Hotel berhampiran NEO GAME OASIS, Phnom Penh

Hotel was difficult to find (even for our driver) as no hotel signage. Very dark side street. Room was comfortable (adequate) but a bit claustrophobic. Restaurant is tiny (two tables) and only serves breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is a limited but excellent western cooked options, included in room rate. Only eating options within walking distance of the hotel were mainly street food. Very good communications from owner prior to our arrival.

前台服務很好。酒店服務人員都很友善。早餐複合國人口味，挺好的。房間寬敞，陽台很不錯。酒店可以點菜，廚師的手藝不錯。 建議房間，電梯，不要噴灑劣質香精，太沖鼻子。618房間的被子有臭味，建議更換。

When I check in staff gave a very warm welcome and good service, changed money for me to pay the taxi,food at the cafe is delicious,bed was really comfortable as well.

Awesome place to spend the weekend. Self contained , food is ok, rooms are big and spacious. Could do with a little pest control on roaches thou. But overall a very nice place.

What I like about it : Room is big enough for the price. There is a small tv with English channels, a small fridge, closet, AC and the toilet is well functioning. They provide toiletries and comp water, tea and coffee. They also have a minibar that you need to pay for that has water, softdrinks, beer and chips. : Service was good, staff member greeted me and I go down the tuktuk to help me with the luggage and after checking in, he sent me to the room. : There is a lot of nearby resto to choose from. It is also quite close to Virak Buntham (Japan Hospital). What can be improved : Wifi is in and out.

location is exceptional right in red light district. Room is clean and have everything necessary even have a room safe . The rooftop bar and infinity pool add the perfection of the hotel Staff at the hotel was kind and friendly Will Highly recommend this hotel to those who plan to have a good time

Ini adalah asrama yang sangat ber***a dan bersih. Katilnya bersih dan luas, dan anda boleh menutup langsir untuk privasi sepenuhnya. Kawasan umum bilik berbilang orang juga sangat luas dan juga mempunyai balkoni, jadi anda boleh berehat. Terdapat bilik mandi dan tandas yang mencukupi, dan sabun badan dan syampu juga disediakan. Lobi di tingkat satu mempunyai kedai kopi di mana anda boleh berehat. An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

Dah puas bersarapan. Restoran di *** juga sangat lazat pada harga yang rendah, jadi ia pasti lebih baik daripada makan di luar. Restoran kat luar lagi mahal🤣

Ia bersih dan segar. Berbaloi dengan wang. Walau bagaimanapun untuk tempatan anda perlu meletakkan deposit lain untuk $15 di tempat kejadian dan mendapatkan semula sebaik sahaja anda mendaftar keluar.
