Not the best Marriott I had ever visited. Booked because of the pyramid view. Room is spacious but a little old, service at the buffet is so-so (restaurant staff started eating buffet food 30 mins before closing - which was weird to looks we were still dining in), room service menu choices are limited (basically the same as in the restaurant with lesser options).

Perkhidmatan kerani kedai sangat baik! ! ! Lelaki itu sangat bersemangat dan pelayan di pintu juga sangat boleh dipercayai! Anda boleh melihat piramid dari balkoni tingkat atas Piza yang saya pesan dari kedai itu harganya berpatutan dan dihantar ke bilik saya. Penjaga pintu yang lebih tua juga sangat baik! Sentiasa membantu kami, sentiasa melayani kami dengan senyuman dan memberi kami bimbingan! Taman-tamannya juga bagus! Benar-benar melebihi jangkaan! Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah ia agak sejuk semasa kami menginap pada bulan Januari kerana penghawa dingin hotel hanya mempunyai udara sejuk 🥹

酒店在一條小巷裡，接待處在樓內的11層（?有點忘了）。電梯間很小，而且是需要自己關門的那種。大樓外觀和一層大廳及電梯間都很一般，屬於容易讓人失望的那種。但是，到達接待處後，印象就開始變好了。接待處很乾凈有氛圍，前台接待的小夥子精神抖擻，非常友好。房間寬敞，床也舒適，衞生間不是很大，但也還挺乾淨，設備總體比較新。有兩間房還是金字塔景觀房。餐廳內可以看到金字塔景觀，餐廳外還有一個挺大的露台，可以在露台遠眺金字塔並用餐。總體服務挺好，但是説實話，這裏的餐飲價格比較貴，主要是西餐菜品，我們在露台上吃了中午飯，出菜速度很慢。酒店有一個小的地下停車場可以停車。總體而言，酒店設施比較新，工作人員服務態度很好，我們第二天一早出發，趕不上早餐，在沒有提前打招呼的情況下，酒店還是很盡力為我們提供了打包的早餐，雖然他們表示是簡易早餐，但是我們都覺得很豐富很好吃，也非常感動。行李員和地下停車場工作人員都非常熱情樸實。從酒店開車到金字塔北門大約10分鐘。儘管酒店周邊環境一般，但是我們是自駕過去也不介意。總之，儘管酒店也有一些需要改進的地方，例如有一間房間因設備故障沒有熱水，但是性價比高，服務態度好，設施設備新，可以遠眺金字塔，推薦入住。

Hotel ini sangat sesuai untuk melawat piramid. Ia adalah kira-kira 20 minit berjalan kaki dari Sphinx, dan piramid boleh dilihat dari restoran atas bumbung. Persekitaran hotel adalah mikrokosmos Kaherah - kotor dan tidak kemas. Kakitangan penerimaan tetamu sangat mengalu-alukan. Makanan di restoran rasanya enak, makan malam yang disertakan disediakan dengan teliti mengikut keperluan, dan bir disediakan pada malam terakhir. Bilik ini baru diubah suai dan mempunyai ruang yang mencukupi, tetapi kemudahannya ringkas dan kualiti perlu dipertingkatkan. WIFI di dalam bilik perlu dipertingkatkan. Tapak web Ctrip menunjukkan ralat. Tiada bas ulang-alik lapangan terbang dan bayaran jemput dan hantar lapangan terbang ialah AS$25 setiap perjalanan, yang jauh lebih mahal daripada Uber.

オーナーとスタッフ全員が優しい。観光プランまでコストパフォーマンス良く紹介してくれる。とても安心できる。英語も話せる方が多く意思疎通に困らない。部屋も水回りも綺麗で満足です。無料の朝食も美味しい。屋上のテラスでピラミッドを、見ながら優雅に食事できる。全てのことに満足でき、とてもおすすめしたいホテルです。 ありがとうオーナーとスタッフ。また来ます。

One of the good hotel around Pyramid and the breakfast option is good. Lenin and blankets are not that clean other than that rest all good. Friendly staff

The hotel has a great view of the pyramids and the city life, literally right across the street. They have a rooftop restaurant. The managers were kind and always available. As a solo traveling woman I felt invited and safe. The room is small but clean and had everything I needed. Wifi was tricky so be prepared for that. I do reccommend this hotel for short stays in Cairo!

We spent wonderful time at Hayat Hotel and Giza. All stuff of the hotel are so amazing and friendly, especially Mohamed, Semir and Ahmed on reception who were exceptional. They were really putting so much effort in taking care of us and making sure we have everything we needed in the hotel and our tour trips around the Giza and Cairo. Muhamed gave as a warm and friendly welcome, surving us fresh friut juices that were a real refreshment and we really needed it after we got scammed on the airport. We fell in love with the view from the roof top of the hotel, which has the best possition and the best view you can get in Giza, with all the Pyramids and Sphinx like on the palm of your hand. As we seen this view and friendly stuff of the hotel we decided to stay longer in Hayat Hotel. So Mohamed extended our stay in the hotel for 3 more days with the same amount we payed over tour operator and got us better room with a view. He also gave us new Egyptian sim card with mobile data. Hotel offered us great tours around Cairo and Alexandria, and we had excellent time seeing all the beautiful ancient places and learned a lot new things about this marvelous and mysterious place of Egyptian culture. With our tour guides, Hala and Ibrahim, and driver Atif, who are all wonderful people and were doing their best to make our stay in Egypt unforgetable, we spent 4 days in sightseeing. The food in hotel is great, very tasty, for a free breakfast you'll get many choices of traditional Egyptian, Mediteranian, continental and vegetarian kitchen, with coffee and tea, and fresh served fruits. It is a real life-time experince to eat your morning breakfast and drink your coffee at the footstep of the Sphinx and pyramids which energy is felt strongly. Sabir and all waiters and weitresses were nice and helpful in their service. We got lunch or dinner for free everyday, since it's in the tour package when you book the trip tour with the hotel. It was a great and lovely expeirence, we enjoyed a lot in Hayat hotel and if we plan trip to Cairo again we would for sure come here again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Bilik itu sebenarnya sangat berbeza dari gambar. Lokasi hotel pun OK, memang paling dekat dengan piramid. Boleh nampak dua piramid dan Sphinx di teres. Malah ada piramid Khufu terbesar, yang perlu dilihat di teres tingkat dua. Kedekatan adalah satu kelebihan, tetapi sudut tontonan mungkin bukan yang terbaik. Depan hotel sangat kecil.Lobi di tingkat satu sangat tersusun.Perasaan masuk pintu adalah dari tiga hingga empat bintang.Penyambut tetamu juga sangat peramah. Namun, sebaik sahaja saya masuk ke dalam bilik itu, ia sudah hancur berkecai. Seperti sebuah hotel kecil pada awal 100-an di China, keadaan sanitasi adalah di bawah purata, dan tingkapnya sangat kecil sehingga tidak boleh dibuka sama sekali, kerana saluran pengudaraan bertentangan terus. Ruangnya juga sangat sempit, dengan katil, kabinet, dan meja. Terdapat sedikit ruang untuk bagasi. Walaupun perjalanan itu meletihkan, saya masih tidur dalam pakaian saya, tidak mandi, dan tidak membuka beg pakaian saya. Kakitangannya ramah. If you want to stay in a good location with magnificent view of the pyramids this hotel is your best affordable option.. very clean, staff are very attentive and helpful especially Mahmoud from the reception, and the view is mind blowing. This hotel is facing the new Grand Egyptian Museum which is not fully opened yet, but the visit is highly recommended. Rooms are big and spacious although a bit dated

Great value for money! This hotel is underrated in my opinion. The rooftop restaurant is great! Food and breakfast buffet was perfect with the most beautiful view! Rooms are basic but fine for one night if you want to visit the pyramids. Staff are helpful! I would not recommend booking a tour through the hotel, but everything else was just perfect!

Check in was not smooth, everything thing else was fine, very good room

예약해서 와보니ㅎ 방갈루였네요 신기신기 옆에 피라미드 카이로 아니니 입구 확인 잘하셔야할듯 카이로 시내에서 휴양지 느낌나서 재밌어요

最後一晚的酒店，第二天要遊覽金字塔，定的景區附近，方便走過去。金字塔景房，靠近路邊有點吵，帶了耳塞問題不大。

This was a GREAT place to vacation in Cairo. The location was on the river in view of pyramids from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived HOURS before check-in and they just went ahead and gave us a room. I was shocked! I will def. be staying here again in the future. I have no complaints, no suggestions for improvement. Everything was beyond my expectation.

酒店確是老牌五星，雖然門面不大，但大堂熱鬧豐富，進門就要安檢，門口50米還有個哨崗，所以還是很有安全感的。早餐我覺得在開羅也算是很滿意啦，品種豐富，除了常規的牛肉、雞肉腸，還有切片的鹵牛肉，味道很中國，還有烤茄子，水果也很豐富，有新鮮椰棗品嚐。總歸從阿聯酋到埃及，剛開始落差很大，這個早餐讓我們覺得心情好些。唯一弱的房間內部設施，確實老舊且不那麼乾淨，但空調、水電等等都可以用，能接受就好，畢竟整體價格還是實惠。十歲孩子吃早餐也沒有另外收費。

Отель относительно чистый и новый. Постельное белье и полотенца нормальеые. Расположение удобное: на первом этаже хороший йеменский ресторан, рядом есть неплохая кофейня, метро близко. Главные достопримечательности Каира равноудалены от отеля. Из системы кондиционирования жутко несёт сигаретным дымом, если есть возможность - не включайте кондиционер. Без ”взятки” дают номера с окнами на магистраль. Требуйте заменить!

hôtel bien situé, personnel courtois, salle à manger top, petit déjeuner assez varié mais le nettoyage des chambres et surtout des salles de bains est est à améliorer

Walking distance to the Nile and not too far from the Egyptian Museum. The hotel is dated. I worried about the electrical safety of some of the appliances. The lamp wires had been damaged and taped back together. The fridge in the room was very dirty. The staff are friendly.

想要大床房沒了。。但是房間很乾凈，前台態度不錯。去尼羅河走過去10幾分鐘很方便，可以在露台看到城市風貌，附近也很多便利店餐廳，位置還是不錯的。
