It was a good hotel. It's worth every penny. Rifat is a very helpful staff and very decent. Though front desk staff need some training. Some of them were on mobile and some of them didn't have correct information. But overall, it's a good hotel with a great pyramid view (only if the room is pyramid view category)

The room is good enough for the price, the staff are very friendly, the location is perfect , just the wifi they should fix it

Vry good. Staff friendly especially the guest relationships lady from Europe. Staff is very friendly also. They provide free breakfast buffet and coffee everyday. The view from roof top is the best. Room balcony is dusty need to improve on that. Beside this. 5/5 Don't expect hotel services as this is only a Guesthouse. For a Guesthouse standard I can say this is good..

店員服務特別好！！！小哥們很熱情 門口的服務生也很靠譜！樓上陽台可以看到金字塔，店內點了pizza價格也很正常，還給我送到了房間。門衞的長者也很好！一直幫我們的忙，永遠微笑服務給我們指引！花園也很好！真的超出預期！唯一美中不足可能就是一月份我們來入住有一些冷 因為酒店空調只有冷風🥹

ロケーション、お部屋共に最高でした。 唯一難点なのが、ルーフトップの食事が高すぎる事。 フライドポテトとお水一本で500ポンド。 ミックスグリルセットで1000ポンド。 街中のレストランなら、普通に半額以下。 ロケーションが良いのはあるが、さすがに高すぎ。 新しいホテルで設備もよく、ホテル自体はとてもお得感がありたてもオススメしたい。 ルーフトップのレストランだけが難点でした。 メニューもないので、騙されてるのかと感じてしまったのだけが残念。 それ以外は、スタッフもフレンドリーで本当にオススメ！

WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming. The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice. Towels are provided at the pool. Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool. It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day. They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday. Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for. The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean. Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel. I can’t wait to go back in January.

رحله عمل في القاهره اخترت الفندق لقربه من مدينه زايد لعملي يومين في القاهره جاء الاختيار من النت كان اخيار الي حد ما بالنسبه السعر غالي شويه بس الخدمات والهدوء والاستمتاع كان في منتهي الروعه في فندق اشتيجن تعاون م خيري في اختيار المكان الاكل المناسب شخص اكثر من جميل

オーナーの人がとても親切でした。 また、部屋もとても綺麗でまたここのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。 日本人にとてもおすすめです。

The food was another highlight of our stay. The variety and quality of dishes offered in the buffet and à la carte restaurants were top-notch. Whether it was the breakfast spread with freshly baked pastries or the diverse international cuisine for dinner, every meal was a culinary delight. The staff’s attentiveness in accommodating dietary preferences also made dining enjoyable.

Это было два чудесных дня в Гизе. Хороший отель: уютный номер, бассейн шикарный, завтраки. Нам понравилось. В сентябрьский зной было очень приятно оказаться именно там. Особенно хочу отметить работу менеджера Инесс - с первых минут нашего прибывания до самого отъезда она нам помогала, помогла заселиться, выбрать и посмотреть номер, затем организовала нам трансфер до пирамид, такси. В общем, как фея, готова была выполнить любые наши пожелания. Огромное спасибо, Инесс!! Спасибо, Солюкс, рекомендую всем! В следующий раз обязательно вернёмся:))

最後一晚的酒店，第二天要遊覽金字塔，定的景區附近，方便走過去。金字塔景房，靠近路邊有點吵，帶了耳塞問題不大。

以下是本人當天在入住酒店時拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的在203房間。按電梯是3樓的。酒店位置：開羅交通方便，距離金字塔很近。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖，床蠻舒服的。沒有一次性拖鞋提供。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：不是乾濕分離。早餐：自己看圖。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。樓頂吃飯的地方可以看到金字塔

Firstly, do not be put off by the entrance, which is off a busy street, next to construction, on a sandy side road. Looks are deceiving. As soon as we arrived and were greeted very warmly by the dear elderly concierge, who guided us up the sing-song elevator, we held our thoughts until we arrived on the top floor. The entire team are incredibly hospitable, accommodating and happy to go out of their way to ensure your comfortable stay. The Inn has stunning views of the pyramids. From the shared balcony, we watched the sunset, the light show and an incredible sunrise. Our room for 4 pax was perfect, with a king and 2 twins, very clean, a/c, Netflix etc. The shower had great pressure and super hot water, just the cure needed after a day meandering around the pyramids. I loved the breakfast; a wide assortment of Egyptian delicacies, as well as eggs to order. We left happily satisfied. We stayed just one night and then proceeded to Cairo but I would not hesitate to recommend Khan Duidar for views and value.

It's a nice place especially if you want to be close to the pyramids, antiques and it's a touristic place to enjoy in Egypt, I recommend it .for foreigners it's a suitable price for economic trips and interesting to ride a horse and Camel in the desert

I actually travelled October of 2022, but the system wouldn’t let let select that. I travelled alone to Giza for a few days before joining a group in Luxor. This hotel was wonderful. I wanted a place near the pyramids and I even had a view of them from my bed! I contacted the hotel before my arrival to let them know that I have Celiac and would need gluten-free food. They assured me that they could accommodate me, and when I arrived they touched base with me to assure again. Breakfasts were included and they made sure I had lots to eat (while sitting on a terrace overlooking the pyramids 😍.) I booked a tour with them as well and had a great day, they alerted the restaurant that we went to for lunch about my gluten-free needs as well. For my private tour, they arranged a trip to the museum, a perfume place, a camel ride around the pyramids, visiting the pyramids and the great sphinx. It was fantastic! Just be forewarned, there is no elevator, but they will carry your bags. The rooms are modern, very clean, and have everything you need. I have recommended this hotel to several people already.

We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

My wife and I wanted to avoid the ”resort” life when visiting the Giza pyramids, so choosing the Pyramids Valley Boutique Hotel was absolutely perfect. Pyramids Valley is a quaint and personable hotel that sits literally 100 feet from the entrance to the Giza Necropolis. Our room was in the interior of the hotel; it was always clean, cool, very quiet. Perfect for an afternoon nap after a day in the Egyptian sun. The window faced another building, which was no problem, because ten steps out of our door was the rooftop patio restaurant, with a mind blowing view of the Sphinx and pyramids.  We ate at the rooftop restaurant several times and the food was amazing each time. Naturally you cannot beat a meal with the pyramid light show going on in front of you. Waitstaff were great! The entire staff of the hotel were very friendly, always with a smile, and willing to help in any way possible. Upon arrival, the manager gave us his phone number, and he was quick to respond to any questions I had. He also arranged a car to take us on a day excursion to Saqqara. The driver was professional and very affordable. Our evenings were spent on the rooftop gazing at the pyramids and listening to the vivid nightlife of the city of Giza. Our Drink of choice was the ”lemon mint” drink, the best we had during our stay in Egypt.  We were in Giza at the end of March/early April, mid 70s during the day, but bring a jacket for the chilly nights. Overall we had zero complaints during our stay, we felt as if we were leaving family behind on our way out the door. We will be back to Pyramids Valley in the very near future.

酒店招牌比較隱蔽 雖然和效果圖不一樣，但陽台就可以看到金字塔 老闆和前台小哥態度很好，很熱情，小哥也不要小費 ，老闆家的狗狗和鸚鵡也非常可愛親近 老闆送的早餐也很有當地特色😊 整體居住感覺還是很自由且安全的

Quite frankly, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Cairo. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very hospitable and deals with the guests. I felt at home from the kind treatment that I dealt with from the staff, especially from the internal supervision staff. I especially thank Miss Fatma, as she is one of the most helpful employees. I really want to visit this hotel again for this respectful and high hospitality

Отель относительно чистый и новый. Постельное белье и полотенца нормальеые. Расположение удобное: на первом этаже хороший йеменский ресторан, рядом есть неплохая кофейня, метро близко. Главные достопримечательности Каира равноудалены от отеля. Из системы кондиционирования жутко несёт сигаретным дымом, если есть возможность - не включайте кондиционер. Без ”взятки” дают номера с окнами на магистраль. Требуйте заменить!

Dit hotel was één van de accommodaties waar we verbleven tijdens onze georganiseerde rondreis. We hebben 3 kamers gehad 401, 404 en 405. Kamers en badkamer is ruim. De bedden zijn prima, de buurt is rustig tov de rest in Caïro. De kamers zijn wel erg gehorig maar wij zaten buiten hoogseizoen dus relatief weinig geluid. Pinautomaat is om de hoek. Het ontbijt was redelijk. Wij zijn gewend om koffie en thee zelf te pakken maar het personeel doet dat voor je. Belangrijk: het is er in ieder geval schoon. Dus als je een hotel zoekt in deze buurt zou ik deze gerust kunnen aanbevelen. Bij de balie krijg je een wificode, deze is een dag geldig en dan moet je weer even een nieuwe code halen bij de balie.

اقسم بالله اكتب ما وجدت الاثاث جدا قديم والحمام دخلت مافيه موية لك تتخيل غرفة بدون تلفون تواصل مع الرسبشن ولا توجد ارقام على الغرف الافياش طالعة وخربانة انا سكنت غرفة 303 وياليتني ماسكنت والله على ما اقول شهيد المشكلة كنت دافع قبل اوصل ومن شروطهم تدفع قبل توصل والفلوس لا تسترجع لو ما عجبك الوضع يعني ايه .....
