Villa Escape Burasari

It’s the most spacious villa we’ve been to, very luxurious and lovely that fits the honeymoon vibe. The amenities are perfect, it’s literally a great place to chill and relax with your partner. We got upgraded villa which is a great gesture from the resort, we really enjoyed our stay

Stayed at this resort for 3 days for an anniversary and had an unforgettable and amazing time! We got a villa with a private pool, room was very clean and specious with fully equipped amenities. The beach was calm and peaceful with access to a large pool with a bar and restaurant with terrace. Great location for a couple who seek romantic and alone time to make memories. The best part of this resort is their staff, everyone was super friendly especially the golf cart drivers. Haha, they seem to enjoy their job very much. Our host (Khun F) was fantastic, she facilitated any requests we asked and made sure our stay was flawless. We bonded at the end of the visit and it was sad to leave. Staff were personable and lovely! Wish our stay was longer. Will definitely return with our whole family.

This was our second time in this hotel and we weren’t regret even for a moment about this choice. Villas 1001-1005 are the best option (of course the most expensive)you can have. Effortful cleaning service, big and comfortable bead, charming stuff, delicious food and unforgettable view and nature. Thanks to Natty we saw the greatest sunrise in our life and the whole vacation was so amazing, thank you again Natty! 🫶

Wonderful and enjoyable stay at Island Escape for our anniversary. 2 nights in a one bedroom pool villa with half board (breakfast/dinner) located within walking distance of the lobby. Host villa -Arisara was amazing and booked everything we needed during our stay. First night enjoyed dinner on the beach at their Thai Restaurant, which was delicious 🤤 Breakfast was available in our villa, which we pre ordered through Arisana. Managed to book a 3 hour spa treatment for myself and husband, which was amazing - we were picked up in a buggy and taken to the spa, which ended with champagne, snacks and a bubble bath in our villa. Our 2 masseuse ladies (Nett & Pla) were amazing!!! Would definitely recommend this resort for any occasion.

I was here for 3 days, 2 nights & chose to stay at their Villa with private pool. Since We were staying at their villa they had assigned us an assistant to specifically take care of our needs, she was named “F” I am assuming they use the letters to keep the pronunciation problem out. Anyway! F was really sweet & made sure we were very well taken care of, the only problem I feel with the property is that for the price they are charging they must at least have water Sport activities within the property as what else do you do when staying at an island away from all the hustle, you do need some activity to pass time. We took spa sessions on both the days, but it would have been more fun if they offered more stuff to do here. In two days we basically took their 1 hour village tour, did jet ski again that was for 20 mins & took a spa session daily. Thats all they have. About the food, taste wise it was Very good, they have 3 restaurants & at all the restaurants the food is great but the service of all the restaurants is terrible, I felt they were understaffed to cater to a full house. The staff is not welcoming which is very weird & they honestly come across as rude & this is not just us, we spoke to so many guests staying at the property & they felt the same!!! I remember on both the morning I found people arguing at the reception because the property didn’t give them the room they asked! To our luck, we had made bookings through our travel agent so thank god we didn’t face that issue but yes these are some very major issues the property must focus on! And the funny thing which I must mention, when the transfer boat had come to pick us their staff took care of our luggage picked it up & all but when they had to drop us back they didn’t bother to help us get our luggage at least till the deck instead left it on the jetty for us to pick. This property would have been a 5/5 had they kept the service top notch, if you are going to charge the customer heaps then you must deliver that kind of hospitality. Nobody minds paying money if it is well compensated. Simple.

We loved spending our honeymoon at Island Escape. After the bustle of touring Bangkok & Chiang Mai the calmness & peacefulness at Island Resort was perfect. “F” took care of us from our arrival to departure. She was very attentive & helped arranged everything during our stay. The staff could not have been nicer. The suite was perfection. We were very pleased with the resort.
