Ulasan Fifth Pattaya Jomtien

This hotel has 2 separate buildings, older and newer ones. We stayed at the older one which was the last room due to last minute booking. Of course, the room is very outdated look like the old style decorated condominium 20 years back. But it was only 1 night stay so we were ok with that. So recommending to stay in the new building which looking much nicer and more modernised from exterior decoration. Location wise- Excellent less than 5 mins walk to Jomtian beach, close to 7-11 shop and also close to public transport. But bear in mind, the location is quite distant from Pattaya Bus station where buses operating between Pattaya and Bangkok. Approximately 8 km/ 20 mins by Taxi. Be prepared for that.

It was clean and at peaceful location. Had Christmas celebrations there as well

The room was nice, we have made 2 reservations in the same room type, one room was provided with a pool view, but another one was given an abandoned building view. In fact, it said garden view, but we didn’t minds. My family was still impressed by this hotel. Thanks for the nice staying.

Great hotel all ok. I just wish the staff would cheer up they all looked like they wanted to be elsewhere. On the one occasion a member of staff smiled at me and said good morning, a male colleague told her off quite sharp 🥸

The hotel room was very nice and had a clear, bright ambiance. It was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The large windows allowed plenty of natural light to flood the room, giving it a warm and welcoming feel. Additionally, the room was meticulously clean, with spotless surfaces and fresh-smelling linens that added to the overall pleasant experience.

Location is good, easy to find, nearby shops and walking distance to Jomtien Beach. Parking also available. Breakfast menu and taste is so so. Room, bathroom, lift and surrounding area is clean. The minus point is only the service of male receptionist. From check in and when I have problems with TV connection at room, he seems unwilling to serve/help sincerely. His gesture, his way of talking, his actions to our problems, like he was not patient, not nice and friendly. He is a frontliner in service industry, polite and warm attitude to customer should be his ‘must-have’ basic skill.

Everything was good except for the aircon facing the wall of the bed. Air blowing the wall & coming down to our head. Would be great if toiletries include shaver

The hotel is very clean in all areas,publick and rooms Service was excellent. Old building - very weak WI FI. Take care about the mosquitoes comes into the rooms.

It's okay. There are older and newer buildings; I came to the older one. For some reason, a passport is not enough for check-in; they require seeing the reservation. I think this is the first time I've seen this happen, and it was rather annoying. I wasn't prepared for that, so it took some time to find it in all the emails. I got the older house, which was fine anyway. Luckily, the neighbors weren’t very noisy. My room was on the 3rd floor and in the middle, so there was no noise from the roads or nearby bars. A huge downside is the new lights they just installed. The bright light at night feels like a constant flashlight, which makes it very uncomfortable to sit on the balcony in the evening. It’s super bright and super annoying. It might not be a problem if you're in the new building or on higher floors. There was also karaoke night first day, which sound came thru from downstairs. That noise ended 21:00, so no problem there. Breakfast was very very nice, lots of choises. Lots of greens too, which usually missing everywhere. Make your omelet, have pancakes, soups, fruits, etc. 8/10 I would say.

This is my second time at this hotel. I appreciate the good service of the hotel staff at this hotel. The breakfast and facilities are very good. The swimming pool is my favourite part. My third time for this hotel booking will be coming.

the hotel is good in cp value, as long as you need not to the Customer serive.

I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I hope to stay here again in the future.
