The hotel front desk was wonderful they helped me to call the police. At 00:45 am, I am a tourist. I was robbed and threatened by an illegal taxi driver in Manila. His car plate is NEN 2957”. He forced me to pay 2000 philippine Pesos, from Airport T3 to Khotel, and threatened me to pay if not, he wort let me get of and I was in danger, so I had to pay 2000 pesos to him under coercion and threat.

A unique old hotel where some rooms have a car garage. Fast and satisfying service. There is no elevator for rooms on the second floor. So those bringing large suitcases will be helped by the hotel staff. What I like about this hotel is its security, where there are security guards who always guard and supervise every guest. I especially admire the friendly and attentive female security guards. For the room, I said it was okay because it was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't write a review for it. This hotel is close to a small jeepney terminal and a night market, there are also many restaurants and malls nearby. Just a 10-15 minute walk. When I checked in, I was asked for a 5,000 peso deposit (very large). Since I didn't have enough pesos because I was leaving Manila the next day, when I said I was giving a deposit in Ringgit, dollars, or yen, they allowed me not to give a room deposit. I also don't understand why the deposit was so large. When I gave Ringgit and asked for a receipt, the officer at that time didn't give it and returned my Ringgit. It was very suspicious not to want to provide proof of receipt.

The room is huge. It even has a karaoke inside. The jacuzzi never failed me. Used it 4 times in a 24hrs stay. The bed is huge and the food tastes really good. The toilet flush is a bit weak. For the lightings, your option is either to have all lights in the bedroom on or off. No option to just turn on a lamp. But my overall stay is worth it.

Very good location. Affordable rate for travellers. Staff are very accomodating. Showers are working well but the lavatory needs repair. But overall its goods

The hostel is simple. It provides spaces for guests to eat outside the room. There are round tables good for two guests. You can also stay there for work or relax. The room (bunk) is only designed for sleeping. Common CR and shower. Separate rooms for ladies and gents. Dormitory type accommodation.
