Hotel berhampiran Leaf Store, Pulau Phu Quoc

Amarin is a 4 stars hotel, just been renovated recently. It has a swimming pool next to the Truong Beach (Long Beach), surrounded by coconut trees. Sea view room is nice, clean with various amenities, slippers, normal bathrobes, special-tropical bathrobes (for sleeping and go swimming!), shopping platic bag, umbrella... we spent balcony for late night drinks and listen to the sound of the sea. The staffs of Amarin are nice, useful and very friendly. They make our trip and staying more enjoyable! Food and drink are okie. We love buffet breakfast with many kind of tropical juice and fruits. The hotel is not very far from Phu Quoc night market, local shopping centers (travel by Vin bus, taxi or renting a motorcycle...). In the morning, we ran along the beach (1km or more) in front of the hotel; in the afternoon we have had dinner in the restaurant (in order to see the sunset).  We will come back Amarin again! One more thing: If I were the owner, I will make the sunset bar and the private beach more beautiful: move the very big  wooden chairs at the lobby to a suitable place!!

During my recent extended stay of 5 nights at Regent Resort and Village Phu Quoc, I had the privilege of immersing myself deeply in the overall experience. The warm and gracious hospitality of the staff left a lasting and positive impression on me. Regent Resort and Village Phu Quoc offers a superb dining experience within its premise, from Oku restaurant to the diverse and flavorful options at the Rice Market, Ocean Club and Fu Bar, the quality of the food and service consistently exceeded expectations. The resort's dining establishments truly merit special commendation. They not only exude aesthetic charm but also provide a dining experience that is both unique and delightful, featuring a delightful array of dishes and service of impeccable quality. It's crucial to applaud GM, who comes from India, for consistently displaying unwavering professionalism, always ready to attentively address any concerns. The buddy car service was efficient and convenient, making my stay even more enjoyable by ensuring seamless travel within the resort. Yet, it's with a touch of regret that I must acknowledge a single drawback—the condition of the beach at the resort fell short of expectations. Regrettably, this detracted from the opportunity to partake in seaside activities and bask in the full glory of Phu Quoc Island's natural beauty. I remain hopeful that Regent will continue to evolve, ensuring a top-tier experience for its esteemed guests. I eagerly look forward to the opportunity to return as soon as possible~

Highly recommended, decent hotel with affordable price. Room is spacious with balcony. Hotel receptionist is nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Around 20min car ride to Phu Quoc safari and Vin wonder. Breakfast buffet was great with variety of choices. They also have their own private beach which is a plus point. Will definitely book this hotel again if we travel to Phu Quoc.

Excellent service, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. I'm in utter love with this place. The décor of the brand-new room was sophisticated and elegant. The hotel employees provided excellent service, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Leila, in particular, was kind and thoughtful in setting everything up for us, and she always comes with a big, genuine smile, which makes us even happier. She went above and above to make my stay as enjoyable as possible by planning my routes to visit various locations on my own, explaining in detail how to get there, and reserving my ticket to the airport. We want to express our gratitude for making our experience spectacular and incredibly memorable. Overall experience can be expressed in 3 syllables Fa Bu Lous, can’t wait to go back.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam

別墅是新的，離白沙灘跟落日小鎮都不遠，可以租個摩託到處逛。管家Amie人超好，幫忙租摩託，去遠的地方可以幫忙聯繫車，價格比打車軟件便宜哈哈哈，下雨還幫我們買雨衣。別墅很適合朋友或許大家庭出遊，有機會下次還來！！

Sarapan pagi sangat kaya, termasuk jus yang baru diperah dan mi nasi yang baru dimasak. Terdapat beberapa kolam renang dan pantainya sangat cantik! Ketidakpuasan hati ialah unit luar penghawa dingin terlalu kuat, yang menjejaskan sedikit tidur. Selain itu, anda hanya boleh mendaftar masuk pada pukul 3 petang. Secara amnya, anda boleh mendaftar masuk ke hotel pada pukul 2. Terdapat bas ulang-alik percuma ke stesen kereta kabel di hadapan hotel. Apabila menginap di hotel, anda mempunyai ketiga-tiga hidangan di hotel Anda boleh memesan makan tengah hari dan makan malam dan harganya tidak terlalu mahal.

Hotel ini mewujudkan suasana santai yang baik dan suasana percutian. Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik di restoran. Pantai yang bagus, kolam renang yang cantik. Jubah, selipar dan kasut pantai di dalam bilik. Pengering rambut yang sangat baik. Perabot kemas, katil selesa. Mereka tidak berhemat pada perkara kecil, yang menambah kehormatan. Terdapat bau yang sangat menyenangkan di mana-mana di hotel. Pemindahan ke tempat-tempat hiburan diatur, walaupun Grand World tidak lebih daripada 10 minit berjalan kaki.... I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. My partner got hurts when he was playing the water sport on the beach of Melia hotel. The owner of the water sports did not inform in advance that there were wires underneath the hovercraft.As a result, the child fell and went to the emergency rescue, causing the companion's leg to bleed from multiple places. We went to the hospital urgently to stop the bleeding but because I was in a rush, I didn’t bring any cash. After the examination at the hospital, the hospital needs to pay a deposit in advance before providing treatment. Water sports owners refuse to admit their facilities pose serious safety risks. But the responsibility is obvious. Because of the language barrier, I had to return to our hotel to ask for help and coordination.Emergency time LE helped us solve this incident. Finally, thanks again to LE. Thank you for having such an outstanding and friendly staff at your hotel.
