Hotel Phnom Penh dengan Sarapan

Dah puas bersarapan. Restoran di *** juga sangat lazat pada harga yang rendah, jadi ia pasti lebih baik daripada makan di luar. Restoran kat luar lagi mahal🤣

Hotel staffs are so friendly and they are always ready to help with customers. Also love their breakfast. Their rooms are very compact and clean. If I come back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is located at central location and nearby to an Aeon mall. Tried to check in early at around 5am but was told that there was no room but the staff kindly offered to take care of our baggage. Managed to check in around 10+am but there's a deposit of 30usd we managed to make do a with 50sgd 😁as I do not have cash at the moment. Room has a spacious, great view although window a bit dusty and relatively clean. The toilet somehow as a smoky smell that doesn't go away even with ventilation but other than this all is good. The WiFi is pretty fast here too.

Beautiful cozy rooms. Kitchen available to order on the rooftop (15th floor). Pool with cool water refreshing at these hell hot days. Pool begins to work a bit late after noticed 9:00, no staff at the morning pool (no one may help you to expand an umbrella, it need special tool) and no bar works morning time (but I could order a coffee with a phone call to reception). Air condition in the room blows right on the bed at any position and I could not turn it off for all the night due it become incredibly hot inside. So waken up several times at night to switch it on and off. Hotel towels are cheap and the bathrobe I did not want to wear. But the shower and water pressure is good, very hot water available. I enjoyed! No European cafe around the hotel. You have to walk to get some.

For the price, which was £11 it was a perfectly good place to stay. It is well located, safe, and the rooms are perfectly functional in that the air con works well, the bed in comfortable and the shower is very good for a hotel this price. It is rather noisy early morning, and occasionally at night but that is being a little fussy and only relevant if you are a poor sleeper. Coffee shop diagonally opposite which serves simple croissants in the morning but has good coffee. The Greps Mart opposite is by FAR the cheapest around for toiletries, snacks and cigarettes - which for some would be very useful.

hotel provide breakfast in canteen which quality is fair. suggest to be an option to customer and not included in the price. Customers should have their choice.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palace Gate Hotel & Resort. The location is perfect and the customer service was fantastic. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered was delicious and there was a nice variety to choose from daily. My son loved the pool. The hotel environment was relaxing which was much needed after being out during the day touring the city.

A lovely traditional Cambodian style hotel. The young staff are friendly and enthusiastic. There’s lots of wooden features and a wildly over cluttered lobby. The laneway leading to the hotel can be a little dodgy and littered with rubbish. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and quite good with plenty of choices. The rooftop pool and restaurant are both lovely and the service and food were appreciated. My room seemed fine but there’s no powerpoint near the bed and the shower set up is weird. Do house staff ever check the batteries in the TV remote? No balcony as stated in the Trip booking. Avoid the over charging Tuk Tuk drivers out front and call a GRAB for better value transportation.

I booked this room cuz it was close to Naga World building as I’m attending a concert at NABA theatre. Location was great, close to many eateries but a bit far from seven eleven. The room I got was in the corner so it was pretty quiet and quite spacious. Cleanliness wise, fair enough but definitely can improve.

Overall a good experience, quiet rooms and spacious. However, our room was just a family room with the second bed removed and unlike the images, no sofa or chair was put in its place so it was just a bed in a room. This meant you had to sit on the bed if you wanted a drink etc. furthermore, there is a laundry room but you cannot use it whenever you like, it’s charged and it takes 24hours for the hotel to do it on your behalf (which is a bit misleading on the advert here). Breakfast was pretty good with nice range of foods and staff were all helpful and friendly.
