From the second we entered the door, we were friendly greeted by multiple staff member, including a housekeeper and the manager Jessica Willis. She made check-in a breeze, making sure we had everything we needed with a smile. She was upbeat with both patrons and the staff, as I witnessed this multiple times during our overnight stay, even checking in again with me later when I came downstairs to the bar. The rooms were clean and up to date. Hotel was overall quiet and had easy access to multiple stores, restaurants and the outlet mall. The only con we experienced was the next morning. We had paid ahead for breakfast with our room, which is in a restaurant, not buffet style. There was only 1 waitress, who was kind, but had several tables. We waited over 20 min to be greeted, then told only 1 thing on the menu was covered with what we had ”paid for”, which wasn't the issue. We waited another 15 minutes for drinks and then another 15 min went by and we hadn't seen her again. So unfortunately, we left. I don't think this was in any way her fault, but seemed to be a staffing issue. So if anyone is in a hurry, I would suggest making other breakfast plans. As far as overall, I would suggest this specific Holiday Inn over and over and we will definitely be booking again in the future.

Amazing staff! Cynthia, the manager, and her whole team are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Very safe and very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast selection. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, etc.

The mattress needs replacing in room 321. We were constantly moving because the bed was so uncomfortable. The springs hurt your back if you stayed in a position too long. The bed made squeaky sounds every time you reposition your self. Woke up with my back hurting.
