Premier Inn Plymouth City Centre (Derry's Cross)

My partner and I checked in last night, Terri bless her was holding the fort on her own, juggling everything. Later in the evening, my partner walked past in the corridor shouting for me as she found a female lying on the floor shouting for help, it transpired this person was a resident staying in the hotel who was extremely drunk who needed help. Myself and the manager then helped assist the lady to her room. The staff really shouldn't have to deal with this and it must have such an impact on their job role dealing with situations like this on a regular occurrence. The morning was made so much better as it was my birthday. we went down for breakfast, where we saw Terri and Chrissy who were extremely helpful, brilliant sense of humour and very friendly, they must be a credit to your team and deserve a big thank you from us. Booked this as we were going to the theatre. Lovely stay and great service I would especially like to mention Chrissy and Terri who were brilliant looking after us and making my partners birthday a special one. Terri seemed to be the only staff member in on the day we arrived which is a big ask for anyone and she managed perfectly, Chrissy was a superstar looking after us at breakfast. Thank you both

I had never experienced Premium Inn before and on my own.Walked in to a lovely welcome, beautiful clean room everything I needed.Needed. more coffee satchels but did not require till morning,before I could take my coat off receptionist was at the door!! Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was on evening shift February 28,1st March.I shall have no problem booking Premium Inn has given me confidence to travel alone.Thank You.

Have stayed here a few times now, very clean and the usual Premier Inn standard. Special mention to the twins Lilly and Caitlin who are always very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend as it's also in the city centre so everything's close by!

Great hotel for the centre of Plymouth, with cheap parking on hand, as long as you're gone by 9am. Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn, with a really warm welcome from the team - a special mention for Caitlin, who brought us food and poured us beer when asked. Will use every time we're in Plymouth.

We had a group of 20. 15 children and 5 adults. We were in town for a diving competition. The staff went the extra mile to look after us. Name checks for Crissy (chef) , Terri / Cait and Lily. Also a gentlemen who checked us in was magnificent - I am sorry but I missed his name badge - in his mid-late 20s (asian descent).
