This is the best hotel during our journey in these 10 days. The reception staffs are all very professional and ready for help. The location is very convenient to the Christmas market.

第二天退房時發現地上有未打掃的花生米，我本來想要叫客房部的人過來討個説法，並不是要投訴，而是希望不要再發生在別的人身上了，被我朋友勸住了，但給我的體驗很不好，後來換到別的5星酒店了，沒有這樣的情況發生！

攜程賣得房型真的很小，窗户對着牆壁，感覺是酒店位置最差的那批房間，但價格也不便宜，建議還是找酒店官網看看；酒店除了大廳好看，房間真的很老舊很小（可能是定的房型太差了） p.s.攜程還弄錯了我預訂的房型，這對接真是差勁，後來住了一天才有空房間給換（但大床房和雙人間幾乎沒有區別，雙人間的床是拼在一起的）

作為NH集團裏的高端品牌，沒有讓人失望，酒店富麗堂皇，門口的門迎會主動幫忙搬運行李。房間很大，還給我們升級了了3人房。早餐豐盛，有自助區還有現點的熱食。同時還有人現場演奏歌曲。

酒店的地理位置很好，步行可到達火車站，汽車站，老城區！酒店的早餐也很不錯，🈶️現做的早餐，還有香檳，用餐環境優美，還有現場音樂演奏，恆温泳池漂亮，床品不錯，2米大床睡得很舒服；唯一缺點是房間有點小

飯店地理位置很好, 鄰近火車站, 走去觀光景點也很近. 大廳富麗堂皇, 用各種植物裝飾, 賞心悅目! 服務上給客人一種賓至如歸的感覺, 幫忙拿行李, 幫忙開門, 安排計程車等, 謙彬有禮貌! 早餐菜色不錯, 多樣性, 8:30時還有現場演奏, 很舒適!!

整体酒店設施齊全，有泳池及sauna房免費供客人使用，但房間略細，距離中央火車站只有幾分鈡路程，很方便。離舊城區不到10分鈡路程。

地理位置不錯，早晨自助選擇也可以，設施和四星的沒太大差異，衞生相比四星的要好些，酒店的餐廳相比其他有些酒店帶的對外開放的餐廳選擇少。但攜程訂價格比直接在酒店訂貴不少，幸虧訂的時候想看看位置怎樣，衹訂了一天，問了下價格，剩下幾天直接在酒店續費，不但包了自助早餐還便宜好幾百。

Hotel excelente. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom. Piscina deixa a desejar na temperatura, não muito quente. No mais, hotel fantástico.
