Place is nasty! Dirt all over the floor and what looked to be mold in the bathroom. We also had a visitors from roaches when we got in. They wouldn’t refund my money either. PLACE IS A dump ! Save your money and go somewhere else

They keep over charging me they even charged me a pet fee I don’t know why because I don’t have a pet. So they advertise 58.dollars a day but they charged me over 100 dollars a day no breakfast just because I guess that’s for 3 days

First, ******* transferred me to this website for this hotel even though I had clicked on a different hotel which I did not realize did not come up. Checked in and had a series of discoveries. Design wise, poor, has a curb without a ramp in front of the door requiring a round about way of rolling the luggage cart over to the handicapped parking area, the toilet paper holder is mounted about 10 inches back from where it should be mounted. Discovered that my room door would not latch allowing anybody to simply push on the door to open it, only time it was secure was when it was locked from inside the room. Went to report it to the front desk but it was closed because the hotel was full. Other faults in the room do to lack of proper maintance.

I loved the view in my room of the lake. Stovetop was so nice to have. Felt safe and staff was friendly and so helpful.

Well, you get what you pay for! When we arrived you had to call a number to have someone come downstairs to check you in. We arrived at the hotel at 8pm so it was like we arrived at the middle of the night. Took the lady about 20 mins to come downstairs. Then as we got of the elevator the floors were awful. Need to be vacuumed. Food crumbs and paper all over hallway.
In rooms trash cans had not been emptied with nasty bloody tissues in both cans. Don’t get me started of the cheap bed. We have up on get the water to ever get hot.

Thank you to Front Desk Hostess Pam for being very calm..and explaining in a professional manner..that I had to wait for management..regarding a pricing difference..and that she wouldn't be in until the next day..and Breanna DM for being so professionally professional..in getting the problem figured out.
I didn't like the fact that the window didn't have a way to make the room dark for napping..I like it like that sometimes.
The let out couch needed the area under the sofa seats vacuumed. Found out there is no daytime curfew for loud music..until after 9pm. Nice size tv tho!!
Other than that not a bad stay..

We arrived and there was no front desk personal we had to call to get somebody to check us in. To only find out that they did not have the size room available that I had booked due to no cleaning staff showed up to work. They did offer a smaller room but that's not what I paid for. and as soon as we walked in the front doors you could smell that somebody had smoked a joint in the lobby. So no never again.

For a new hotel entryway hallway filthy, construction site behind was working all night. No blanket on bed, staff inaccessible at desk. Room was clean however.
