Upon checkin, we were put in a different 2-star property , apparently owned by the same person. Theres no staff support there or intercom to the reception, so we had to walk 200m for any needs. After our first night, we were asked to shift rooms due to AC repair. Our new rooms were worse with broken shower, flush and wifi not working. Although we complained to staff multiple times, there was no support given. Upon checkout, the receptionist named Dee was very rude. She started yelling at us and banging the table. She had given us a lead on a day tour in phi phi island. There was miscommunication due to which we couldnt pay the entire amount. She said theyll collect the money at the boat, but they didnt collect the full amount, which we paid her when she told this, during checkout. She denied to give breakfast even though she said breakfast is covered for both days and denied staff service like luggage carrier. She didnt let us speak, swore at us in local language and threatened to call the cops if we dont leave their property.
