was a pleasant surprise, spacious, modern, and brilliantly designed. It wasn't just a place to sleep, it was a comfortable living space complete with a sofa and a long desk, perfect for both relaxing and getting some work done.
I was especially impressed by the thoughtful amenities that set this hotel apart:
* In-room microwave, a rare and hugely convenient feature.
* Refillable drinking water, eco-friendly and so practical.
* Complimentary parking, a significant value-add for those driving.
A Minor Note & Final Verdict
It's worth noting that the swimming pool was temporarily unavailable during our stay. While we would have loved to use it, it didn't detract from our overall excellent experience. In fact, it just gives us something to look forward to next time!
Without a doubt, I will be returning on my future visits to the Philippines. Citadines offers incredible value, superb comfort, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

OooliverosThe concierge was very helpful. I had an online class at 230 pm (check-in was 2 pm). They ensured I had access to my room amid the crowd waiting for their rooms at the lobby.
The room has a small kitchen with a microwave oven!
The hotel must change the ceramic tiles in the hallway, though. A handful are broken.

GGuest UserFirst stay here. Arrived around 12pm and met by Kierk. Received a warm welcome. Fortunately room was ready for me. Check in was a breeze. When I got into my room, my first impression was WOWWWWW! Big room with a sofa bed. Nice carpeted room with a big comfy bed and pillows. A set of soft and firm pillows. Big working desk and complete drink amenities. The shower needed some trial and error though. But I finally manage to adjust the hot water (there’s a safety knob). Strong and warm. Will definitely stay here again.

TTracing the TraceysRooms are standard quality, we liked the privacy despite being placed close to the buffet room. We actually enjoyed that we were assigned to the same floor as the buffet room so we can go there as early as it opens lol. This is our second time staying here and we really enjoyed the places around it. We needed to be near the SMX and it was below P100 for the grab fare. Plus, other restaurants were walking distance, like this mall with S&R in it, then to the other block we found an Orange Bucket restaurant with very good seafoods.

KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!

AAI.TRAVELI've been to 3 different locations of Maine City, because of my work I travel a lot and have been to different hotels too. This hotel is the best of giving service among the 3 Maine city hotels. I tried their shared Ac room and it was excellent I can say. The room is clean and the shared bathroom too was fine. But the best thing about this hotel is their great service to their guests. The guy from reception was the best. The check-in time was at 2 pm but I arrived early at 11 am and he told me if the room was ready at 1 pm he could let me check-in. And I got checked in at 1:15. He was polite and professional, and had an amazing personality he was smiling throughout the time. When I got into my room, maybe the hk was in a hurry and I forgot to turn on the AC but I was really tired of going down the stairs I just slept through luckily there was a fan in the room. When I went out I passed by reception and asked the woman if she could help me with my AC, she then apologized and said that she would assist me in my room. I went up first and after maybe 3 mins she came with the controller and assisted me. She said that she would come back after 30 mins to check the temperature but I insist that it's already fine. She was really helpful and quick to assist the guest with the problem. The only thing I'm not really fond of in the room is that there's no window but it was okay because it was written in the room category. Maine city's lobby was also immaculately clean the aroma was subtle and the décor was warm and comfy, love it. Thanks to the Hk team too for the cleaning I really love your Tramo Branch. If I come together with my family or friends I will definitely bring them there and I would really recommend this place to my circle. Thank you Maine City Tramo I had a wonderful stay.
