Hotel Phnom Penh dengan Spa

Hotel ini mengagumkan saya: -Pertama sekali, lokasinya di pusat bandar, ia sangat sangat mudah, terlalu mudah untuk menempah kereta di depan pintu. -Sebelah adalah meja depan, bar, kolam renang, ramai orang asing berenang di kolam renang, berjemur di bawah sinar matahari, sangat selesa. -Reka bentuk bilik terlalu penuh perhatian, sangat moden dan mempunyai galeri seni, kegemaran adalah tab mandi di balkoni, ia terlalu selesa, dan anda boleh melihat pemandangan kolam renang dari balkoni. -Pelayan di hotel semuanya tempatan, semua orang akan tersenyum untuk anda, perkhidmatannya sangat sangat baik! Tinggal di sini setiap minit dan nikmatilah!

Nice room, good location and prefect service. We had suggested some comments about breakfast few months ago. Hotel got it and improve it obviously when we visited again this time. We feel satisfied for the progressive management attitude.

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high. I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting. The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!  The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired  but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.  Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

Hotel yang bagus dan sarapan yang enak. Penghawa dingin sejuk, pancuran mandian bagus. Semuanya bersih dan teratur. Kakitangan ramah, malah kakitangan pengemasan akan menyambut anda apabila mereka melihat anda. Akan tinggal di sini lagi jika harganya sesuai.

Great stay, but issues with smoke odor. I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The room size & staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth. However, I was disappointed by the persistent smell of cigarette smoke in both the corridors and my room. As a non-smoker, this was quite unpleasant and made it difficult to fully enjoy the space. I hope the hotel management takes steps to improve their ventilation or smoking enforcement.

The hotel is in a central location and has been renovated recently. Rooms are clean, spacious and updated. The breakfast however and front staff are below expectations. Food is not fresh, or even hot for that matter. Staff is reactive but not proactive, no directory or list in the room to notify of laundry service, room service or even a notice of where things are. Caters to Chinese business men who are no thrills, minimalist and a bit depressing in the dining area

The location of the hotel and the room is very cozy The staff is very nice and helpful with everything I will definitely recommend this place after staying there for a whole month

What I liked about it : The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. : They have a lift. The room is actually big. It has ac, tv, fridge. They also have slippers provided, aside from the towels and toiletries. The breakfast buffet is nice also. : It is close to Virak Buntham. What can be improved : The door of my room gets stuck and requires a lot of effort to close. : The water in the shower takes long to drain.

Really charming rooms with a cool little swimming pool. Staff were as helpful as their English would allow. No safe in the room.
