Excellent pet-friendly hotel!!!! The room was clean and nice. We had a room on the first floor with a patio that faced the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel included breakfast, but the breakfast was just mediocre.

I was looking for a new hotel to stay at after leaving the Royal Cliff, and was approached when passing the Sanctuary by Nakhon the Bell Boy who kindly offered to show us round the hotel. I’m lucky he came to speak to us as I may have not had a look so was great on his part to speak to us and offer us a look around! He was great and helpful. A week later, we decided to book in for 10 nights and what a great decision that was! Amazing hotel, perfect location and great staff, we really enjoyed our stay and great prices also! I am very keen to return to the Sanctuary when I come back to Pattaya as it ticks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend

Отель находится в самой Паттайе, всё в пешей доступности. Отель не на первой линии, до моря идти минут 15. Приехали в отель примерно в 12.30, а в 13.00 нас уже заселили. Номер достался отличный, свежий ремонт, всё чисто, панорамные окна, вид с балкона на город и море. Убираются каждый день. Завтраки хорошие: всегда несколько гарниров (рис, макароны, иногда картофель), мясо каждый день, всегда пару супов, яичница глазунья, сосиски, разные соусы, из фруктов каждый день были очень сладкие ананасы и арбузы. Несколько видов соков, кофе, чай и выпечка. Голодными не останетесь точно. По-русски в отеле персонал не разговаривает совсем, но яндекс(гугл)-переводчик вам в помощь. На крыше отеля есть классный бассейн с шикарным видом на город. Во-общем, отель понравился, рекомендуем.

We spent four weeks in February into March at the Sirin. We were in a one bedroom junior suite. The lounge area was a great size with a limited kitchen. The bedroom was also a great size with a massive bed, plenty of storage space and also a safe included. Big TV in living area and also one in the bedroom. Good size bathroom, only down side to that was it was a retractable shower above the bath which in my opinion didn’t work as well as a shower cubicle. There was good air on in both living area and bedroom, TBH we didn’t use it that much. There was a good size balcony with a small table and two chairs with great views looking out over Pattaya. In the living area was a dining table, four ring elec appliance, toaster, kettle, combination microwave and also a good size fridge. The only let down was you had all the kitchen appliances but nothing to cook with, there were four plates, two cups and saucers, two spoons and forks, no knives at all, four glasses. When we contacted reception they sent up a frying pan and a fish slice type utensil. We ended up having to buy, sharp cutting knife, saucepan, chopping board, dish towels and sponges etc. This was a serviced apartment and was cleaned, change of towels and bedding twice a week. There was a good size rooftop pool area, shortage of sun beds and a lack of shaded areas, towels were supplied at the pool. The Sirin was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful, a big shout goes out to ALL the reception staff and the two concierge on the door were absolutely outstanding. The Sirin is ideally situated for bars and restaurants on the same road, approx ten minute walk to the beach. There is also a Batt Bus at the hotel which is available for use by the guests to take you to Jomtien or into town. We were in room 703, it was that good we are hoping to book for six weeks next year.

The hotel is in a great location. Most of the staff were polite. The restaurant staff weren't very inviting however. But the cleaning staff were fantastic! We only had breakfast there, it was OK, can't complain too much but wasn't the best. The room itself was nice, a few bits that need to be fixed and the bed has wheels that can't be locked - but it wasn't too bad. Overall, it's a great hotel, lovely rooftop bar and pool with soke great views. Would definitely consider staying again.

Great hotel in the quite area of Pattaya. Hotel staff and amenities are great. The pool is very nice and big allowing for a nice quiet relaxing time. Just wish there were more pool beds for guests to enjoy. Breakfast was also just so so, not anything to write home about. Has a nice quite beach out the front gate that’s nice to enjoy as well. Rooms have nice big balconies that look out onto the sea, which makes for beautiful sunsets.

В этот отель приезжаем в четвёртый раз.Рядом два рынка, на которых можно купить фрукты, овощи, рыбу , курицу ,свинину и самим приготовить , либо покушать на этих рынках В отеле чисто, тихо , уютно Есть все необходимое на кухне, хорошее качественное постельное бельё .До моря идти 15 минут.Конечно море не такое чистое как на близжайших островах, но жить в Паттайе дешевле чем на Пхукете.Отличный рыбный рынок на Наклуа.Там такой выбор разных морепродуктов, вот бы ещё знать как их всех приготовить!Нам нравиться Тайланд и мы готовы приезжать сюда каждый год!

Belle villa au calme avec 3 chambres dont 2 avec vue jardin et piscine. 3 sdb bien équipées, grand salon et grande cuisine. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées. Cette villa est superbe sauf pour nous la litterie. Belle piscine et jacuzzi avec entretien 3x semaine. Entretien de la villa au choix soit le matin soit à 14h. Villa au calme garanti, mais quand on est à la piscine, vis à vis avec un bâtiment plus élevé. Garage pour voiture ou scooter et portail électrifié par télécommande. Pas de pdj proposé sur place mais la villa est proche de nombreux commerces, restaurants et marché nocturne. Plage à quelques minutes à pied. Personnel sympathique. Points négatifs, pas de parasol, pas de transats, heure demandée pour nettoyage pas respectée souvent en avance. Nous y étions pendant l etat d urgence du au covid 19, cela a eu peut-être eu un impact sur l equipement de la villa (nos points negatifs). Ce quartier est à l l'écart de Pattaya centre donc loin des activités nocturnes. Maintenant pour ceux qui aiment Pattaya centre est à 5 min en scooter. On peut recommander cette villa
