Hotel berhampiran Stadiums Duong Dong, Pulau Phu Quoc

We stayed only 1 night. But I have to give AQUASUN hotel in Phu Quoc a 5 star rating across the board: 5 star location - centre of Duong Dong and close to the beach, 5 star for staff friendliness and helpfulness, 5 star for cleanliness, 5 star for cozy room, 5 star for excellent view of the rooftop swimming pool, and 5 star for breakfast buffet & à la carte dining. We fully enjoyed our stay!

Good location, Kind staff , delicious breakfast but when the weather is windy quite noisy because of the wind.

Went there for our babymoon. And really enjoyed our stay there. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was quick and amenities in room was good. Soap and shampoo had a nice scent. The view from our room was spectacular especially when its sunset. Make sure to enjoy the daily choc hour at 3.30pm. Breakfast spread was adequate, they will rotate for the asian section, for the continental will stay the same. U can get a barista to make u coffee and order your eggs. I really looked forward to breakfast everyday. We also went to the spa. It was phenomenal. The staff named Huang was very helpful, she speaks good english and even recommended us food to eat. For a 5 star hotel the spa price was very reasonable and u get to use the sauna and jacuzzi too. There is a kids friendly foam party every saturday and it was great for families! The dj played songs for the kids like baby shark and they even had a special performance, the music then evolved to adults genre. So its a good mix for all. I even visited the lounge area which had a pool table, foosball table and a seated football table. I would say staying at movenpick was a good choice. The price is reasonable and its a pretty decent hotel. Its not a super huge facility but adequate for a short stay, we stayed for 4 nights. Just bare in mind the location is about 25mins from town where the night market is located. But I didnt mind it so much as we just booked a grab e hailing service if we needed to head out. If you dont have anything planned, checked the activities that they have at the hotel on the telly. They had some weaving classes, yoga and workout classes when we were around. Make sure to use the shuttle bus service to the airport, when we arrive we used a small bus and when we were leaving they arranged a MPV car. Just remember to email the hotel in advance of your flight details.

The Hotel overall is really great. The room was nice and spacious, however they didn’t clean our room properly everyday. When they came to clean, they only made the bed, didn’t change the sheets and didn’t sweep the floor. They forgot to replace the towels. They took the old towels , but didn’t leave clean ones. We has to ask for sheet changing after the 3rd day and for them to sweep and mop. Because it got sandy of all the sea sand. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly overall in the breakfast hall. I just feel for this time of year (During TET holiday) the hotel was VERY BUSY and under staffed. So therefore the overall experience could have been better if they had more staff during this time. The pool and private beach was really nice and we enjoyed that very much.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. While the location is slightly removed from the bustling city center, the stunning views and peaceful environment more than made up for it. I truly enjoyed the serenity and natural beauty surrounding the hotel. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which added to my overall comfort. Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable and interesting, leaving me with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant getaway.

施設が清潔で快適なことに加え、スタッフの方がとても可愛らしく親切です。一階のおしゃれなカフェで様々なドリンクをサービスして下さいました。また、夜中に無料の飲料水をもらいに行くと、快く対応してくれた上に、氷が入ったカップとソーダまでいただきました。室内のテレビでNetflixを視聴できた点もよかったです。 ロープウェイ乗り場までは徒歩15分程度でしょうか。散歩をするのにちょうど良い距離です。2023年4月の現時点では、周りの建物にはまだあまりテナントが入っていない状態でしたが、また何年か後に戻ってきたいと思わされる滞在でした。

Ya, kemudahan di dalam rumah adalah lengkap, agak baru dan luas melihat laut. Untuk sarapan pagi, anda perlu mengambil kereta bateri untuk makan di restoran lain. Terdapat mee dan roti untuk dipilih . Bahagian tengahnya mahal Contohnya, sebaris empat yogurt di sini berharga 60,000 VND Jenis yogurt yang sama berharga 32,000 VND di sebuah pasar raya di bahagian tengah. Penghawa dingin di rumah meniup terus ke atas katil, yang tidak boleh diterima oleh kebanyakan orang dan menyebabkan mereka sakit kepala. Satu hari selepas saya melanjutkan penginapan saya, saya diberitahu bahawa saya perlu membayar untuk bilik di meja depan hotel. Saya cuba meleret kad saya untuk masa yang lama tanpa berjaya.
