Alcudia Garden Aparthotel

What a beautiful hotel. Staff are wonderful from the moment you enter the building. The room was clean and had everything you need( free safe with was brilliant) a kettle would be useful. General wear and tear but no issue to us. The hotel gardens were just immaculate, they work so hard to keep it in that condition. The pool was lovely and clean but absolutely freezing and the only thing that was bad about the hotel. (A suggestion to the hotel would be to have it heated in the colder months) The kid’s entertainment was brilliant, they do so much for the kids, even Halloween decorations all over the hotel, just these little touches is what made it stand out to us. In terms of the food, we only went in the restaurant one day, food was nice but needs to cater more for vegetarians and vegans.

Just home from a week at this Apart-hotel in Alcudia. Area - great location for the stunning beach, shops and restaurants. A nice walk to the old town, surrounded by a castle with lovely, more exclusive shops, cafes, restaurants and where the market is held on Tuesday and Thursdays. Plenty buses to take you to old town, Puerto Pollensa, Palma etc. Alcudia Garden is well named with beautifully maintained gardens, trees around the blocks. Great pools for adults, younger children and babies. There's always plenty sunbeds and deck chairs if you prefer to sit in the gardens. Lots of entertainment day and night. Staff at reception were busy but efficient and friendly. Cleaning staff were polite and friendly. There is a spa with lots of great treatments, unfortunately we didn't have time to try these out. We stayed on a room only basis but we paid to eat in the hotel for 1 night and food was good. We paid to have 1 breakfast but didn't like the breakfast offer as we felt it catered for the European travellers more. The hotel has offers for upgrading your stay to all inclusive for part week/ full week with offers of 3 for 2 days/7 for 5 days. Towels are available for hire if you need a beach towel. There's a bookcase to access books which were plentiful. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Lots of families at the property. Would we return - absolutely and we'd recommend this Apart-hotel to people with young families.

Just returned from Alcudia Garden apart hotel. Can honestly say we had an amazing stay. All the staff were very helpful nothing was too much. The may thing I was most impressed with was the restaurant staff Carly and Benjamin. My daughter is coeliac and requires a gluten free diet. Every meal time Carly or Benjamin walked us around the buffet area showing us what she could eat. I would highly recommend this hotel for coeliacs. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay x

The hotel is in a central location. Close to beach and a supermarket across the road. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Pool area is clean and plenty of beds available. Room was clean but basic, would choose a pool view next time. Staff were friendly and always ready to help if needed.

Mum and 17year old went for a week- our first time in Alcudia. Lovely location- with shops, bars and restaurants all handy. Lovely stroll to the magnificent port area with loads to do. The beach is 2 minute walk away and is gorgeous. The hotel is super clean, the adults entertainment starts at 9pm and was actually great! Food was delicious and varied. Sonething for everyone- although we're not fussy. The pool was gorgeous if a little deep for us as we're not confident swimmers and didn't feel justified going into the children's one as my daughter is 17 yrs old! The room was great with lots of space for rhe two of us- good shower. Not bothered by 1 mosquito - we wore bands and jungle spray after some reviews about mosquito- whether it was the protection or people were a bit dramatic- who knows. Overall great experience- we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Alcudia garden. The room was nice and clean. The resort is the most suitable for family’s with children but they do try their best to entertain the adults also. Especially liked the show of the animation team, SPOILER ALERT, the lion king! And ofcourse the Aqua Fun with Uli. The highlight of the week was the Aqua Zumba with Alicía, had a little bachata clinic afterwards in the sun it was super nice! Thank you so much!☀️ 1, 2, 3, musicaaaaa (super loud)
