"Experienced exceptional service and hospitality. On top of that the room is huge and spacious and has the best views. It was just nice to spend time relaxing in the room. The location is a little out of the way but they provide free shuttle service to the main bustling area which made it convenient. Personally I like it away from all the hustle bustle. Wish the pools are heated so that we can enjoy a dip. The exterior and photo places have quite abit of maintenance work required. But overall is worthwhile to stay here"

"Before coming to Yangshuo, I scoured countless guesthouse recommendations, but it wasn't until I stayed at the Rice Field Hotel that I truly understood what it means to 'live in the scenery!' This is probably the least regrettable accommodation choice I've made all year. It's not a place fabricated with influencer-style filters, but rather feels like a home gently embraced by the mountains and waters of Yangshuo, with the scent of rice even lingering in the air. The hotel's environment is comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the service was excellent; they helped us with our luggage, and there's even a self-service afternoon tea and travel photography service! Upon check-in, they also gave us some local Yangshuo rice noodles as a gift."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yangshuo Sugar House. The whole place feels magical, surrounded by nature, with rabbits and ducks roaming around, fresh air, and beautiful architecture. The restaurant is outstanding; the food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was excellent. They also offer tours and helped us book tickets for local activities. A special thanks to Olivia, who was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. This hotel truly feels like a dream. Highly recommended."

"I have to say, the hotel service is absolutely top-notch! The environment is clean and hygienic! Kids can also feed fish and practice calligraphy, plus there are free Hanfu outfits and free popsicles! The breakfast is delicious too! Renting an electric scooter makes it convenient to go anywhere! The Qing'e pier is right outside, Ji Ma pier on the left, Shui E Di pier, and hot air balloons on the right. Anyway, I'm very satisfied and will definitely come again!"

"The experience was fantastic! Opening the window felt like beholding a magnificent landscape, and the scenery of Guilin is truly breathtaking. Nature's artistry has sculpted a beautiful panorama of mountains and rivers. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage, explaining room amenities, and recommending great places to eat and visit. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-designed, with huge 4-5 meter floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular views. Every room has a bathtub, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The rooftop viewing terrace is perfect for taking photos or just relaxing. I honestly didn't want to leave the hotel; I just spent a lazy afternoon unwinding there. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel serves authentic Guilin cuisine. I highly recommend the bamboo chicken, snail-stuffed meat, and duck's feet hotpot. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"I had the most magical experience at Yangshuo Misty Wonderland! Nestled in breathtaking natural beauty, this place feels like a dream. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make everything special—Nancy and Miss Xiaomao OK in particular were so kind and attentive. Whether you’re painting pottery with a mountain view or simply soaking in the serene atmosphere, there’s a peaceful charm here that’s hard to describe. It’s the perfect place to slow down and reconnect—with yourself and with nature. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Yangshuo!"

"We had Beer Fish and Stuffed Snails with Minced Pork for lunch at the guesthouse. In the evening, we went back to West Street to try a renowned Beer Fish restaurant. Not only were there heavy traffic and massive crowds, but the Beer Fish there was also significantly inferior to what we had at our guesthouse. The next day, we didn't hesitate to order lunch at the guesthouse again. Their Bamboo Tube Chicken was genuinely cooked in a real bamboo tube, unlike the ones you often find elsewhere that are just for show. Although the guesthouse's exterior might look a bit dated and can't quite compare to the sleek, newly opened high-end B&Bs, the service and the food are absolutely impeccable. They boast a swimming pool, horse stables, serene valley views, and a terrace perfect for stargazing. It truly embodies the comfortable, laid-back country life. A perfect spot for a relaxing vacation, ideal for unwinding and just kicking back. Upon departure, they even gave us brown sugar and chili sauce as a thoughtful farewell gift."

"Awesome experience. There are five additional photo and 30-second video shorts of Hanfu. The infinity pool on the top floor and the mountain view are very popular. You can also learn to raft in the pool. There is a massage chair in the room. There is an invincible view outside the window. The front desk beauty is very kind. There is a delicious and varied breakfast, there is washing and drying. It is very convenient to use clothes to collect luggage on the same day. You can rent a small eDonkey to the hotel to see the impression of Liu Sanjie and nearby attractions. Lunch and dinner can also be ordered in the restaurant's cafeteria, providing sports and fitness equipment."

"## Ambiance The hotel's overall design is uniquely elegant, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The infinity pool and hot springs are incredibly photogenic! Although the weather was a bit overcast due to a typhoon, once the rain stopped and the fog cleared, the green mountains emerged, embraced on three sides and shrouded in mist, truly a fairyland. ## Hygiene The cleanliness was quite good. It would be a nice touch if makeup remover or wipes were provided; I lost mine and had to use soap, which, surprisingly, worked well. ## Facilities Hotel facilities are largely complete. The only minor flaw is the laundry room: there are too few washing machines, they are wash-dry combos which take a long time, and there's no disinfectant or clothes delivery service. ## Service The service was excellent. All requests were promptly addressed. We were also granted a late check-out until 2:00 PM, and a shuttle service to the high-speed rail bus transfer station was arranged for 3:20 PM. ## Travel Photography (30% off voucher for popular photo spots like Sky Mirror, Glass Boat, Floating Bed) I tried the travel photography experience! The photographer was very dedicated and professional, offering constant encouragement throughout the shoot! ## Unlimited Constant Temperature Wellness Hot Spring Ticket I experienced the hot springs both during the day and at night, each offering a different ambiance and perspective. ## Food Breakfast was very generous, and the mugwort mochi with black sesame filling was delicious. However, the afternoon tea was disappointing. I suggest offering tastier food; quantity is less important than quality. ## Mercedes-Benz Round-Trip Shuttle Service (choose one) It wasn't a Mercedes-Benz, but the car provided was still good. 👍"
