Hotel terbaik di Pessac

I stayed here with my Fiancé for one night and we had such an amazing stay. From the moment you enter the beautiful Chateau you are treated like family. We were handed a glass of wine and given a small tour of the Chateau immediately when checking in. I felt like I was staying in a museum. From the artwork, to the décor, to the historical pieces in the common areas and in your room, this place was truly amazing. The ground were beautiful and I like how they labeled everything so you new what type of trees/flowers/plants that you were looking at when exploring. The garden and winery were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I felt like a king in the Egregore suite. We chose the romantic package and had some Champage in our room with the windows open overlooking part of the vineyard. I also had some fresh flowers delivered to the room. The service was unmatched. This is the definition of 5 star service. Anything you want they are there to provide. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. We stayed for dinner and the food was delicious. The veggies were all from their garden. The breakfast was incredible and had anything you could ever want at breakfast. The wine was of course delicious as well. I recommend doing the wine tasting so you get a more detailed tour of the winery. I highly recommend staying here for at least one night. It is a very unique place that you will not find anywhere else in the world.

Accueil agréable La chambre est spacieuse. Néanmoins je m'attendais à retrouver la literie (matelas et oreillers) épaisse et moelleuse comme dans d'autres établissements de la chaîne... il n'en est rien. 4 tous petits oreillers d'un autre temps, matelas vieillissants et peu epaix, meubles rayés. Côté ménage, il serait bien de déplacer de temps en temps les tables de chevet pour passer l'aspirateur et surtout de nettoyer la vmc dans la salle de bain... Dans la sdb, serviettes très fines qui manquent de douceur, baignoire avec rideau à l'ancienne. Ce n'est pas un mauvais souvenir mais clairement déçue de la qualité par rapport à d'autres holiday inn. C'est un ancien 4 étoiles qui a mal vieilli et qui en vaut 2 aujourd'hui

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil est agréable et bien décoré, sans rien demander on nous informe d’un sur classement, belle surprise., chambre magnifique. Très vite on déchante, une odeur insoutenable dans la chambre( pique les yeux et la gorge), un technicien vient constater sans solution, On nous change de chambre. Chambre alors bruyante, plus petite, plus de café, plus de surclassement… lit d’appoint à 15€ avec impossibilité de dormir dedans (barres de lit) contrainte de mettre le matelas par terre… Aucune info donnée sur salle sa spa et fitness que l’on découvrira sur un panneau en partant. Bref un séjour décevant pour le prix .

Motel-style rooms with excellent service. The hotel we were staying at just before this one was brand new, but we had to change rooms 3 times due to technical or cleanliness issues. This one has basic rooms that are not new, but they're kept very clean, and everything works great -- powerful heating, nice bathtub with great water pressure, etc. Room is functional. As you'd expect from the Campanile brand, great attention is given to the food. They'll keep a fully stocked breakfast buffet even if it's just you there and minutes before the end. Breakfast has great variety: both crepes and pancakes, hot chocolate a decaf... We were surprised that a small hotel can offer so much. Additionally, great attention was given to the hygiene in the restaurant area -- tables and chairs being sanitised after each guest leaves. Location-wise, it's actually great wit a car: just off the motorways, and few minutes from the tram where you cark for free and get your whole group to the city centre and back for few euros (look up the ”parc relais” deal... I parked at Arts et Métiers). Major malls are 10 mn away, and before you leave town you can buy cannelés at ”la toque cuivrée” nearby. Cinemas and late night eateries also minutes away by car. The area is very quiet and nothing disturbed our sleep in the 3 nights we stayed there. Staff was super helpful and always cheerful (all of them)... If you've travel around France a little bit, you know it doesn't happen that often! Much recommended for road trips with friend or on business.

J'ai fait beaucoup d'hôtels mais j'ai rarement vu une propreté aussi exemplaire, toutes mes félicitations à l'équipe d'entretien qui met du cœur à l'ouvrage, ça se voit, ça se sent et ça fait du bien. La chambre est assez grande et qualitative, l'insonorisation est bonne. Le personnel a été très agréable, souriant et de bons conseils. Le buffet des petits déjeuners est parfait pour son prix, la qualité est au rendez-vous, tout comme la variété. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Très bon séjour à Enight. Nous étions 4 dans un studio qui malgré tout était spacieux et fonctionnel. Tout est en parfait état, très propre et neuf. De plus, le parking est fermé donc la voiture est en sécurité, et elle peut rester au parking car l’arrêt de bus est à côté pour rejoindre le centre de Bordeaux. Un Intermarché est à 2 minutes à pied donc tout est sous la main, emplacement parfait et calme. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet appart'hôtel. Cette fois-ci, nous avons trouvé la suite assez exiguë. De plus, celle qui nous avait été réservée était sous toiture et sans ventilateur alors qu'il faisait jusqu'à 42°C. Le préposée de l'hôtel, très charmante et serviable, a accepté de nous changer de suite, un étage en-dessous, pourvue d'un ventilateur. Nous avons appris qu'il y a deux autres emplacements de cette chaîne à proximité avec airco. À penser pour la prochaine fois.
