Just returned from a week at this wonderful hotel. There were simply no negatives. The staff are amazing - so friendly and welcoming. The pool is a great size, lovely and warm with fantastic views across the bay. We stayed B&B and breakfast was plentiful. The location is superb - a very short stroll from the bars, restaurants and shops but extremely peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday but still close to all the action. We will definitely be returning.

Just returned from Botel Alcudiamar 8 family from 11 to 79. My partner and I had an amazing suite with a big terrace with table and chairs, and a small garden with private sunbeds and sunshade, all overlooking the infinity pool and sea beyond. The room had sofa, chairs, table and chairs, kitchen area with all utensils, microwave and fridge. Bathroom had bath and shower cubicle. Beds were comfy if a little creaky. Pool towels are provided and can be changed 3 times per week at no charge. The pool was so warm and easy access. Every member of staff was friendly, smiley and helpful. Food was plentiful, breakfast excellent, evening meal not always to our taste but always found something to eat and most family members enjoyed it. The hotel has it's own gate through to the lovely sandy beach where watersports can be found. There is a mini market 2 mins away and further shops, bars about 10 mins walk. The beautiful marina is round the corner and holds a market some evenings. The Old Town is full of character but does get very busy, plenty of shops and restaurants and a market on Sunday. We had an amazing time at this truly beautiful hotel with the kindest friendliest staff.

Easy the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Location fantastic. The food was lovely,well presented and prepared, The room was lovely, Outside was beautifully looked after, well maintained and clean. The infinity pool which is salt water was absolutely lovely, not heated, but just right. Small gym, sauna ( 80Deg C. Plus steam✔️) and steam room Inside the hotel could not be faulted, staff super friendly and helpful all very smart and polite. Added bonus if you cycle. I didn't see this in the hotel information. There is a secure bike shed with your own personal lock, ask reception for a key. There is a tool station, bike wash area, and a fresh water supply. The exit is very close so it is easy to get out and you're straight into the marina area.

Booked an 8 night stay from 2nd to 10th of September. Everything about this hotel is beautiful. Greeted by Daniel at reception. We could tell straight away of the level of professionalism at this hotel, as Daniel was very pleasant and thorough with our check-in, explaining all we needed to know during our stay. Hotel tax was 52.80 euro, which we expected. (is what it is from the Spanish government). We decided to hire 2 pool towels for 5 euro refunded deposit, and the safe hire was 3.50 euro per day with 5 euro refunded deposit, which we thought reasonable. We booked a suite with a large balcony which overlooked the pool and had views of the bay and spectacular sunset. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, beds were comfy and linen was of high quality. Breakfast was a stunning mix of traditional and Mediterranean food cooked to perfection and served inside the room or you can sit outside looking over the bay eating your breakfast, stunning. A buffet dinner was on offer nightly at 25 euros which we opted for twice. Absolutely beautiful array of creative meat and fish dishes with lots of vegetable options and desserts. Perfect cooking. Nadine and the entire staff made us feel as though they knew us for a long while. Depending on were your room is situated, the whole Hotel is extremely quiet. Yes there is entertainment nightly in neighbouring bars and restaurants on the port, which has a fantastic atmosphere, but they stop at 11pm or 12am. Where we were you could hear a pin drop and we had no problem sleeping any night. It took us a while to figure out the air con, but once we did it was sheer bliss. The hotel has entertainment also, and on our last night we enjoyed the 2 guys singing just at the bar, as well as the craic we had with the waiter. The professionalism and standard set by the entire staff really shines throughout, they seem really happy to work there, and when you stay here you are never a number, you are embrassed as soon as you check in, and looked after until you leave. Big shout out to housekeeping also, who were smiling and waving goodbye to us as we were leaving the room. We had a lovely lady who cleaned our room. We will book for next year. Thank you. Had an amazing stay here with the family. From the moment we arrived ALL the staff were brilliant. The rooms were clean and modern. We had 2 rooms next to each other so had a double mini private garden. The pool is lovely with fantastic views across the bay which was very therapeutic watching people trying their water sports in the sea. The pool didn't feel busy, it was never a problem to get a sunbed and the water aerobics was great fun. Good choices for breakfast which changed slightly daily. The lunch snacks were delicious and the bar was a delight to come back to at the end of the evening to wind down, watch the entertainment, sip on the BEST cocktails (which weren't shy on the alcohol), enjoy the views and have good banter with the bar staff. Only a short walk to other bars, restaurants, shops and water sports. All the staff worked so hard, always smiling and are a credit to the hotel, we will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location, stunning views over the bay and of the sunset from the pool and the bar and restaurant, cocktails are delicious and we had lunch in the snack bar, which was also delicious, we had breakfast and it was plentiful and tasty. There are lots of bars and restaurants around the port to choose from, it gets very busy but we loved coming back to the bar as it had the best view and chilled evening entertainment. All the staff are friendly and helpful. You get a free paddle boarding voucher with your room, to use in the bay. The beds are really comfy, we got a ground floor room, so no hammock, which was a shame. The pool is beautiful and we never had trouble getting a sun bed at anytime of day, we loved sitting at the front and watching all the activity in the bay. The only reason I haven’t given the hotel 5 stars is because the WiFi didn’t work for the whole 10 days we were there, we reported it several times but it never really worked anywhere for us, not a problem for me but a big problem for my teenage daughter! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Port de Alcudia.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fab hotel. We only stayed B&B as we wanted to take advantage of all the local restaurants, but have complaints about the breakfast buffet offerings. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and made every effort to cater for the customers. There was a good range of evening entertainment which finished at a reasonable time and then the hotel quietened down allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel has a lovely outdoor space with plenty of loungers and a great pool which has hardly used. We would happily return to this hotel.

Great place great location food superb staff wonderful only issues rooms are a bit dated need upgrading wardrobes need to be redesigned shelf with safe on to high can't hang clothes properly very tight to get into the wardrobe doors come out tight to the bed

Excellent hotel. Very well situated, with lovely views. Staff were brilliant, so friendly and nothing too much trouble. I travelled with a bike and the facilities for this were spot on. Breakfast was great and to a really good standard. My room was good, with fridge, coffee making facilities and a good size bathroom, hammock on the balcony was a nice touch too. Definitely would return and recommend.
