"I stayed here a lot of times. every time chose room with breakfast. Rooms are clean, basically cheaper Rooms are on top floor (6). There is only one elevator. Breakfast will serve in Aurea Central hotel restaurant. so should cross the road which needs walking 1-2 minutes."

Прекрасно всё! Превосходное обслуживание, удобное расположение, замечательные завтраки и большой ассортимент услуг. Прекрасный зал для конференции, большое количество мест для работы и кофе брейков заслуживают отличной оценки! Большая вся в пышной растительности территория поражает красотой. Глубокий бассейн, СПА, своя художественная галерея располагают к интересному отдыху. Поэтому смело добавьте себя к списку почетных гостей.

mpdxfrWe were fortunate enough to stay here last year and had the pleasure of returning again this year. The experience was just as wonderful as we remembered. Whether it was the room, the facilities, or the breakfast, everything was truly excellent.
This hotel offers outstanding value for money, probably one of the best options in Phnom Penh for around $70 per night. The rooms are very spacious and modern, featuring a beautiful terrace and tasteful decor.
The pool area is extraordinary, with plenty of spaces to sit back and relax. The breakfast is also exactly what you would expect from this type of hotel.
This place was a real favorite for us in Phnom Penh, and we will gladly return whenever we are back in the city

Hotel ini mengagumkan saya:
-Pertama sekali, lokasinya di pusat bandar, ia sangat sangat mudah, terlalu mudah untuk menempah kereta di depan pintu.
-Sebelah adalah meja depan, bar, kolam renang, ramai orang asing berenang di kolam renang, berjemur di bawah sinar matahari, sangat selesa.
-Reka bentuk bilik terlalu penuh perhatian, sangat moden dan mempunyai galeri seni, kegemaran adalah tab mandi di balkoni, ia terlalu selesa, dan anda boleh melihat pemandangan kolam renang dari balkoni.
-Pelayan di hotel semuanya tempatan, semua orang akan tersenyum untuk anda, perkhidmatannya sangat sangat baik! Tinggal di sini setiap minit dan nikmatilah!

As the name suggests this is a Chinese centric hotel as is the immediate surrounding environment.
The Hotel is business oriented, the rooms spacious, well appointed with a comfortable king size bed.
The reception was efficient.
My room was clean with separated lavatory and shower. Good water pressure.
The TVs are not the “Smart” variety so one cannot cast from personal devices, although there is a channel from which one can select English speaking movies.
The electrical fittings were showing signs of wear but Housekeeping was prompt in resolving shortcomings.
Inter floor sound insulation isn't strong.
The rear hotel room balconies directly face balconies of an apartment building with multiple racks of drying clothes.
Any walkable shopping outlets or restaurants were unremarkable.
The breakfast focuses on Chinese appetites.
There is a potentially useful “clean the room” switch in each room which illuminates a corresponding panel outside the door but this becomes useless when withdrawing the room entry card to go about one's daily business.
The hotel had a high occupancy rate end January 2026.

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.
The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful.
The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.
It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high.
I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting.
The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!
The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.
Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Peninsula to celebrate my birthday, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. What was meant to be a simple stay turned into a lasting memory, thanks to the exceptional attention to detail from the hotel staff.
The highlights of my stay included:
• A Magical Welcome: Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a wonderful surprise featuring shimmering gold and rose balloons that immediately set a festive mood.
• Personalized Touches: The team went above and beyond by preparing a beautiful ”Happy Birthday” message on the bed using natural leaves and rose petals, accompanied by a creative multi-tiered towel cake.
• Thoughtful Design: Beyond the surprises, the suite itself offered a stunning view and a modern, comfortable living space that made relaxing easy.
It is these thoughtful gestures and small details that I appreciate so much; they truly made this the best day ever. If you are looking for a place where the service is impeccable and the staff genuinely cares about making your moments special, I cannot recommend The Peninsula enough. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable!

Joshua.TongWas a lil worried when I was approaching this hotel as it was through narrow roads of a back alley. But upon arrival, check in was smooth, bed was a little too soft for my personal preference, found a dead cockroach beside my bed floor. They offer 15 mins free massage which was refreshing from the long journey. Food was good, try the Fish Amok.

LiAnn ChongFound 2 dead bugs in one of the glasses. Towels smelled moldy. No daily housekeeping. Front desk were helpful when there, but opens late (8am). Location was main reason we booked, with a really nice sky bar on the 43rd floor. However, will not book again if not necessary.
