Cari Pangsapuri di Pulau Phu Quoc

Tiga keluarga tinggal di sebuah vila, yang sangat menjimatkan. Pantai hotel ini juga hebat, airnya sangat bersih. Pakej yang ditempah bukan sahaja disertakan dengan perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar lapangan terbang, tetapi juga termasuk kupon hotel dan tiket zoo. Sarapan di hotel juga bagus, dan saya juga mencuba banyak sukan air. Saya belum pernah bermain sukan air di tempat lain, jadi saya tidak tahu betapa kos efektifnya. Hanya tinggal selama dua hari kali ini saya rasa tidak cukup untuk tinggal beberapa hari lagi. Satu-satunya perkara buruk ialah terdapat tokek di dalam bilik, dan tokek itu juga menyalak, yang pada mulanya menakutkan.

Sarapan pagi sangat kaya, termasuk jus yang baru diperah dan mi nasi yang baru dimasak. Terdapat beberapa kolam renang dan pantainya sangat cantik! Ketidakpuasan hati ialah unit luar penghawa dingin terlalu kuat, yang menjejaskan sedikit tidur. Selain itu, anda hanya boleh mendaftar masuk pada pukul 3 petang. Secara amnya, anda boleh mendaftar masuk ke hotel pada pukul 2. Terdapat bas ulang-alik percuma ke stesen kereta kabel di hadapan hotel. Apabila menginap di hotel, anda mempunyai ketiga-tiga hidangan di hotel Anda boleh memesan makan tengah hari dan makan malam dan harganya tidak terlalu mahal.

Best beach front resort I have ever stayed in Southern Vietnam ! Good beach, great breakfast, beautiful swimming pool,nice gym and also free shuttle to the airport. I can either enjoy staying in the hotel or laze around the beach area under the coconut tree reading a book or enjoying the seaview. The hotel is spacious,well kept,very clean with modern amenities and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again in future!

Kami mengucapkan terima kasih kepada kakitangan hotel yang berorientasikan pelanggan. Saya ingin ambil perhatian bahawa semua orang sangat ramah dan sopan. Hotel ini mewujudkan suasana santai yang baik dan suasana percutian. Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik di restoran. Pantai yang bagus, kolam renang yang cantik. Jubah, selipar dan kasut pantai di dalam bilik. Pengering rambut yang sangat baik. Perabot kemas, katil selesa. Mereka tidak berhemat pada perkara kecil, yang menambah kehormatan. Terdapat bau yang sangat menyenangkan di mana-mana di hotel. Pemindahan ke tempat-tempat hiburan diatur, walaupun Grand World tidak lebih daripada 10 minit berjalan kaki.... I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. Here is my second visit to Regent Phu Quoc and the hotel never disappointed me. Everything was still awesome since the first step to the last one. The highlight of the hotel was the Regent Club. The staffs were very helpful and detail-oriented. Especially, Mr.Ha, the club manager, who helped us a lot during our stay and in our way back to the airport. They always remembered our preferences. The club served high quality food and beverages. The room was clean and equipped with great amenities to make sure the guests’ comforts. If you will be in the area. Regent Phu Quoc will be your great choice to stay.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam

Terdapat pusat hiburan yang besar, persekitaran yang sangat indah, dan pantai yang bersih. Terdapat hanya satu restoran Barat di hotel. Jika anda ingin makan sesuatu yang lain, anda hanya boleh pergi ke luar bas setiap kali anda keluar Terdapat banyak lagi. Mengecewakan bahawa restoran telah ditutup dengan senang hati. Saya akan kembali ke hotel ini apabila saya pergi ke Pulau Phu Quoc pada masa akan datang.

A very nice room with very good sea view. Stayed in two five star hotels in Phu quoc. I’ll pick this one instead over the other one But there’s not much in north part of the island South Island has more sight seeing options and restaurants and spas. Still love it. Room service Food is not as bad as the previous reviews.

My family stayed in Phu Quoc for eight days. We chose two hotels, but Novotel was absolutely the perfect place for this holiday. Especially Trang, a receptionist at the front desk, was warmly welcomed with a bright smile. On the last day of my stay, I totally miscalculated my checkout date, but fortunately, she helped me a lot and saved me from chaos. Furthermore, there are various programs for kids and dishes at the breakfast. I hope we could stay in Novotel on the next holiday.
