This place had so much promise but ultimately fell short due to how icky-sticky the whole situation was. I’ve never felt my skin crawl in a hotel like I did at this place. The layout and furniture all looked great, until we quickly became acquainted with the literal dozens of flies (I kid you not, we’re talking at least 20 big horseflies) buzzing all around the place, and the endless stains on nearly every surface of the furniture, not to mention the residue coating the floors and counters. YUCK! Additionally, the place smelled like ********* all throughout the facility, which like… whatever. I get it. But for god’s sake, some of us prefer not to be bombarded by this scent every waking moment. Have some control over your tenants/guests. For having to go through a criminal background check just to book a room, this place did NOT come through on their end. Just simply not worth it, considering how poorly they maintained their own facilities. Not to mention, Trip.com and this facility didn’t seem to communicate information to each other correctly, and our booking was somehow cancelled initially. The only way I found out was by just happening to call this company to alter my booking schedule, only to find out by chance that my booking had been cancelled. Additionally, all the hotel details were transmitted by cellular text message, not email, which for an international traveler was a particularly unreliable and unprofessional method of communication. What if I didn’t have access to a US mobile network? Why on earth wouldn’t they at least send backup communications through email? So many questions and lingering disappointment from this place. Unreliable, unprofessional, downright grody… take your business somewhere else.
