For shared use: tennis. Very quiet location, adventurous route to it. Quite far from all amenities. Excellent for some walking or lounging when the weather is good. And that was the case with us. Couple of trips to San Remo, Monaco. Excellent reception, nice managers. Wonderful

After the bumpy drive, the location of the house and the phenomenal view take your breath away. However, unsuitable for children. It would be nice if there were decent beds in the second bedroom!
