Hotel Perniagaan di Prague

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

Good for solo traveller that do not need to spend a lot of times in the hotel. Even before the check in time, the staff allows you to store the luggage in their baggage room. However, need to beware as they will provide you the key to enter the room instead of room only allowing staff to access. Do not put valuable stuff there to be safe. The room is cleaner and more decent than my expectation. The TV can be upgraded though. This hotel overall is good for its price.

First problem during check in, hotel did not have my reservation in system, my 2nd the same experience with lost booking. Hotel accepted my Trip mail confirmation and I solved this issue with trip via chat in app, live agent answer into 1min and start solving, 15min later contact me via call with result and apologize with points compensation around 10usd. Hotel has new app with all info about hotel ordering drink to room, cleaning and etc really nice. I got upgrade free due to lost booking upon my requst from hotel. Bed styling looks like very poor, like at university :-). Suprise was only 1 tower for 2 person booking double room.

Hotel molto pulito e ben collegato col centro della città (10 minuti circa con tram). Vicino ci sono tutti i servizi di cui si necessita come alimentari, supermercati e locali notturni. Colazione sia dolce che salata ben fornita

Great hotel! We checked in right at 8pm and the receptionist was so nice to stay past closing to get us checked in. We stayed four nights and on the second day we noticed that our sink was leaking water everywhere. We called reception and they immediately came u pro look at the situation and moved us to another room. It was a nicer room which was great but we appreciated how quickly they resolved the problem. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. We also liked that there was a fridge and the AC. The location is great because there’s cheaper food places around the hotel but it’s like a 20 minute walk to the main square. Overall we loved this hotel and totally recommend it especially with the price.

It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.

- Unfortunately services and facilities did not match the expectations as it was mentioned or as per Brand image. Dirty cups, missing utensils, nonfunctional coffee machine, dirty stinky fridge, nearly empty shampoo sets, old towels do not suit the image of the Ramada brand.  + Location is only the biggest asset for this particular Hotel. Close to all major attractions. Room was big enough but seems old and need cosmetic repairs. - Customer care is another point to be improved. For parking,were instructed to come first to the Reception even-though informed them that due to road blockage, it was not possible to enter center. After struggling for nearly 1.5 hour,  managed to arrive at reception then came to know that the hotel parking was closed and have to use public parking. They could have informed beforehand during the call. Greeting to guests is not norm here. However, Mr Rafat was particularly extremely helpful and professional.  - Breakfast is just normal, not so many varieties and congested room. Overall, disappointed with stay but Prague is always beloved city.  

Simple but perfectly good hotel. Very clean and the lady at the check -in desk was very friendly and helpful. The walls don't have exactly the thickness of a medieval castle but it was quiet during the night. Beds are nice, on the firm side which I prefer. Toiletries are limited (soap and shampoo) but all what I needed. Breakfast was very decent. The central Europeans dearly love their cold cuts which I skipped but there was fresh fruit, yoghurt, nice coffee (no decaf though) etc. I only sampled the selection for the purpose of writingthis report since I knew I would have breakfast in a lounge at the airport a half hour later. But I would be perfectly happy to eat at the hotel. I will definitely go back if I need a room close to Prague airport.

Hotel ottimo, pulitissimo e silenzioso! Camera spaziosa comoda e davvero bella. Qualità prezzo ottima. Bagno enorme dotato di doccia altrettanto grande e rifornita con mini size di shampoo bagnoschiuma e saponette. Asciugamani presenti e puliti. Camera spaziosa con vetrate con tende oscuranti, letto grande confortevole con cuscini morbidi e comodi! Camera dotata di mini bar e caffè e the caldo inclusi! Pulizia davvero ottima sia degli spazi comuni che della camera. Lascia solo un po’ a desiderare la colazione, troppo tipica del posto maggiormente salata con poche cose dolci.
