Hotel Phnom Penh dengan Spa

We were fortunate enough to stay here last year and had the pleasure of returning again this year. The experience was just as wonderful as we remembered. Whether it was the room, the facilities, or the breakfast, everything was truly excellent. This hotel offers outstanding value for money, probably one of the best options in Phnom Penh for around $70 per night. The rooms are very spacious and modern, featuring a beautiful terrace and tasteful decor. The pool area is extraordinary, with plenty of spaces to sit back and relax. The breakfast is also exactly what you would expect from this type of hotel. This place was a real favorite for us in Phnom Penh, and we will gladly return whenever we are back in the city

Hotel ini mengagumkan saya: -Pertama sekali, lokasinya di pusat bandar, ia sangat sangat mudah, terlalu mudah untuk menempah kereta di depan pintu. -Sebelah adalah meja depan, bar, kolam renang, ramai orang asing berenang di kolam renang, berjemur di bawah sinar matahari, sangat selesa. -Reka bentuk bilik terlalu penuh perhatian, sangat moden dan mempunyai galeri seni, kegemaran adalah tab mandi di balkoni, ia terlalu selesa, dan anda boleh melihat pemandangan kolam renang dari balkoni. -Pelayan di hotel semuanya tempatan, semua orang akan tersenyum untuk anda, perkhidmatannya sangat sangat baik! Tinggal di sini setiap minit dan nikmatilah!

The overall experience at the hotel was excellent! The environment is elegant, and the hygiene is very well maintained — the corridors and rooms are spotless. The staff are very professional and always ready to help whenever there is a problem, with a very friendly attitude. The front desk lady was very warm and kindly introduced nearby attractions and local food, which was very thoughtful. The hotel is also very cost-effective — truly great value for money. Whether for business trips or travel, I will definitely choose this place again. I’ve already recommended it to my colleagues and friends! 👍

Favourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions. I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things. Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc. The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery. Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey. Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards. My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift. The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high. I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting. The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!  The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired  but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.  Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

It is these thoughtful gestures and small details that I appreciate so much; they truly made this the best day ever. If you are looking for a place where the service is impeccable and the staff genuinely cares about making your moments special, I cannot recommend The Peninsula enough. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable!

Was a lil worried when I was approaching this hotel as it was through narrow roads of a back alley. But upon arrival, check in was smooth, bed was a little too soft for my personal preference, found a dead cockroach beside my bed floor. They offer 15 mins free massage which was refreshing from the long journey. Food was good, try the Fish Amok.

Really charming rooms with a cool little swimming pool. Staff were as helpful as their English would allow. No safe in the room.
