Check in Easy. Check out easy. Needs cash 150ringgit as deposit. Water good. AC good. Lights good. Bed good. Blanket good. But I tell you... The pillows!!! Omg... It's like sleeping on tofu skin. It sinks so bad it's not funny. Had a bad sleep because of that. Wifi was on/off as well.

The water from the pipe on the bath tub was yellowish with mud when first turned on, probably not use for long time, and very likely no washing and cleaning of the bath tub for long time.

Has been under construction for about 2 years now. Looks very messy. Rooms are old and mouldy.

Very value for money. Highly recommended for budget friendly travellers. Facilities are very good with swimming pool, gym sauna and everything!!

For your information. My clients Bisness not stay in hotel 17&18 because stay at onboard for emergency call and back to Hotel on 19th Evening and Continue stay until 21th… So ……

Room was huge. Great location away from the noise of the city Pool was excellent and it's the main reason why I chose this hotel. The receptionist insisted that I haven't paid the "Tourism Tax" which I already did inclusive of the booking fee. But she just doesn't acknowledge it so paid at the desk again. She even deducted 20RM on my deposit of 50RM.

Large room, two super single beds and bunk beds, the room is ok, only 1 bed, 1 pillow. The pillow is thin and soft, headache and back pain because the pillow is very low. Advice: 1) please bring an extra pillow for comfort 2) the large pool is only allowed to be worn with swimwear, tight pants are not allowed (it's a waste of time to go out and buy swimsuits for children) there is no signage, you have to wear a swimsuit. It's a pity that many people don't know. If there is a water theme park, there are no strict rules like this. If you don't have a swimsuit, you can only swim in the children's pool that is only up to your calves. 3) every Monday there is pool maintenance.. the pool will be closed until 12 noon. So those who check in on Sunday at 3pm. The pool is open until 8pm only. Even if the weather is good, there is no thunder. Monday morning you can't swim. I read these rules but I didn't find them.. I was only told verbally by the staff. 4) It's hard to find halal food shops. ************* You can order food delivery (shopeefood). There are many Chinese restaurants in the Plentong area. In the end..even though we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, the kids weren't happy swimming because the first day was stormy.. the next day we had to buy a swimsuit.. On Monday the pool was closed because of maintenance. Too bad for the kids. Maybe the first and last time we stayed here.
