أقمنا به أسبوعا مع زوجي. موقعه ممتاز وقريب من جسر تشارلز والمدينة القديمة. الطاقم ودود جدا ومضياف. لقد حصل سوء فهم في بداية إقامتنا… لكن رد فعل الطاقم كلن محترما، مسؤولا ، راقيا ،ودودا و مضيافا للغاية. فلقد تم الاعتذار وإرسال طبق شوكلاتة للغرفة بالإضافة إلى عشاء من ٣ أطباق كهدية وتعبير عن الاعتذار. لقد مسح رد فعله الراقي كل سوء الفهم. نظيف للغاية، الحمام واسع ويتوفر مغتسل للمرحاض وهو أمر هام جدا لنا.الفطور لطيف. والفندق هادئ جدا على الرغم من وجوده في مزدحمة.

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour dans l'hôtel Three Storks ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, au pied du château de Prague, à une centaine de mètres du pont Saint Charles. Nous avons donc pu nous rendre à pied dans tous les quartiers touristiques : Mala Strana, vielle ville, jozefa. Le personnel est aux petits soins, conciliants, serviables, mention à Michaela qui a été très accueillante et à notre écoute ! Notre chambre était très confortable avec tout le mobilier nécessaire à notre bonne installation, et très calme. Effectivement l'hôtel est situé sur une place sans bruit (pas de restaurants, bar sur cette place) et nous n'avons pas été gênés par les autres occupants (plutôt des familles). En définitive nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel qui remplit à notre sens tous les critères !

I stayed in this hotel with my friend and we loved it. The rooms are so cute and nice and everything was cleaned really well, even the carpet floor. The employees were very nice and patient with us. Not only is the hotel amazing it’s also in a convenient location with the subway and tram right down the street and only a 30 min walk to the old town square. All in all really simple but beautiful nonetheless and it helped us fall in love with Prague and the people there. We will definitely come back again!

We loved our room with a view of the spires of Prague. All the art in the hotel is by Czech artists, and added to the authentic charm. There is a pillow menu, and we loved the bed and pillows--my sister in law bought one of the cute pillows to take home! The location is wonderful--next to the castle and away from the crowds in the Old City. The concierge was incredibly helpful, and arranged for us to have a ”Welcome to Prague” walking tour of the city with a Czech guide. She took us on the historic train, which was very fun, and gave us a wonderful tour. The terrace restaurant is a must--we enjoyed dinner overlooking the best view of Prague, right below the Prague Castle. The terraced garden next to the hotel is another highlight, with gorgeous views from a Renaissance garden. Breakfast is another highlight--try the homemade pancakes, that look like crepes and melt in the mouth!

I don't often leave reviews, as I always give the hotels a chance to rectify issues which are usually resolved. I've worked in the same industry for over 15 years, and dislike the reviewers who have not given the hotel a chance to rectify an issue before posting. However on this occasion I was very disappointed. I had explained to reception that my room was not cooling down with the air conditioning, which was advertised for your rooms when I had made this booking. I was told maybe I wasn't doing it correctly. I explained I did it correctly. I was told that maybe I should open the window instead. When I had said that it was very noisy and my room was right by the highway. There was also someone watering the plants with a jet at around 10pm on that very day. I was then told the air-conditioning units do not work until later on in the year. If they do not work, then why was I asked if I understood how to use it. It just felt like the receptionist was contraditing themselves. I just came from a short break in tenerife and also had an issue. The only difference was I had maintenance resolving the issue. Not once was I offered to speak to the duty manager if you have one. I wasn't offered maintenance to have a look. I wasn't offered anything to make my stay better apart from something like ”I'm sorry there's not a lot we can do”. Now to the positive parts. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the mall and the trams are easy to get around. The hotel is generally quite good for the price you pay. The other bonus about this hotel was the unique cable cart. Unfortunately I've had to cut my holiday short and I had decided to book a hotel where the air-conditioning is actually working as advertised.

Great hotel! We checked in right at 8pm and the receptionist was so nice to stay past closing to get us checked in. We stayed four nights and on the second day we noticed that our sink was leaking water everywhere. We called reception and they immediately came u pro look at the situation and moved us to another room. It was a nicer room which was great but we appreciated how quickly they resolved the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. We also liked that there was a fridge and the AC. The location is great because there’s cheaper food places around the hotel but it’s like a 20 minute walk to the main square. Overall we loved this hotel and totally recommend it especially with the price.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

Hello everyone! We were at this hotel from February 2 to February 4. I really liked the hotel. Literally everything!!! The hotel itself is located next to the old town of Praga1. On foot for 10 minutes you can get to the city center, where all the sights are located. Near the hotel there is a metro, tram lines. But this does not interfere with living. The hotel is very cozy. The hotel has everything you wish: Bathrobes, slippers, cotton swabs, cotton slippers, shower cap, very good quality soap, hand lotion, shampoo, shower gel. A lot of towels: for the face, for the hands, for the body, hairdryer. Stunning view from the window. The hotel is very clean and warm. The room also has air conditioning. The room has a minibar, coffee machine, cups, tea. There are glasses for wine, champagne and whiskey. Breakfast was very nice too. There is plenty of choice and variety of cheeses, sausages, jam and yoghurt. Delicious bread. The hotel is located in a very good place. I liked literally everything. I would like to say thanks to the girl Sofia, who met us at the reception. She answered all the questions and told us where and where you can go and see. The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. I advise you to visit this hotel. We'The hotel plays very beautiful music, it seems that you will get into the theater. We'll definitely go back there. ❤❤❤👍👍👍

had a second floor room (205) , sufficiently high to see over the public garden wall and give a fine view of the castle.First floor rooms on this side would look onto stucco and graffiti.The location has minimal traffic noise ( on stone setts) ,and we did not hear any revellers. The room furnishings are almost new, in rich tones and massive varnished hardwood, which I felt very congenial in daylight,but impossibly dark at night,without the use of every single light available.Unfortunately,at least one bedside lamp must be unplugged to get any mains access for charging etc , making the room too dark to read.This could be rectified at trivial cost merely by an extension lead .Apart from this annoyance, the room was highly functional ,with plenty of storage, excellent aircon, good opaque curtains, and new beds. There is a fridge, but no means of making tea.I suspect that the Nespresso machine is seldom used, as there is a charge per dose- I have never previously encountered this. The bathroom was one of the best I have encountered in almost all respects, especially the extra deep bathtub.There is no rubber anti slip mat for use in the rather smooth bath.As with the power outlets shortage , this is another deficiency which would cost almost nothing to correct. Breakfast has good quality ingredients ,with Eillies tea, and acceptable fruit juice .The hot food consists solely of frankfurters and eggs.but this is as expected for a small hotel.Fresh fruit was abundant,and there was plenty of space in the breakfast room. All aspects of the reception,table and chambermaid service ,of which I made use,were excellent. I found the hotel extremely comfortable in hot weather.I am unsure of its suitability for a winter stay.The airconditioner appears capable of a heating mode,but otherwise the room has only a gas fireplace.It appears to be of a sealed type behind a glass panel, presumably to make it suitable for safe use in a bedroom,but I cannot verify this. I have been in ten hotels so far in 2023,and I liked this the best. Read less

A lovely traditional hotel in a great location. The hotel is right at the end of the Charles bridge so it’s really easy to get to all of the main sights around the city. We couldn’t believe how quiet our room was considering it’s location. There was lots of choice at breakfast and we particularly appreciated the free tea and coffee that was available all day. The room was spacious, and toiletries and a hairdryer were available. Would recommend.

立地が素晴らしく、旅の途中に休憩に寄ったりと、すごくゆったりと過ごせました。スタッフの方もとても親切で、怪我をしたことを伝えると消毒して絆創膏を貼って手当てもしてくださり、近くのスーパーで絆創膏が買えなかったので本当に助かりました。ルーフトップからの景色や、宿泊者は無料で登れるカレル橋近くのタワーからの景色も最高でした。
