It was a nice stay there. Good location, pretty much everywhere is in walking distance. Good service. Clean. One thing that was a little bit problem was that the hot water stopped in the second night during the second shower. The hot water came back in the next morning. Forgot to ask why before we left.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and the services offered were excellent. Everyone was nice and available at any time to help us. When we arrived they gave us a map of the city and a list of restaurants, plus buses timetables when we asked. Breakfast was delicious and the variety of foods offered was great. It is about 10 mins from the river and from one of the yellow subway stops. Definitely recommend.

Wszystko było dobrze. Lokalizacja hotelu jest super, wszędzie blisko. Śniadanie jest również bardzo dobre. Sam hotel jest trochę stary, ale wszystko było na dobrym poziomie. Jeżeli kupisz go w dobrej cenie to polecam.

The best experience ever! Big thank you to the hotel for all the kindness and attention. Will definitely come back. The room was spacious and very beautiful with all necessary amenities. There is a valet service for the car, just come directly to the hotel and the stuff will help you to park the car, parking fee is 41€ per day. The breakfast just amazing, delicious and a lot of choices. 10 stars for this hotel!

酒店是比較舊，但是房間比較大，價格也很實惠，就是洗澡的空間有點狹窄，整體還是不錯，晚上睡覺也比較安靜，可能因為在郊區，交通還比較方便，出門就可以搭電車或者地鐵，所以去機場也比較方便。 而且酒店的人不會亂動你的東西，放在桌上的垃圾也不隨便丟。 但在最後一天，我還在收拾東西的時候，大概八九點，突然有幾個人在門口說話，然後就刷卡進來了，嚇我一跳，不知道是為什麼？但是她也馬上退出去了

The staff was very nice and helpful. Except the Asian woman who did my massage in the Spa & Wellness, she did not care and did no effort to at least pretent to care. The massage was average. The concierges and waitresses were great. They made the stay worth it, but to be honest the hotel is very out dated! it feels like you are back in the 50's. They try to hold on to their former glory and reputation, which they do with the price as well. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms (I was in a suite) was not matching the price!

Stayed here for three nights in March, 2023. Truth-in-advertising ... we are big fans of Accor properties and stay with them whenever possible. That said, we hold them to a higher expectation. And the Old Town MGallery definitely held up to our expectations. Prior to the trip, they were very responsive to our inquiries for assistance with planning. Our room was, by European standards, quite large and the bed have a very nice sleep (something important to us as I have a bad back that can be sensitive to bad beds. The only downside I would say to our room was that there was minimal deskspace if you are there on business or need to do some work on your laptop. Additionally, while there were power outlets, there weren't a lot which made things a challenge when trying to power up various electronics. MINOR issues that were easily overlooked given the overall experience. Our lack of Czech language skills were not an issue in that all of the staff we interacted with spoke excellent English. Their bar had an excellent array of drinks and cocktails for a nightcap and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Add to this the beautiful Art Deco decor and the phenomenal location to everything in the Old Town and it is a great place to stay while in Prague.

WE really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good the location(near to all kind of transport(tram, bus, metro )/the breakfast/the service.. I really recommand it. The staff is nice especially the girls. Only one Guy with the beard was not that friendly the moment of check-in ( even though i don't judge maybe he has a tough Time that day 😇).
